I went to this At&t store to buy myself and brand new Samsung. I got a LG K20 that lasted me 4 years and it losing it juice from the battery. I got the money to pay the phone completely. I dont what do to payment on it. I wan to buy it and change the SIM card from the LG to the New Samsung. They wont sell the phone and want me to do payment on it. I guess I give it to Best Buy.

This store is THE top choice for non and current at&t customers,this is my third time going and Ive never been let down once! Today I called them and was fortunate enough to speak with Sales Associate Charles. He answered my questions and was able to direct me to additional resources that helped resolve my phone challenges. Charles was very professional and patient. Upon arrival I directed my concerns to Brad he listened to my hardship and instead of turning me away, sat there and tried every option to assist. Brad offered additional resources that would assist in resolving my challenge. I am not only grateful for Charles and Brads level of professionalism but would recommend this team of professionals to anyone living in the greater Cedar Hill, Desoto, Duncanville and Ellis County areas and extend it to those in the greater DFW area who venture to the Southern side of town, please choose THIS location;minimizes a lot of headache and puts HOPE back into real customer service. JB was amazing and honest, didnt pressure me about other products. He was nice and a comfortable person to discuss phone related questions and concerns with. Be aware!!! My phone was stolen by one of the workers, I trade in my phone in this location a while ago and and now that I was supposed to Pay my last month they are telling me that I still owe $400 no trade In Was never made in my account!! Where is my phone? They said they have no records, they refuse to let me talk to a manager and they were very rude. . 2/23/21 5pm.

The customer service guy Josh at the Cedar Hill store on Beltline was very helpful and Knowledgeable. I had to wait for about 15 minutes outside the store due to Corona, but it was definitely worth my wait. I had a bad experience with a package not being delivered.. but Josh listened to my problem and fixed it!

I ordered my watch online and paid the sales tax, chose curbside pickup. Checked in and waited 10 minutes before I called and offered to come in. Get in only to be told that a system error occurred and I had to start over and pay another sales tax. They wouldn’t provide any confirmation that I was getting a refund from my previous payment which apparently was not impacted by the system error and Josh was flippant and disrespectful. I will be back there if I do not get my refund. I could’ve went to Best Buy and had less trouble!

I needed a new glass screen protector for my iPhone 11 after having dropped my phone facedown onto a concrete floor. My local store was out of the protector, but I was advised of other locations that might carry the part. When I arrived at the Cedar Hill store, I was greeted by the store manager & informed that there was a wait time. He offered to take my number & text me when they were ready for me. Because of covid precautions, I was requested to wait in my car. The wait time ended up being less than expected. They were stocked with screen protector, & I was out of the store in under 10min.

Dont bother coming in store. Online prices are cheaper. Salesman Bart added protection plan even after saying we didnt want it. My salesman didnt explain details of my bill, and what I will be expected to pay. Online gives you the promise of satisfaction guaranteed and in-store comes with a restocking fee. The customer service was great! As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a courteous smile. They were eager to help me, especially after I explained that I was leaving my current mobile carrier and needed new phones and service the day I came in. They expedited everything and handled me and husband with care especially after I explained that we have a cake business and we needed to get back to work.JT, and Managers Jayfred and (The other manager’s name I can’t remember) we’re awesome! I was with another mobile carrier for over 20+ years and due to there merger the prices for upgrades went up. The story is very long, but just know that these guys took really good care of us and I am ecstatic to be with AT&T. They have an A++++ rating in my book! It pays to be nice to people and they did exactly what I gave off; good vibes! One AWESOMETASTIC thing I could remember of this visit was not only did they take care of us they were very very very honest with everything and not just making a sale. They sanitized after every client and I truly appreciated that.

Keith & Jacob are the best. If you have a problem they will get to the bottom of it.They will research and leave no stone unturned. They are knowledgeable and their customer service is great !!!!!! Kieth and Jacob sell you products that makes sense, they know their customer and their products. Terrible customer service!!!!!The week of Feb 2ndI ordered online a 2nd Iphone 11 Pro for my son and had it shipped to the store because some how two lines on my account have been transposed. So we went on Monday to pick the phone up get through all the transferring of the old phone to the new phone and i didnt have my debit card even though it was paid in full on line so they switched it all back. Telling me the payment didnt go through.Get there today, Tuesday same thing switched everything then show them my debit card and now its showing pending???? The order was done on Sunday. So I show them my account which shows the balance and show them the emails saying the purchase was complete and ready for pick up.They wanted to re swipe my card and I couldnt understand why. So after going back and forth with the assistant manager Ani I decided to pay cash. Well guess what she informed me the store doesnt take cash after 7pm which is not listed anywhere and they are open until 8p.I was so frustrated at this point and wanted to know if i could just cancel my order and go to another store because the assistant manager was not offering any suggestions or solutions to the problem and treated me as if I did something wrong. I was told that the line was already complete so I couldnt go anywhere else....what in the world! So I ask what are we doing and the assistant manager then proceeds to tell me that if I take the phone out of the store that would be stealing and I wouldnt want that. Right....I am stealing but you all have my payment for the phone. I have never been so insulted especially considering I have several devices on my account.Please do not treat anyone else this way. I really didnt want to give the store the sell after that.I have never seen a manager not offer any suggestions or solutions to the problem.I ended up paying cash and had my bank cancel payment and put the original payment back in my account.

