I really like the store, its neat and clean and seems to have everything. Except for friendly employees. At the checkout this past time, it was Marianne who was rather rude to me. Im not sure what her problem was. Perhaps she did not like my mask. Despite her bad attitude I continue being polite to her. But it was obvious she could care less. Maybe I should have gone to Home Depot where the employees are happier.

They had what I needed for a gardening tool staff was helpful and they have a huge Archery section,, everything you could need. Also a firearm section, and I was able to.get some ammo that I havent been able to find lately.

Purchased a camping chair and never took it out of the box. Attempted to return the chair the day after I purchased it but was told that I could not return it because it was discounted. I paid 50 dollars for the chair and apparently there was a 5 dollar discount that I wasnt even aware of. No refunds are allowed on any discounted items. I wonder how Home Depot would have treated me if I bought the chair there?

Took 2 identical ubolts to the cashier. She rang 1 at $4.59 and 1 at $4.99. Pointed out the discrepancy. The floor manager, unmasked and at 1/2 ft distance, argued for 5 minutes that they were different products. (One had been mismarked). After requiring her to show the difference she was unable but continued the argument. I explained to her to charge the same for both or just take them back. So...she credited the lower price $4.59 and recharged the higher $4.99, me owing another $0.42. Unable to believe what had just occurred I paid the $0.42 so I could get away. After several poor experiences at this store my general policy is to avoid at all costs unless they are the only place I can find what I need.

Anytime you visit this store, you will always find the help you need. Perfect for the handyman challenged. I can ask any question and the employees wont send you on a goose hunt to find another employee. Once I brought in a screw and they knew which one it was and where to find it. They also have more equipment for rock climbing and repelling plus a very fashionable boutique for ladies. Great store!

Best selection of hardware. Nuts, bolts, odd things.

I spent $486 with you! New chain saw ower. Told you all this at the time of purchase. Your agent took the chainsaw in the back and filled it up m, per se and told us to buy a fuel mix but never told us to buy chain oil. The issue happened is in the eight days that we owned it and the two times we brought it back you all and YOU never noticed that there was never any chain oil in there ever as the reservoir was brand new and bone dry. Called and spoke to your store manager, baldheaded heavyset man, I know this because he’s the person that helped us the two times we came in after. He then proceeded to yell at me on the phone, defending his associate who made the mistake initially. I made a purchase with you Ace hardware! At the end of the day we ended up returning our purchase because of how we were treated by the store manager! Buyer beware!

Manager brushed off my complaint about problems with shoes I purchased a while back. I had barely worn them when they started falling apart. Said he couldnt do anything for me!

So the other day I went to Ace after spending like 20 minutes at home depot another good store however the guy gave up in like 20 minutes. So my 5 yr old and I go and Scott helped up look for a piece to connect my dryer to the gas line. He went through every single piece till he found 3 that would connect together to make one long piece. My 5 yr old is active and had a bunch of questions and was trying his hardest not but he was into everything. And Scott took his time and was patient and helped me till I got what I needed. He has great knowledge and wonderful customer service. Thank you Scott my dryer is up and running.

A few days ago young girl in fabric helped me in clothing and then I asked about cleaning supplies she took me over to the isle and explained what would be best for what I needed what they had and when they would had others I need in. Will b coming back wonderful selection and wonderful employees!!!!

Pretty good place to find all hardware related stuff. They have a decent gun selection and I have found ammo here alot, however 2020 we are having a huge ammo shortage nation wide so ammo is scared. They do have a key station for duping keys if you need that toI would recommend

The only store in town that still had ammo to purchase. Sure they limited us to only 5 boxes each. But compared to no boxes, that was more than enough. Helpful employees, nice clean store. I make this place a quick stop in for a missing tool or equipment when working on projects.

Wonderful Selections and plenty of them, however I had undercover surveillance in my face the ENTIRE time I was in the store!! I suppose I fit the shoplifting program, never mind the hundreds of times that I have shopped there. Oh well, Im not sure if anybody beats their Diversity in decent products, they also have a wide variety of very unique and interesting gadgets, you know the ones that you need it all your life but you never knew it. So despite the eyeballing, I still give it a 5 star rating for great quality and variety.

I bought some paint to paint my daughters room. When we started painting, one of the cans of paint was bad.At first they didnt take care of the problem, and I had to go get paint somewhere else. But then the manager called me and gave me a 50 dollar gift card. That made me feel like they really are concerned about their customers.

The Hurst Ace Hardware store in Cedar City, Utah is a really good store. While I was wandering around trying to use a 25% off coupon for something I couldnt live without. Every employee that I walked by asked if they could help me. The store is really good with a great variety of products from hunting and camping supplies to Craftsman tools, to anything in between. I enjoy visiting the store even if I dont need anything in particular. You wont be disappointed.

The staff here are always extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They know what they are selling and have ideas and options if they dont have what you are looking for. They have even sent me to other places that they knew had something if they werent able to find it there. They have a big variety of items from camping to garden to hunting and hardware. A little more pricy than the big box stores but really not much and they have a bigger selection of specialty items.

You can find everithing you need to the smalest nail.

Good selection of hardware, outdoor gear, and home supplies, but the store has an older feel to it, and the aisles are quite skinny. Still, its a good place to shop if you wand good gear and a wide variety.

Everybody here is really nice. I love their selection they have a lot packed into their store and if it comes to bolts and nuts theyve got it way better than their competition.

Everybody here is always friendly and helpful! I can bring my items in and they will help me find the parts I need to fix them, Ive had a lot of DIY projects and they always seem to have what I need. The prices on the items are sometimes a little bit expensive, but with the excellent customer service and free popcorn its worth it!

Wasn’t impressed with the help they had tonight. I sent my wife to ace for a simple rv plug adapter. So she found an older gentleman helping someone else so she patiently waited for 15 minutes and the guy finally acknowledged her and said “you need to look for someone else to help you”. So she went to cal-ranch and they where happy to help. If I could I’d give them a negative star.

Quick, friendly and excellent prices! I had 5 fancy keys made and only spent $15. Awesome! The staff was very pleasant. The gentleman who made my keys was so patient while I took forever to pick my keys. All of them work. All is well!
