Over the summer, we ordered a mattress and a table. We had chairs picked out in the store, and were told they would hold the chairs until the table came. Table came, and our chairs were no longer in the store. We were told corporate probably took the chairs back, whatever that means, and replacements would be ordered and should arrive by early September. So we gave them a call and they they said late September. We went in today and were told theyre on a boat. Thats the world were living in now.Look, I get it. I work in retail, I know how its going. But we were expecting theyd remain in the store and weve been told different things every single time weve asked. Dont tell me they will be here in a month if you genuinely dont know. Be honest. I dont care if you have hundreds of other options.. We canceled them. I dont mind mind waiting, we already dont have chairs for out dining table, but I wont be buying from here again.

2 1/2 weeks after receiving my furniture, I noticed there were some issues. I went back to the store to discuss the problems and met Maddie. Explained what the issues were and showed her the photos of the damage. She was concerned and assured me she would take care of the problem. She was extremely helpful. She was understanding and very caring. Whether I spent 5,000 or 500, she treated me the same. I ended up leaving with a replacement ordered and a happy customer. I wish there were more people out there like Maddie. Excellent asset for the company. Company rate C-, employee rate A+

I can’t express how satisfied I was at Slumberland today.Shortly after I entered the store, I was greeted with such a delightful salesman, Oladiji Dada. He made my shopping experience super easy and fun! I will definitely shop there again! The Best service ever!

This is the only place we shop for furniture, now. The sales reps are low pressure and knowledgeable. Service is fast. You are not in the store half a day buying furniture.

Everyone was very helpful and because I knew the mattress I wanted the whole process was quick and easy. It was great to get 10% off because my husband is a veteran and also that the mattress was on sale! We were also thankful for free delivery and hauling our old mattress away! We plan to come back in September for a long twin mattress.

Working together, they were able to find what I needed and offer fair suggestions for other items I was looking for. I ended up buying what I needed and was satisfied with the overall price and experience.

FMH (salesman) made it so easy and painless. Didn’t hound or follow us around; was knowledgeable about pieces; suggested options, and was just so pleasant. We had just bought a chair at Ashley and it was a horrible experience. I wished now I had waited to buy it here. Lesson learned. Couldn’t be happier with our selections.

I walked in after seeing a ‘hot buy’ on a sofa I wanted. The young lady who helped me was very efficient and polite. I was in and out in 30 min. I was given a 12 wk. estimate on when my sofa would arrive from the warehouse but it came today! I paid for setup and delivery-the two guys that brought it in were very kind, wore masks, made sure it was clean, intact, and perfect before leaving. You guys exemplify exceptional customer service!

I was not looking forward to the search for a new sectional sofa and by the time we got to Slumberland (our fifth and final stop of the day) I was not feeling very positive about what we’d seen so far. We had a small space, with a certain layout the sofa had to be to fit - not to mention that my wife and I both had to agree on color, fabric and firmness. 😕 Uh-oh.After making a lap around the store, it looked as though we had struck out again. (Which was surprising because the store is huge!) Enter Krisann, who would make the impossible happen. That’s right, within 24 hours of walking in to Slumberland, we bought a sofa! And a sleeper sofa too! We had no idea we could customize most of the sofas to make a sectional to meet our needs (size, fabric, filling). This was not an option at any of the other stores. Krisann knew everything about every piece of furniture, fabric and what type of cushion it had that was in the store! She patiently explained it all to us and guided us to different showroom pieces so we could sit, feel and look at them. Before we knew it, we had it narrowed down to a few choices. How’d she do that?!? We were able to check out some fabric samples and the next day we made our choice. Shocking! It NEVER would have happened without Krisann. She is awesome! We actually ended up having fun! We’re going to her with all our future decision making issues! Ha!*Something I also noticed right away was the lighting. There are large windows that let a lot of natural light in and the lights in the store are NOT fluorescent. I appreciated this, as it shows the “true” colors of the fabrics.

We were looking for a particular type of recliner and the young fellow who assisted our search was very helpful in suggesting ones to try and answering our questions. He gave us time to look around and checked us out when we made our decision. The chairs wont come until Jan. but were looking forward to their arrival! This was great! Lots of good selection at all different price points but it was the Memorial Day sale that brought us in. Prices already marked down but then an extra 30% off the sofa we chose! Our sales person was Alexis. We took a few days & return visits to make our final decision but she was patient & eager to answer all our questions and helped lead us through the process.
