I ordered my 6.5-7’ tree via the company’s website. In total I paid $90 (including $25 delivery fee). The tree they picked was light and skinny. This would not be the tree I would select if I go in person.I wish (perhaps suggestion to the vendor) they have another/add-on option for ‘customized service’ where they can send a pic of the tree they will be delivering.Other than that, there’s no phone number you can call with questions but can reach them via their Facebook messenger and they respond fairly quickly and respectfully.

We had our tree delivered which had me nervous since we wouldn’t see it first, but they picked a beautiful and full tree for us. Delivery service was easy and whoever is running their customer service via the Facebook messenger app is awesome- super friendly and incredible helpful. We’ll be using them next year for sure!

I think they had a nice process and everyone working there was attentive ... but the $50 for a tree of any size... Then $90 for the better trees was a bit off putting for me.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I wish I could give them zero stars .... this is not a field!!! Is a parking lot with trees, you can’t cut your own tree. I went with my family for the experience and to take pictures of my daughters, we drive an hour to the location, when we got there we were in shock and upset ! We asked a worker why online it states you can cut your own tree and he stated nicely I DONT KNOW !! Smh I could have gone to Home Depot instead ....

Can we get updated contact information and hours? The phone number listed is not in service so after receiving an email stating that I could come in person yesterday I showed up during the hours listed and everything was closed. No one was there.

Very friendly and very attentive. They also have a great selection decorations and may still decorate your home for the holidays.

Awesome place, we have been going here for years. Glad to see they are going to be back this year! Trees are always fresh and you can beat their prices. The kids they have working are very polite.

I didnt have to touch a tree until I got home. They picked them up and spun them to show me each one. The kids there were extremely helpful. I was in and out in about 5 minutes

The trees were fine. Price not bad but the tree should come with what they charge $8 extra for. So our tree came out to almost $60 for the cheapest tree. I am happy with my tree but probably wont go back there next year.

After visiting several other places in the area and seeing their prices, I decided to give this place a chance. They had a great selection of Christmas Trees and wreaths all at a great price. I would highly recommend this lot as the quality and value cannot beat and the ambience of the throwback 1950s style Christmas Tree lot was an amazing experience for my family. The young men working there were informative and made buying the tree so easy. All the fun of a cut your own, without all the hassle!

We came here on the morning of Black Friday and this was our first time coming here. We’re glad we discovered this place as they were really welcoming and helpful. They have a great amount of trees and wreaths to choose from and they said that they even decorate them as well if decorating is ever too much for a person. Full service is provided as they cut off some of the trunk for better absorption of water, net the tree, and tie it to your car. They also sell a tree care kit and tree stand if you need which is a relief of not having to go to several places for your tree, stand, and tree care. We bought those too. The tree stand is very easy to assemble. Like, two minutes as it really says. Lol. The tree care kit is nice and helpful. Has one packet of tree food, disposal bag for your tree and a reminder sticker to water your tree. We’re in love with our tree. It’s a beautiful 7’ balsam fir and it’s so fresh, full and wide just how we like it. Did I mention they’re AFFORDABLE? Their prices are amazing and competitive. A place in Brooklyn charges $160.00 for a 7’ tree....No thank you! We will be coming back here by the end of this week for a wreath (undecorated) and next year as well. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice fresh tree, great service, and great prices.

I would give less than one star, if I could. I cannot speak to their retail operation, but I work for a small non-profit and we ordered 300+ balsam fir wreaths wholesale from Cedar Grove for our winter fundraiser. We paid in full and literally never heard from them again. My colleague tried contacting them by phone, email, and social media countless times. No answer from Rocco or any of his team. Needless to say, the wreaths never showed up and we STILL havent heard from a representative. No apology or anything. We ended up having to call the credit card company to cancel the charges (over $3k!). Absolutely terrible customer service. Their website is misleading and their wholesale operation is a complete SCAM.

A wonderful place to get a Christmas Tree. My family has been going here for years and they always have a great selection of trees for us to pick from. It has the feel of a farm without the hassle of having to cut anything yourself. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Trees are super fresh, we always get a fraser!! I recommend this place to all of my family and friends.

First year buying our tree here, we spotted the lot when we were having lunch at the Pilgrim Diner. We’ve had an artificial tree in the past but our new house doesn’t have the storage space for one so this was our first time buying a live tree in quite a while! Their selection and customer service were great and we wound up taking home a big fir tree that smells a lot better than our old fake tree did. We will definitely be back next year!

Cedar grove tree lot is a family owned business with friendly and knowleable workers and beautiful trees. Our first tree we bought here lasted well into January. There is a nice selection of trees, table top trees and wreaths. I highly recommend you take a ride to this tree lot!

Just picked up my tree here and was helped right away. The guy was super patient with me and made suggestions.. told him I’d know the right tree when I saw it.. found the one I wanted and was very pleased with the price. I’ve been to places that were much more expensive. Would highly recommend this place. They also have wreaths and grave covers.

Ever since we moved to the area three years ago. my wife and I have taken the kids to Cedar Grove Trees for our Christmas tree. The lot was easy to find, theres plenty of parking, and there were plenty of great trees to choose from. Our trees have always been fresh -- the needles stay on strong through the season, even though periods when we forgot to keep water to the tree stand.My wifes sister came to visit last year and we made a trip for all the kids out of christmas tree shopping. Its an enclosed lot so the kids cant wander off, and just the right size so they feel like theyre in a Christmas tree forest, but not so big that they could get too far and lose us.The staff are friendly, helpful and energetic. Once we picked out a tree, they prep the trunk for the stand, wrap it up and tie it to my car. Full service.I highly recommend this place as an easy, reliable place to get your tree.

Excellent options and customer service

My wife read the reviews and they included the farm picking up a bad tree. I didn’t 100 percent believe but our tree was not taking water and I called to see what if anything I could do to save it til Xmas (8 days). They said that happens rarely but they does happen and offered themselves to bring me a new tree.That’s service and something I’ll remember and recommend you think about too.Store itself was simple but thought it was well ran and good product before this happen. I normally don’t right reviews - no time - but place this behavior as exceptional on the stores part.M Tib

SCAM!! Terrible company! They are a scam! BOUGHT SEVERAL 100 WREATHS FOR OUR COMPANY AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. COMPANY WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS, COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY. TOOK BAD REVIEWS OFF OF GOOGLE AND YELP. HAVING TO GO THROUGH CREDIT CARD TO GET OUR MONEY BACK. BEWARE!

I used Cedar Grove Christmas Trees for the first time this year. I bought a Frasier Christmas tree and it didnt drink any water. I was telling my father-in-law that Ill never buy from them again. He said to call them, which I did. IMMEDIATELY, Rocco (I believe the owner or manager), told me that there are sometimes genetic issues with a tree every once in a long while and he told me to come down and pick out a new tree. He said they would personally deliver it and take away the defective tree. When I got there, he immediately asked one of his team to assist me (Im sorry that I forget his name). He helped me pick a tree, put it in his truck and came to my house and swapped the trees. He told us this tree place has been in business for 35 years and hes been there for 7 years and NEVER saw this happen before. This tree does NOT stop drinking!! YAY!! Thank you SOOOO much Rocco & Cedar Grove Christmas Trees! I plan to purchase from you again and again!!! May God bless you and your team.

THIS IS NOT A FARM! All the pictures on their website is just a random pictures, all they really have is a small parking lot with a trailer. What a disappointment!
