I cant say enough good things about our experience with Tom and the seamless exterior team. Our house looks amazing! It was long over due for new siding and gutters. When the materials came in they were very prompt to come and start the job. The team was very clean when working around the house. When our house was completed everything looked amazing it doesnt even look like the same house! I will recommend seamless exteriors to everyone!

We used Seamless Exteriors to install new aluminum soffits, fascia, gutters, and leaf guards. They were prompt to reply and came when promised. Previously we had waited for 2 contractors for 3 Years who were no shows and in that time the price has doubled. We couldnt be more pleased with the materials and superb workmanship. They started the job on Wednesdayand finished on Friday afternoon including a good job of cleaning up. I highly recommend them to anyone contemplating that kind of work.

Installed new gutters. Accepted their bid back in March knowing it would be awhile before installation.Was told in April they were working on a big commercial project that took priority over other jobs.After numerous phone calls finally got connected with Ryan who they said oversees the residential gutter installs.Once connected with Ryan everything went super well. Gutters installed in mid June. Excellent crew and they did a excellent install and clean up job.Only 4 stars because of the very poor communication to start with.We are having them put new windows in our front porch as well this summer.Hopefully that will be done a little smoother than the gutter project started out.

I contacted Seamless Exteriors shortly after the Derecho in 2020. We live in Cedar Rapids so we had reservations about using a contractor from another city—although our concerns were immediately put to rest.A little backstory. Our 27 year old home was vinyl sided, and not Tyvex wrapped, as we were just prior to that being mandated by code. In the 27 years of living in this home, we have has many issues with the vinyl siding, leading to water intrusion. After the Derecho, we knew we had to reside. We had the partial support from our insurance company, but we wanted to get away from vinyl.Jim Jones from Seamless showed up at our home and we discussed options. It was clear that he was an expert and had been down this road many times. I worked through the details and pricing with Tom. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of these two Seamless Exteriors employees.Amid all of the materials price increases due to Covid and the Derecho, our project was closely monitored. The crew showed up to do the work just after July 4th. Melvin, Avelio and the team of installers were total professionals. We ended up going with LP SmartSide with the DiamondKote factory finish, new soffits, and gutters. Everything on the outside of the home was new.The craftsmanship of this team was off-the-charts good. They were onsite for about 2.5 weeks as the LP is much more tedious to install than vinyl. I watched every step of the process as I had become very paranoid about water intrusion issues. I could not be happier with the work that was done! The crew was pleasant to have onsite. They worked hard. Every single detail was done the way it should be.Our house looks terrific and I am confident our old vinyl siding issues are behind us. I highly recommend Seamless Exteriors.

They were very quick and the gutters look great. They were able to do my whole house in a few hours. Unfortunately they were a little too fast as a week later Im still finding gutter nails and spacers around my house and garage. I have found about 7 nails, 4 spacers and some trash I can recognize is not from us. I understand worksites get messy and that I am a little clean nut, but I do have 2 little ones and theres snow outside so a few minutes of care goes a long way for me. They still did great aside from that and I would recommend.Edit: Upon doing a more thorough walk around my rubble pile has 43 pieces. Maybe the lesson is not too take a last minute appointment day of (at noon). Those workers might have had the afternoon off but now have to do a rush job.

I called on an issue I had on my gutters. They sent out someone to fix things the same afternoon. This is an organization that really takes pride in their work. Seamless replaced my old gutters and repaired extensive damage to our soffit. They were responsive and came out next day to give the estimates. This company signed a contract a year ago to replace fascia (siding) on my house. They never came to do the work. I called the office twice, actually talked to the secretary who said she would relay the message to call me back. a call was never returned, so the work was never completedsadly, I have to rate them 1 star
