I donโt know why I drove out here. Donโt say you do FREE multi point inspections if you donโt, I knowingly took my broken car here to get it DIAGNOSED & was given zero information. They legit pulled my car through the shop & to the front. Waste of time, I literally get better service at Ford dealerships ๐ which makes zero sense seeing as how I have a TOYOTA. Thanks for the popcorn though. & 123$ per hour for labor is laughable seeing as how the mechanics doing all the work only get about 1/6 of that, & with service of that caliber?? Iโll get it figured out on my own I guess.

Had been talking with James, the internet sales guy, but I guess he doesnโt actually sell the cars. We communicated for a week and we were driving in from Omaha to buy a Lexus. I specifically asked him to look at the car and let me know if there were any dents or scrapes, as the price was low. He said it had been on the lot over 90 days and that was the reason.We drove 4 hours as Jason said it was good. We test drive the car and not only has the interior not been fully detailed, there was a large dent and molding coming off of the side of the car. The actual sales person, Carlos, said If he had seen that he would have told us but James isnโt allowed to tell the reps when a customer is coming.The sales manager comes and says he can fix it but he would have to raise the price of the car. He was not helpful, not that apologetic nor that friendly. To cap it off, as we are leaving and I state we were going to review the dealership, Carlos yells at me to at least give him a good review. It was comical...although Carlos was nice.The service was bad. If you have choice, buy somewhere else.

$1,500 for a replacement DVD player in our 2015 Toyota Sienna minivan? I dont think so!!! The minivan had 60,000 miles, but the DVD player had only been used twice.We ended up buying a $200 replacement from the junk yard and slammed it in ourselves.

Shout out to dan deery in cedar falls for selling my sister a vehicle the other day with completely rusted, and one completely cracked in half control arm. Both front control arms. They refuse to do anything about it!
