I purchased 337 t shirts from Mr. Howard with Exalted T-shirts on a Friday and ALL of my t shirts were delivered to my school at no cost on the following Wednesday. Not only was he extremely professional, but we also received the t shirts at a very reasonable cost. I needed 8 additional shirts because a teacher forgot to place her order and he assisted with more patience than I had. Exalted T-shirts and Printing is a great company. I’ve been contacting this business for over a week now and have gotten no where. I have stated many times since we aren’t on the same page I will be willing to stop into their store and get everything straighten out and that was never an option for them. Emailing never worked because I never got anything from them even when they said they sent something. Final conversation they were talking over me and saying that I haven’t been clear on anything. (Not true because I told them over and over again that I have what I want drawn out on a piece of paper. Exactly why I wanted to go into the store so they could see it.) But they are very rude, only wanted me to pay, and on their own time!.(Why would I pay someone when they don’t even understand or want to understand what I want!.)So frustrated and pissed. Don’t waste your time or energy!.

Very UNprofessional. I emailed back and forth with the man to create our T-shirts for a charity run. He sent me a template and quoted me a price, I told him I would drop the shirts off the next day and he never replied. I was under the impression that this was a business with hours 9-6 like stated on the website. When I googled the address it took me to a residential area. I called and no one answered, left a voicemail, no one answered back. Rang the doorbell, no one answered. Called again no one answered. So basically I was upset because I had wasted my time driving from Mansfield to Cedar Hill to be IGNORED. Its been 3 days now and no one from this company has even called to apologize. Completely rude, dont waste your time.
