The person who helped me was Amanda, and she not only explained my options clearly, but she previewed my product before printing it to make sure it was what I wanted. I have been working with CopyWorks for over a decade. They are and always have been Courteous, Quick, and Competent (I selected those words for their alliterative qualities but they are true. ;-). Our students have used CopyWorks for their printing needs and CopyWorks was always there to help them succeed. Best part is that they even deliver. I would give CopyWorks 6 stars if it was available. My resume apparently would not print front to back even though I had selected it and tried twice. When I informed the girl working at the counter, she did not offer to help and I had to ask her to check the computer options for me. It did the same thing to her. She eventually got it to print front to back, but not in color like I had wanted. It also did not print correctly and I told her this before paying. Her response was “Oh, it may be how it transferred” and then proceeded to ask me for payment. I paid $4.00 for two copies of my resume that did not look professional at all. This is the first time I’ve had horrible customer service there. All of my experiences before this have been great!

This place has been around forever. Meeting student and teacher needs for decades, Copyworks has just about anything you could want. The staff is also attentive and friendly. Some stuff is overpriced but that is to be expected in college.

Prints are overpriced but that is to be expected for convenience. Though scanning prices are ridiculously expensive for a service that costs no money for them to do.
