First of all my car is very essential to me. My car was treated like $!!! I chose to do business with Complete Auto. My car rims, and tires were stolen side mirror cracked I was asked did you read the vandalism signI am an essential worker in the heart of the pandemic. I just cant stop what Im doing to check on every part that I asked a professional to fix.It took awhile for this nightmare to register cause I was still too busy trying to get my car repaired. A big slap in the face! I SPENT OVER A thousand dollars STILL NO WORKING CAR. My CAR DIED ON ME AS I LEFT the shop on the service road. I HAD TO GET MY CAR TOWED TO ANOTHER SHOPVERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!

Good quality work that was completed fast and affordable.. Very humble,kind and well grounded staff.. I will bring my truck to back to them in the future..

One of the mechanics there said I needed new ti-rods and my suv has racket pinning. Need more knowledgeable or better trained. Mechanics (ref.to the younger ones)

Hey complete auto care Rocks!!! They have performed work on several of my vehicles and I am very impressed with their service. The mechanics are awesome! I deal with Mike on every visit and there’s nothing like good old school mechanics who know their stuff. And Donna on the front desk keeps it all together. Way to go guy’s!!!

All of the critical reviews listed here for Complete Auto Repair are correct. Staff and mechanics do not listen, run expensive & unnecessary diagnostics test and not replacing my distributor as I requested, even after supplying the part to mechanics. Instead, they held my car for three days so as to justify overcharging me for this ridiculous test. Of course, I had to pay in order to get my keys to the car to get! You are also advised to Get as Far Away as possible from Complete Auto Repair.! Lights best stay out on this business !

This place is EXTREMELY SLOW! I dropped my vehicle off at 7am and 6hrs later they still haven’t even called to say what’s wrong. This the problem with mom and pop shops, they act as if nobody has jobs or kids. You pay these people all that money and they still can’t get things done in a TIMELY MANNER! It should take less than 2 to 3hrs to tell someone what’s wrong with their car, NOT A FULL DAY. I definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone. You are way better off paying a little more money and going to a bigger auto place than wasting your whole entire day on poor service. Do not believe those positive comments you see, it’s completely the opposite in person. I will not be returning my vehicle once it’s picked up, my damn 2 year old could of worked faster than this... ridiculous

They should be called Incomplete auto repair. I took my car in because the engine light came on. They said it was due to no oil. They changed my oil and I told them to fix my brakes which were 30% good. All costs me $700. That is high for diagnostic, oil change, and brakes! I left and engine light came on again. I left it with them for two days again and they say they couldnt find anything and returned it to me with the engine light still on. I wish I had checked their reviews before taking my car to them. They suck!

Friendly and able to make up for reservation of truck that did not exist. Great people to do business with. Will recommend to all my friends.

I had a motor replaced in a 96 Caprice hear at complete auto in cedar hill, Mike and Paul are pretty good at what they do, and if theirs a problem they are fast to resolve it and let you know whats going on with the vehicle befor thet fix or replace any part. The work is alittle high but it is how they feed their family. this is the second time that i have used Complete Auto and I will recomind threm to anyone!Thanks Complete Auto Team!
