Didnt have everything in stock that I was looking for but I still found great stuff. CSR needed an attitude check but otherwise great.

Cashier did a great job with my sons who are learning to buy their own stuff at age 7 & 8. Thank you for your patience & help!

The staff are SUPER nice and we had a fun talk about anime in the check out good prices good candy good service asking me if i need help the store is clean and i have no complaints

I purchased a phone glass protector… There was no glass inside. I called the store … no answer and the phone automatically hung me up. This is not good. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

Customer service is lacking. Stocked pretty well..

Had a good experience here....I always have a good experience here....never more than 3 people in the line if there is they will open another lane up. But the people there are very efficient at their jobs...

We love Five Below, but not this experience. We called, and the manager Erica told us she would put an item in the back for us because we didnt want to drive 40 minutes for no reason. But when we got there, it turns out they didnt have the item to begin with and we were basically lied to. Frustrating and disappointing.

I hate this place 5 greatgrans and two grands 100 up in smoke .

This is a very large Five Below and the choices OMG. They even have a make-up section

Bought several phone chords from here, get them out of the box to use and they don’t work. The employees are very rude, my sister and I came in thirty minutes to close and the girl at the door nastily says were closing in thirty minutes. I’m sorry but you’re open until you close at 7 you don’t need to tell people. I googled the time you closed before arriving. They also don’t answer their phones.

The had just what we needed. The attendant explained which item would best fit our need. I was surprised by the low prices and convenience.

This place refused to give me change .17 cents. Told me i could just forget the .17 or pay a different way. No signs or warning that i couldnt use cash. Terrible business practice and rude employees. Will never do business here again.

It has a lot of good stuff like toys craft supplies and different electric stuff like headphones and it is really cheap basically like the name of the place it is $5 and less

Since my first time walking in here, Ive loved the place. Only issue I had is the sales rep gave me incorrect information one time over the phone which caused me to waste time stopping by and they didnt have what I needed.

I did go in five mins before they were about to close buy they were very rude, one of the employees made a very innapropiate comment as in was looking at the shirts. I proceeded to shop inspite of that but the last straw was when the manager continued to tell me mam were closing at the point I dropped everything. I apologized for the inconvenience because clearly they had other obligations that were more important then the store that they work for making money. So I about to spend $25 or more but I refused to after the horrible customer service experience. Will definitely not be going backto this location

Shelfs were empty. Floor dirty and only one cashier checking customers out. The other employee was sitting behind the counter on his phone. This place is run by people who do not care enough.
