Omg the peanut butter cookie was so good it was warm and gooey and yummy! I also just the ice cream with cookie butter, so good!

Not very happy. Ordered a birthday cookie for my daughters birthday 2 days in advance. Set time to pickup got 2 messages saying it was ready for pickup. Got there was told that it had 6 more minutes to bake. I had plans to get to. Was told notifications are automatic. $24.00 for a cookie. Wish that customer service hadnt disappeared with the pandemic.

My Dad received a sample box of these hot, fresh out-of-the oven cookies & with each bite, I thought, This is what HEAVEN is like! So I had to go buy more to replace the ones I ate.You will pay more for them than a bag of dried up, packaged, store-bought cookies but entirely worth it and they are open until 3 AM! Hence the name INSOMNIA COOKIES!

If you looking for a dessert and in the mood for a delicious cookie this is the place. They also serve ice cream. Quick and easy out. They have 2 sizes of cookies. I recommend the bigger ones.

Very odd snappy manager. Our group dropped over $100 in five minutes and not a single thank you or smile. very odd when we’re trying to support a local business through Covid. I guess we can all have a bad day.

Such a disappointment. Been to multiple Insomnia cookies in Chicago. Love them. When we heard there was one in Cedar Falls we were thrilled. Swong by on our way through CF. Hours online said open till 1. A customer was in the lobby getting cookies. After she walked out and before we could get up there, they locked the door. So we called them and were told the manager said to close early and only do delivery. Who the hell closes their doors at 9:08 pm on a Saturday night? I guess I will have to get my I cookie fix when going to Chicago.

Normally I dont review when upset, but Ill make an exception here. Three hours late! And the orders werent even correct, the ice cream was melted and my wifes order didnt have the correct toppings. Dont order from here, terrible service, and not worth it. At all.

Cookies are good, customer service not so much. Its not that it wasnt Iowa nice, it was someone that seemed to be really annoyed that we had the audacity to order cookies, like we were a bother for giving them money. If you can deal with being judged for buying cookies at a cookie shop, then its worth it. Otherwise buy them literally anywhere else.

WTH!! Who closes at 9:08pm? I waited in my car for the person who was in the store to finish with their order and by the time I put on my mask and get to the door (less than 30 seconds) the door is locked. When my husband called it took 10 rings for a lady to answer the phone ( I watched her pick it up from the window) just to say that management told them to close early and just do deliveries - even when we told them we were right outside their door.I guess I will just have to stick with the Chicago location near DePaul University to get my cookie fix!!!

Drove for 30 minutes to get a treat with my son only to discover that they had closed their lobby. Online only, but of course we had already made the drive. I called, and no one seemed to know why they had closed their lobby.

Really slow delivery times. However the cookies are SO GOOD! I’ve never experienced rude people but I have had non enthusiastic people. It’s a cookie store. Not targét. Lol

Ordered a cookie cake and brownie at around 6:50 for delivery around 8:45 called 30 minutes later wondering if it was out. Girl answered the phone told me it just got done nobody knew how to make one so they attempted to make it. Told me it would be here close to 10. She was nice and polite about it though

Never order from them. Theyve screwed up every single order Ive ordered from them and the last time I ordered from them I ordered ice cream and milk (something that requires no baking time and could have been delivered right away) and waited over two hours and never got a delivery. So I called and asked for my money back. Never making that mistake again. 🤨😕😒😠👎

We like their cookies and ice cream and have ordered them a number of times for delivery. It has always (every single time) taken over 50 minutes despite saying it will only take 20-25 when we order. On top of that today we got them over an hour later and the cookie sandwiches had been assembled and were nothing but a congealed melted mess, there was no ice cream left, just dripping boxes on my counter. I will only get these if I’m going into the store from here on, their delivery is just not worth it.

The worlds best cookies. There are lots of choices and theyre all served hot. SO GOOD

Have been in the store a few times and the cleanliness is really bad. The workers rarely wear masks or gloves and if they do they are taking them off. I ordered a cookie sundae and it didnt have all the necessary items it said it would for an extreme price. Only thing positive is the cookies!

Ridiculous ordered 57$ in cookies 2 wiches and a 24 pack only got 16 cookies of my 24 my wiches were destroyed in box melted and stuck to the paper no ice cream as its all over my boxes call customer service and they wont send me what I paid for honestly liked this place but I wont recommend to another soul

This was my first time trying them. I ordered a dozen cookies, they arrived after an hour, warm and delicious. I was a little peeved that it took exactly one hour to have them delivered but, it is a Saturday night and hey! No mess of making them and they were delivered right to my hand. The sugar cookie is AWESOME.

Best place to buy homemade cookies. Wide variety of delicious cookies. The cookies are always fresh and warm. They also serve hand scooped ice cream. I recommend the monster cookie.

Cookies are fabulous but cant give five stars because ordering online is a major ordeal. I have ordered several times for delivery to both of my kids and have never once not had a problem. Please, please, please ask your corporate headquarters to make online ordering more user-friendly. Its terrible!

Our cookies were an hour late. It was very sad and frustrating. They also were very rude about them being late. The worst part was they were for class and hands-on learning.

I ordered cookies to be delivered to my daughter at college. They were 45 minutes late after they said they would be there at a specific time. Had to call twice and FINALLY they arrived. No apology or anything. Pricey cookies to be that late, especially when they are only 3 blocks from her dorm.

These cookies are way more expensive than they should be, but when youre living in a dorm without an oven and want a delicious warm cookie at midnight, its worth it.

Super amazing cookies. Slightly expensive but when you cant sleep at night or just want a sweet treat they stop delievering at 2:45 am!! They are super fast at delivering

So Tannah works here a lot and each time me and my friends are getting ready to leave I say by to Tannah and NOT ONCE has Tannah ever said bye back. Please keep in mind that after I say bye I immediately sprint out of the store. Other than Tannahs customer service skills, 10/10 cookies.

While very good, their stock seems to almost always be limited, and the price may give most people pause. A good experience, but can be very variable from visit to visit.
