Usually I don’t leave reviews unless it’s a horrible experience. This is the second review I have ever left in my life! If I could give them a zero star rating I would! First time I went here they wrote the wrong prescription for me on top of that they ordered the wrong sample contacts about 5 times! I have very dry eyes so I couldn’t wear any of the contacts they ordered! Finally I got the correct sample contacts in and they made me so dizzy it was ridicules! I go back in for another appointment they fix my perscription and order me the wrong brand contacts about 3 more times before getting the ones I can actually wear! A year goes by and I decide to give them another chance since there the cheapest place for Exams, all I will say is that was a mistake. They order me the wrong contacts AGAIN! I finally got the correct ones and now Again they make me dizzy. I don’t see how this doctor is still in business. You defiantly pay for what you get. If you have dry eyes or astigmatism I would not recommend going here! Aparently it’s to complicated for this doctor!

Great customer service I received twice during covid pandemic for my sons glasses!

Got my eye exam and ordered contacts the same day as I needed fresh contacts. Wore a pair for a few days and thought I needed stronger prescription so went in for a follow up and I got bumped up to a stronger script in which I can see really well, and they will not exchange or replace my $80 box of contacts on their mess up of my prescription. One would think they’d be guaranteed. Not happy! Will be finding a new place for my eye needs.

Ordered prescription glasses. Was promised a date to be here by. The messed up my order after paying 88$ to get these glasses and still waiting. I will be going into the store and have a talk with the manager and how come they cant spend two and a half minutes to call and say my order had to get sent back instead of being pissed of calling everyday. 88$ is two days of work for me to pay for them