Generally the initial person will greet and put on board for service....generally. I dont go unless its absolutely...positively...necessary. I have yet to have a good experience. I waited 20 mins to make a payment while 3 different people walked in after and were helped on the spot and a fourth was being helped. Doesnt seem to make a difference to complain...ugh

If your visit has anything to do with an iPhone DON’T GO HERE! I basically went to this AT&T store because I didn’t want to drive to Apple, I was just needing an upgrade. Sales rep was completely unprofessional and not at all knowledgeable about iPhones. He wasn’t even friendly, handed me the phone and told me I could figure out how to set it up myself... which I can but not everyone can or wants to set up a whole new phone themself, he should’ve at least offered assistance.

Beware of their internet install tech bringing an in-home sales person to pitch their ATT cell phone plan. I was talked into switching with the promise my plan would be the same rate...not true! There were usage fees added for each phone. I called the in home sales person and she told me she had no way of knowing and there wasn’t anything she could do. Also traded in 3 phones and was told I would get a $300 bill credit...not true after numerous calls and emails I am told there was no promotion at that time and I would not be getting any credit for the phones they kept. Now I have been put on ignore at the C H store and the in home sales rep. Not my first bad experience with ATT so I should have known better to try them again. Horrible company!!!!!!

Went in this past weekend to add a line to my account and was told that my account was flagged for fraud by one of the associates but my phone was working and I didn’t receive any notice from AT&T prior to coming in. After the rude customer service experience, I left and called AT&T customer service and they informed that my account WAS NOT FLAGGED FOR FRAUD and I was able to add a line that instant over the phone. In other words, the associate lied to me just so he wouldn’t have to help me. That is beyond terrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone to come to this AT&T store. I am from out of town but I will be returning to file a complaint and speak with the manager who refused to speak with me when I was there.

Had a good experience at this store, but only because James was our sales representative. He was very good at addressing our needs and listening to our concerns. If you come here, ask for him because he will do his best to help you. Hes really nice, professional, and definitely knows what hes doing.I put 4 stars instead of 5 because we previously had another rep (I think his name was Esquiel? Idk), but he was rude and definitely did not know how to communicate professionally. Our meeting was less than 5 minutes, but -1 star for that one interaction.

So I’ll start by saying I still have phone service through at&t but I needed to return my old router and tv dvr boxes and stuff and as soon as I said I wanted to return these an employee went straight to the door and opened it and told me to leave immediately. I tried to ask him a question and he just kept interrupting me telling me to leave and go to UPS. I still use their services but never even got the chance to tell him that but I will be switching after this experience. Very rude and unprofessional

Arrive at location to try to make payment for cable and internet bill. First person to approach me was the greeter of course ready to put me in line to wait. When ask her questions she was quick to say she couldnt assist me. Finally 3 people came out from the back to start assisting customers.I have yet to go to any ATT office or pay center and be able to get any good customer service or at least meet someone that seems that they are interested in trying to help out.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!! They place has horrible customer service!! I dont know what their qualifications are to work at this AT&T retailer but it must be to be rude & unprofessional! Went in to get a screen protector for my new phone and an employee by the name of Bo assisted me. When I told him I was there to get a new screen protector because the one that was previously put on had came off, he rudely said he would look or another screen protector and put it on my phone but it would be difficult because of the round edges of my screen?! Ok?!! They make screen protectors especially for phones like mine, it was just that he was being lazy and didnt want to be occupied with helping me instead wanted to be available for when a sale walked in. Then he came back with a screen protector to put on my phone and clearly DID NOT know what he was doing! In the process of putting on the scree protectors he messed up like two of them!! He then began to get frustrated from his own stupidity and began throwing things around, I then asked to speak to his manager since I didnt want to continue being assisted by him. His manager by the name of Roger came and instead of hearing me out as the customer, he took his associates side and was as rude as him! Now I understand why his employees are rude since he sets an example! I will be taking this up! I will not be treated this way, been with AT&T since it was Cingular and never have I experienced such bad treatment at a local retailer!

Reason as to why the low rating is as follows: Ive visited this store for a few years & overall they need more urgency with customer service. You can schedule a visit but can still be here over 30 minutes (bring snacks by the way). Today I spend over an hour here just to be told I had better chance of wifi connection at home due to everyone including customers connected to their wifi. Customers should not be allowed to use if itll disrupt service to help other customers. Staff is friendly overall but seems like managers do not want to engage with matters. I believe that (managers/supervisors) would make a huge difference by simply asking hows everything going; this store can improve service & allow customers to leave faster rather than looking at your watch to check time. If your title is to improve overall experience & your either standing around or walking all over the place then you are not the right person for the position. One last thing: SOMEONE PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE!!!

I thought Verizon had terrible in-store customer service. But AT&T has officially jumped to the number one spot. Took my mother in here because shes new to the smartphone world and her phone was moving exceptionally slow and she needed help or possibly even an upgrade. Sales associate took one look at her phone while it was in my hand and said well we dont fool with that phone because its cheap. Even though she purchased it through AT&T... so basically he wasnt going to waste his time helping my mother with her low-grade smartphone. I made sure we left quickly before he tried to talk her into getting an iPhone or something ridiculous. Easy to say the problem wasnt resolved but he did tell us to go buy a $50 memory card even though she already had one. Thanks AT&T you are the best!! #SIKE
