Joined a week ago as a new customer. Was expecting a delivery today, instead I get a call that they don’t service the area. This is after I did their whole sign up process and gave a credit card. Also I saw a truck from them pass by my road the day I signed up. I wouldn’t have minded if they told me the day I called. Not wait a week and then change their mind about service area. They said the driver shouldn’t have been there and would speak to him?? Now I’m getting the driver in trouble because I called for service? What a joke. Every company has GPS. Terrible communication.

So very appreciative of this company. Very good communication and they were able to get me supplies that have been in high demand.

Excellent Customer Service! Very Friendly and Attentive Staff! The Water has a very good taste too! Home Delivery Program is a terrific deal. I give it A+ rating. If you switch from another company to this one, like I did, you will be very pleased and your wallet will too!!!

This company is HORRIBLE. They were to deliver to our 3 office locations every Friday, and every other week there is a missed delivery. You call and all you hear is I DONT KNOW WHY, WOULD YOU LIKE A DELIVERY? Look elsewhere!.Update: I spoke with the owner yesterday and he promised that we would get out delliveries would be made weekly as scheduled. He was very understanding. I will update again.

Absolutely unacceptable!!! Office 5gl jugs delivered with mold/green contamination - Terrible taste & contaminated whole dispenser.
