Mike Fundora was very knowledgeable and very patient as my mother, my fiancé and myself got three new phones and transferred 2 of the phones to a new account! He explained how an upgrade to a newer plan would ultimately be better in the long run, even though there was a marginal price increase. This place is awful, the workers are really rude and always have an attitude. When I went the worker didn’t even acknowledge me or say anything just ignored me no “hi how are you?” Or anything. Half the workers have no idea what their saying they the only person who does is the manager. Every time I go I just hope the manger is there because the other workers are awful. Horrible experience they lost a valuable customer because of how they treat people.

Next time youre in the market for a new phone and/or accessories be sure to go to this store and ask for Mike S. if youre looking for a great customer experience and someone who you can trust will be helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and ready to answer all your questions.

Great service! Had to get a new phone because my old phone stopped charging and would not turn on . I was so worried about losing my photos and contacts .Sam spent over an hour transferring everything and even my words with friends game data ! He went above and beyond!
