Community Motors did a great job repairing my pickup after I had a head-on collision at 30 MPH. Looks like new! It took a long time due to the supply shortages, but Jason kept me informed, called me every week with updates as parts arrived and repair work progressed. The people working there are friendly and personable. Not like the workers at major car dealerships. I would use them again if I ever need auto body repair or painting.

Great experience! I found the perfect vehicle on Community Motors website. We are 2 hours away so I inquired if they offered a delivery service and I was pleasantly surprised that they did. There was a minor blemish that was pointed out verbally and close up pictures were taken and sent to us. I was assured that if I thought it was too bad that I was under no obligation to take the vehicle. We were able to test drive it and upon our approval we could purchase it right there on our driveway. I am happy to say we bought the Murano and that our salesman Dez knocked it out of the park for us! Thank you Community Motors and Thank you again Dez! Mike and Deb Martin

Community’s service department has always had great service for me. They’ve never tried to talk me into something I don’t need or talked down to me and from the bits I’ve overheard while waiting, it’s the same for others. Their waiting room is very comfortable. Would recommend.

For two people who really hate car shopping and negotiating, nonetheless during a crazy buying time where little to no inventory is around, David was wonderful. His manager, Travis, was equally amazing and worked with us in a very kind, professional manor that really made our day. To finish off the process, Gabe in financing made it painless to finance and went over our options and rates with us without making us pull our hair out. In the last week my family has had experiences with three different divisions of the Community Motor Company. The 5 star rating is for all 3 divisions.Sales- We worked with Dennis Gueder to find/purchase my husband’s dream truck. Due to the current supply of vehicles, we ended up ordering it from Honda. Dennis and the staff were friendly, honest, and helpful. We have bought our last 5 vehicles from Community Honda.Services- I know when my vehicles are serviced at Community Honda, they will be repaired correctly. Rick, Service Manager, and his staff listen to my concerns and do their best to pinpoint the problem and fix it. As a woman, I never feel belittled and my concerns about my vehicle are taken seriously. If I leave a message for service, I always get a call back. My Honda vehicles are only taken to Community Honda for repair.Auto Body- My teenage son had a minor accident that caused damage to the body of his vehicle. The individuals that I had contact with were friendly and helpful. The estimate was completed in a timely manner. The work was completed a day later than anticipated. I was fine with that. I would rather have a job well done, then hurried and sloppy. The vehicle looked brand new when we picked it up. I paid the estimated charge and felt it was a reasonable charge. Very satisfied!

I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment and was received without any wait or issues. My truck was ready to go within an hour of drop off. I’ve been having problems with my car and I have a very busy life! I finally found the time to call around to a few dealerships to find one that could get me in. I bought my car from here and loved it. I called 3 places that are much closer to me. No one would give me the light of day. I called community and they treated me like a human! They heard me out. They got my car in right away n help me get another car for the mean time. I live over an hour away. I work full time and have a child with special needs. They made it work around my schedule. I seriously have nothing but amazing things to say about this dealership!

Took three trips to dealer for a simple oil change and new battery. First return was for car wash and reset tire monitoring system. The in mileage was 24,000 miles off; tried to get this corrected over the phone to no avail. Left two phone messages that were not returned. Finally went back to the dealer for a correction. Thanks to Jake for taking over and getting the problems resolved. The phone receptionist was very cordial and helpful.

We have bought two used vehicles from community on University Ave. Both times the staff was helpful and accommodating. My most recent perches was while we we passing through Waterloo on our way to see family. It was a Friday and the service department had already closed. Upon test drive I discover shaking in the steering wheel. Ray, our salesman, in sister that we go ahead for the weekend and he would get it fixed. Not only that but they found some other minor, non mechanical, issues that the wanted to fix as well. Ray personally delivered the vehicle to our house, an hour drive, and took our trade with him. I can’t say I would have ever expected all of that.

Had to replace catalytic converter on my 2015 Sonic. Part was on back order for over a month but finally came in and they called me asap. Even though there was no charge for the work or the parts, they were very accommodating. They gave me a courtesy ride home and called me when it was done then came and got me. Jake, Dave, Ron and everyone else involved were friendly and very helpful.

This is the fourth or fifth time I have used Jason and crew at Community Body Shop. I would never go anywhere else. Jason, Sherry and crew are fantastic. They call with an estimate, work with you on rental car and get your car repaired ASAP. They will also work with you on your deductible.I would highly recommend Community Body Shop!

I took my vehicle to the place I purchased it from 3 times and left feeling very dissatisfied. Someone I know recommended that I take it to Community and I was very happy with their service. Very friendly and explained everything they did to address my concerns. Excellent customer service. My appt was at 1 and I had my vehicle back before 5pm AND they washed it. It looks better than the day I bought it! I would definitely recommend.

I dont remember Daves last name, but he was very helpful and personable. I appreciate his service and thats why I didnt just slash down to 2 stars. I understand times are hard for businesses in my area, so the uncharacteristic slowness of getting my car back isnt to blame either. I talked to a Mike on the phone this morning to check to see what theyd called me about while I was away from my phone, and he was incredibly sarcastic with me and acted as if I was impatient. Like I said, I know that many businesses are struggling right now, so I was prepared to wait. But Dave was awesome, and he treated me with respect. Thanks Dave!

I had to wait 3 hours and the service manager did not contact me to tell me the SUV was done and 1 item would not be completed. The cashier contacted me. On this day of my vacation, I decided to treat myself to a Certified General Motors Dealership oil change. While my vehicle was being serviced, Community Motors provided options for recreation and refreshment. First I strolled around the lot, which offered firm and even pavement. Shopping was somewhat curtailed, though this was the fault of the pandemic and not the Dealership or GM. I returned inside and noticed the remarkably comfortable temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure of the building. I poured myself a cup of coffee located next to the coffee defiling ingredients and the snack dispensing machines. I then sat in the parlor reading about the Olympics until they alerted me that my vehicle was cleaned and ready to go. Excellent activity, I would do it again.
