The link sent me to the Black Friday pick up area, there I was told my order was on the grocery side. Well it would let me check in there and when I called 12 times no one answered. I called inside the store to speak to a manager and they didnt answer. Finally I flagged down Taylor, who was very Nice and Friendly. He offered to go look for it and he brought it and loaded it for me. Other than that, Your Service is Awful!! I wasted 30 mins waiting for my order. Get it together!!
Checked in on the app for Black Friday pickup. Waited 15 mins. No one came out. No one would answer the phone. So went inside to pickup only to find out there’s no inside pickup anymore. A sweet lady in electronics got me help. Had to meet a guy back over in the nursery. I asked him if he could unlock the nursery door by the Black Friday pick up where we were supposed to have it brought to us. But he told me to walk around the store to get back out. Was bizarre. It’s 12:30pm there’s a lady standing there to check tickets but no door open to leave. If you pick up Black Friday items. Give yourself plenty of extra time. Especially when they say can only pick up between 12pm and 8pm. Hard hours for working people. Lesson learned no more Black Friday at Walmart.
Horrible customer service all the time. This Walmart never has enough checkouts open. Waits are always 30 to 60 minutes to check out if you have a cart full. Self checkout are also backed up. Try Target or any grocery store for much faster service
I am the best experience at this Walmart just last week I believe it was a lovely young lady named Sharon in the self-serve checkout Center by the grocery section was the most helpful anybody has ever been there for me, and a front-end manager named Jeronique was amazing when I went to tell her about the great experience I had with Sharon
They had what I was looking for a fantastic price and it was made in the good old USA!
The sewing section in this particular department is FAR BETTER than the TWO I live nearby. Ended up spending more than I anticipated simply because e section was better.

I love to go camping with my kids and husband. And I have been to many walmarts in Texas. And honestly, this is the BEST Walmart. Every employee we seen were so so so nice and helpful. We went to this Walmart maybe 4 times on our camping trip and the employees just made us happy. I wish I knew the names, but I dont, so thank you.
I never really shop Walmart, ran in for a prescription. It was quick, fast, in and out in 20 mins.
Great place to shop, but rarely have any wasp hornet spray or any pesticides for bugs this year. Hopefully next year will be better
My husband and I went up to Cedar Hill Walmart and when we arrived at 10:52 p.m. the door was locked. There were three employees standing at the door laughing and talking with each other so we politely knocked on the door and the lady with the red bandanna on her face very rudely snarked at us that they were closed. We said it is not 11 p.m. yet so the store is still supposed to be open. While we were standing there, two other sets of customers walked up to the door as well. The employee not only turned us all away, but she did so in a very rude manner, remarking that they lock the doors at 10:50 p.m. I think Walmart’s corporate office needs to know that their employees at the Cedar Hill location are not only turning away customers ten minutes before closing time, but they are also demonstrating unprofessionalism and a serious lack of customer service.
Clean Store, Staff not knowledgeable or friendly, but they do keep things in stock at lower prices then the surrounding stores
Some time it can be a problem cause its not enough limes open u have to wait for alone time not good customer service at mangers walking around with the walleye talk during nothing just looking customer service have u alout of questions before the items are being returned some time u have the receipt but most of the time theres a gift card go to get the items at the line to pay them y are told that the card is not activated its employee need to ring up items faster than what they do its needed to be checked in on the store i know that i punched the wrong key but this is what needed to be looked into thank you very much

Not a good experience this time. I ordered groceries online and didnt get my text message stating that it was ready. it took 3 hours to get everything. found out that things were not picked, I could not find someone to help me, the help staff looked like they didnt know what they were doing. I got a substitute that I didnt want; it was just a total chaotic time. I was very disappointed this time at this store. Even though they said it was a glitch in the system, I Wont be ordering online groceries from this store again. Ill change to another store. The attitudes just werent that helpful.
Walmart is a good place to find almost everything on your grocery list...it sucks when they are out of stock on one or more of the items you need.

Worst experience ever. Staff that is very unhelpful, uneducated in their own store processes and unequipped to deal with the general public. Waited 2 & half hours for grocery pick up past the time it was to be ready and another hour and half trying to get someone to tell me whats going on only to be told they closed. Asked for a managers name and was refused that information. Told there were 3 managers alone over that department and none were available, no solution for an order they have had all day and was then told if I wanted my money back it would be 7-10 days. But was also told my order was pulled, but I couldnt pick it up because yet again they were closed. An absolute joke and I would say horribly managed but apparently not managed at all.
I recently encountered an issue at this store late-June that need immediate attention. There was a product on the shelve I pickup with a foul odor. Even though the floor manager didnt want to assist me and caused a major conflict, I really appreciate the head manager Jody for handling the situation. BIG HEART TO YOU!
This Walmart is the worst never have any open lanes. Like not everyone wants to do check out. The neighborhood one does a better job. I asked and was told they dont have enough people but they were just standing around. Never again walmart my wife purchased $400 + worth of groceries. We both agreed Heb in waxahachie is where will be shopping. Hope you guys can get this under control. People are still about customer service. And I we didnt get it at all.
Older guy playing mask police at the front really needs to chill out. Followed me and my two small children around the store and when I said I didnt want to wear the mask he handed me he demanded it back.If masks are required thats fine, make that clear. But presenting masks as optional then trying to bully your customers into compliance is completely unacceptable.

