Had a good experience here. Simeon was awesome. He helped me buy my first electric guitar, all the accessories I needed, wasnt pushy at all, and made the whole process less overwhelming. Would definitely come here to get anything else I need in the future.

Simeon was a great help. I called first and he was able to provide me with all the information I needed over the phone. Once I got in the store, he assisted more with some things I wanted to purchase. He did not push me into buying anything or nothing like that. His customer service was awesome and anything music related Ill go back to this store because of his friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.

Simeon was an All-Star!!! Yesterday August 19, 2019 at approximately 1830, my family entered the store. The store only had a couple people initially. Simeon was helping a family out, so we decided to look around the store and pick up things we knew we needed. Within 5 min the store capacity grew. The line grew and he was patient and attentive with the clientele. We just continued to wait because we knew we had a lot of questions and did not want to keep him from getting the line moving. After a few customers he insisted on helping us as we were first. He handled everything very well. Even with a few people yelling at him where is your help?! He was very respectful to everyone, and knowledgeable in answering our questions. We tried to ask our questions quickly so he could finish checking people out. As it turned out the store did have what we needed. He got us checked out and we were on our way. He was a big help, we will definitely make this our store for all our music needs. Thanks Simeon!!!

Anna in Cedar Hill has been helpful through the whole band instrument rental process. We had a TERRIBLE experience with Brook Mays. Anna fielded a million questions as I made sure to understand things so as to not be tricked again. When we were considering purchasing the instrument we rented, she once again was VERY helpful and informative, not pushy though. I would recommend her (and M&A) again and again.

I was looking for flash cards for my daughter, a beginning piano student. I received excellent customer service over phone and in person. Kudos to Noel and Anna. Will gladly shop here again soon for items on Christmas gift list.

Oh my god after a horrible experience with guitar center someone directed me to this place to purchase my sons instrument for band. A young lady greeted me and was so informative on the subject matter it was worth the drive from Fort Worth ALL the way to this location. Stay away from guitar centers....

Absolutely awful customer experience. They flat out lie to your face and exploit their customers at every turn. Avoid them like the plague. Thankfully, we have paid off the instrument and do not have to deal with them anymore... What a crooked company...

They are very helpful and the prices for rental are very reasonable!
