I love the signature sugar cookies. They are absolutely my favorite thing there. I think its great though that they have old candy. Candy cigarettes and chucks. I’d stick to the sugar cookies. :)

The guy working at the front counter was really nice and very understanding. The place itself was nice and open and had air conditioning. There were a variety of candys that you might enjoy seen before or not. Its a very interesting place with plenty of new experiences.

Quaint & inviting candy shoppe! Excellent selection of sugar & chocolate confections! Staff was friendly & informative! I found lots of goodies including Rock Candy! Always enjoy stopping by for my favorite sweets!

Excellent help putting together some Xmas boxes with awesome selection of sweet treats for my chocolate lovers and good selection of gummy and hard candies for those that prefer something other than chocolate

The staff are very helpful and super sweet! Im on a deployment for the Army and wanted to send my boyfriend a cute little basket with chocolates.. the woman I was on the phone with helped me figure out what to put in it and even decorated the box with a note of my choosing to be delivered to his door only hours later!! Great, fast and easy to work with. Thank you!!

I was on the hunt for pop rocks for my son, and decided to check the store out. Im new to the area, and I was not disappointed. I tried a few of the fudge flavors and they were so yummy! The variety of candy is pretty good! The customer service was great, Ill definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience when I ordered a candy bouquet for my daughters birthday. This was her first birthday away from home, so it was important to me that she get it on her birthday. The staff were very helpful and even called me back to double check the message on the card. My daughters birthday came and went and she did not receive it. When I called Main Street Sweets to ask about delivery, the man I spoke with had delivered it himself to the dorm office and wanted me to let him know if we couldnt locate it. Because, if not, he was going to deliver another one to her today! There ended up being a mix up at the UNI dorm office and my daughter didnt get it until the next day. Im so impressed that Main Street Sweets wanted to make it right even though it was not their mistake! Thank you for excellent service!

I ordered a candy bouquet for my son to be delivered to him at work. The bouquet itself looked nice, but when I placed the order online, I had asked for a specific message to be put on a card. Not only did they not include the message, they signed a generic thinking of you card with my first full first name, which is not the name I am known by by anyone. So when my son texted me with a picture of the bouquet and card, I was extremely disappointed. What they had done was take my payment information (which does have my legal first name attached) and used that. I emailed Main Street Sweets that same day and no one either called me or returned the email. I waited several days then called them around lunch time. According to their hours state on the message they were open, but I did not receive a callback from them after nearly two more days.As a small business owner myself, I try very hard to support local businesses. I was very disappointed in the customer service and will certainly not be using them again in future. Very poor customer service.