Yes! First it was filthy. Second, I had to change room three times. There were spots in the hall carpet cracks in the walls. The elevator was filthy. The bathroom toilet seats were terribly stained. The walls were thin not to mention that the furniture was stained. I should get a full refund!

Everytime I have had to stop here the lines are always ridiculously long. The store is chaotic and the staff doesnt seem like they want to assist. Today the lines looked like I was in a maze. Walmart you must do better, shoppers on the south sector dallas would like the sane courtesies as your other locations i.e. more lines open and friendlier staff.
Huge. Holy Jesus; Its got everything! I personally have not been in a big one like this, wow. We are from San Diego California yall, we do not have a Walmart this big. I was impressed with a few things in this Walmart, 1, the staff are kind and helpful. 2, the mega store is clean and organized and well lit up. I recommend this store for you, you are going to like it.
They definitely need more people, the produce was old and not very well kept. Cucumbers were soft and the potatoes had a lot of eyes.

I really like shopping at this Walmart nearest my home, over all the empkoyees and customers are friendly to one another and with the exception of major holidays they stay stocked. Ive moved my grocery shopping to Walmart+ and LOVE IT!
What rude hair stylist at the smart style inside Walmart. They are doing each others hair but do not have time for clientele. Walked in at 12:30 for a wash and conditioner. Told to come back at 3pm. Because he had a client at 1:30 pm. When I said i could not he said well I cant help you and returned to getting his hair done. In less than 10 min. They are washing someone elses hair.
Pretty busy store. Most aisles are well stocked. For the most part, you have to self check out. Cashiers and store greeters are friendly.
As usual, only one or two actual checkouts with real people at them. Makes things tricky when you have lots of garden supplies and such. But I was able to find most of the groceries I needed.

Nice friendly employees. When you ask for assistance they eager to help. The only problem is the isles. There is no room to maneuver my wheel chair. If i wanted to see something i had to get out of my chair. It was too crowded. It felt like i was at a dollar general store, they are too crowded. Make room people! Other than that it was good.
At your store at the deli to get cheese for 15-20 minutes. One guy working at 4pm during a busy time on Friday. 3 ladies in deli, one stocking and 2 ladies sitting behind deli talking. One playing on phone and just walks away pushing a basket. No one appears to be customer oriented except for the guy working by himself. They just the poor guy work the deli and give people food by himself. Horrible service. I guess the lady who is suppose to helping just returned, start serving food without washing her hands. Horrible horrible

Thank you Walmart for still implementing the mask requirement and social distancing. Theres still a lot of us who have not been vaccinated. The store was clean and organized. As always staff were helpful and polite. Kudos.

When we walked in we were greeted by Janice who seated us with a window view and was extremely nice (tip something to your host also). Then our waiter Daniel served us and we felt like he was a friend weve known for a long time. The food took a minute and was good but not great. The brisket bites were great. The ribs were good but the sauce was a little thin. The serving sizes were large. The beans were okay but needed more seasoning and a bit more time to cook. I cant really talk about the ambiance because I was having a nice time talking with my wife and laughing with Daniel. Overall it is a spot we will come back to. See you guys June 18th when we are back in FW.

Bought a $400 speaker and about 10 other items while my tires were installed. Employee at electronics wasnt helpful at all. He didnt assist or wanted to check my items out. He was standing at the cash register all the time not doing anything. He stated for me to go to the front. Customer service non-existent. Come-on!!

Had a poor experience the other day, I do remodeling on the side. Me and the home owner went to the Cedar Hill,TX. WalMart and he perched a few different sets of curtins. After the owner chose the curtains he wanted to use we set off back to Walmart to return the unused items. Upon arrival the front door people were talking to a group of shoppers as I walked in the door. I then proceeded to the service desk failing to get the item stamps on returns from the employees watching the front door. Once I got to the front service desk I was informed that I needed those stamps and that a check would have to be made of cameras to see if I was telling the truth the guy explained to me Im sorry if Im wrong. I showed him the purchase receipt apparently that was not enough those little stickers are holy Grail to them apparently what he was saying was they had to see if I had stolen them and was trying to return them I told them and showed them the receipt and said I did not steal them I purchased them earlier that same day somehow these little stickers tell the other side of the story sad that people put their faith in other things then ones word, and a proof of purchase receipt

Employees are clueless on whats going on everytime. Dont blame them just poor management and communication throughout. Asked if I can get a case opened and was left waiting for 30 min and when I asked another they just told me they dont work in this area.
We had the pleasure of meeting the pharmacy manager and a pharmacy tech. today. We were treated with such kindness which means a lot to us.

Walmart is Walmart is Walmart you know but it was okay shopping there but they still dont have enough cleaning supplies like we all need to do to keep all this virus stuff than in contact so that would be the one thing they could benefit better from is maybe finding somebody to get us a better cleaning solution but otherwise it was all right maybe if they would help the people pay attention to 60 distancing to because I was told I dont put my stuff on the conveyor belt at the checkout until the next person in front of me is gone already and when I try to make mint aim that philosophy nobody else does and nobody makes the other person behind me and Im not going to get into a confrontation over a little bit of groceries so that would be something that Walmart could do to make things better
