The manager was through and showed several signs of great leadership. He was impressive sharing his time with each employee and talking to most of the customers. Black male kind of dark skin.The Hispanic female that eventually helped me was really good. She noticed I wanted to try on a type of KD shoe that they didnt initially have but she went through what was delivered on the truck and made it her business to find my size. Pretty good crew!

The girl there helped me. She also did save my shoes. Was cute also. Lol

Do they have a wide variety? Yes they do. Talk about shoes galore. So many styles and colors. The facility is very clean and all. The issue I had with this Foot Locker is how the salespeople were not around. Theyre not on the floor like Im used to seeing. I needed help, but they were nowhere in sight. I had to wait and go look for one. Maybe theyre understaffed. No one came to ask if we needed help. You literally have to hunt them down. Also, I was in the middle of a conversation with the salesperson and he actually answered the phone. To me thats pretty unprofessional. I wont be going back. It has good displays though.

Inside the store looks ok. The display shoes they had were decent to say the least. Although approximately every shoe they displayed that I asked for were out of stock. The employees standing around, not showing any sense of urgency to help me out made me leave in frustration.

Charged 3 times on Christmas Eve into Christmas day not happy will be there tomorrow for an explanation. I knew the charge was going through but they kept insisting and switching me to a different register. Pending timeliness of the resolution my rating will change. Ordered shoe online. Recieved ready to pickup email. Called to verify, busy signal. Showed up, no shoe. They offered to order it, but I think thats what I tried online and that process doesnt work. Got a refund. Went to Champs. No problems. Go to Champs or Amazon or anywhere else unless you need to waste a bunch of your time. If so, then this Foot Locker is the perfect place for you.

Went into footlocker yesterday my husband and I and Dae helped us. She was helping Atleast 3 other people but she made it work and checked on all of us. Normally when I shop there I have a ok experience but she made it worth while. I felt heard I told her I will be back with kids and she politely told me when she works again. Whenever I shop there I will ask for Dae she has won me over !! Sweet sweet girl if you need a sales associate ask for Dae !

Been here 2 days in a row for the store to be closed for no reason. I want my shoes. Manager needs to be here to communicate something to customers. No note or anything on the door.

Prices too high

Worse customer service i have ever experience. I walked in, only 1 other customer was in the store, 3 reps on the floor, was not acknowledge at all during the whole time i was there. I decided to stay looking and when i found something everyone seem to be busy or looking away but mind you there was only one other customer and she was also trying to get someone help. Will never shop in this store and will make sure i let all my friends know the trash service this store offers...
