Young lady at the counter was awfly rude. I dont usually leave negative comments but she didnt even greet me, make any eye contact and when I asked how she was doing, she said Im good.....no, how are you?.... like, I have always been in customer service. Thats a negative ghostwriter.Walked right back out tha door!

Rob was so helpful. He sold me a battery and went to put it on but saw that it was corrosion and said he will try, he tried but did not want me to have damage so he said I need to take it to the shop and get a part replacement and he refunded me. Thankful for good people because he could of a sold me a battery, put it on me let me go but he didn’t. Thank you Rob. Blessings to you ☺️

Employee didnt mind selling me the replacement bulbs I needed for above my license plate, however, he said he didnt know how to help me change them out when I asked for help. Not happy because I have no clue how to do it myself and dont have anyone to help me with it.

Terrible, will stick with NAPA or ORiley. Web page showed full set brake pads were $50. They tried to charge me over $100. Showed them the add and started to walk out and they then decided to sell them to me at what the website showed. My first and last experience with Advances auto parts ever. Not coming back.

I purchased a battery the ad clearly says that they could install it but the gentleman said no he could only put it in my trunk. Next time I will stick with OReilly or Autozone where its not a problem

I always get friendly service.I never have to wait in a long line. I get what i need and Im out the door.

On several occasions, Ive been the only customer in the store, walking around in search of what I need. Employees remained at the counter almost oblivious to my presence, and never even asked if I needed help. I wont be returning.

The employees are helpful and pretty knowledgeable about the items and whats needed for your car. I went in for a fuel filter, and even though they didnt have it (only the dealerships carried the one I needed) they still gave me a good amount of knowledge about where I can find it and other things to consider with my car and the mileage. If youre looking for car parts and accessories then this is a great place to come.
