I booked appointment for eyelash extensions and was able to get in the same day. I hadn’t worn lashes in over 10 years. I explained what I wanted and I can truly say she delivered. My lashes were so natural looking just like I requested. Nice and clean environment. I definitely will be back. The service was professional, informative, and I felt comfortable during the entire appointment. I will definitely be back.

So easy to set an appointment, she asked to clarify what type of lashes/look I was going for a delivered! Payment through the appointment app was easy too. I cannot wait to rebook for my fill. Definitely a new long time customer!

No matter how great a persons service may be, professionalism should also be a priority!! I scheduled with Jae two weeks ago because of her reviews and her location, Cedar Hill. I received a text last week asking me to reschedule because she had to attend a funeral and she also informed me of her move to Midlothian, a little farther but I was willing to make the drive due to the great reviews. The appointment was rescheduled for the next day at 12pm. On my way to the appointment, Jae texted me to tell me she had painted the night before and hoped it was ok, again no problem. I arrive at 11:45am and the door is locked and no one is there. I wait until 11:58pm and texted her letting her know Im there. No response. I texted her again at 12:12pm asking if she was on her way. I received a text back with her showing me a screen print of my appointment at 1pm but my text clearly showed 12pm. She apologized with My bad girl, Girl??? You dont even know me. I use the word too but never to a business client I just met. Anyway, I still would need to wait 25 more minutes for her to arrive so I sent a text back asking if there would be a discount due to me needing to cancel another appointment or I would need to cancel with her. She responded that she would cancel our appointment. Really??? Im sitting in front of your business waiting on you to arrive because of an error on your part and a small discount is not worth my time and travel? I think I was more than understanding and I find it hard to believe an existing client would have been treated this way. Jae, Im sure you have alot of clients but this is not the way to treat new ones because I am loyal to any business that provides good service. Newcomers BEWARE!!!After reading her response, excuse me, you are the one that rescheduled on a Sunday. Owning your mistake, THATS PROFESSIONALISM!!

Wonderful experience and a fantastic new set of 2D lashes. Careful attention to safety and owner made sure she knew exactly the look I wanted before starting. No discomfort or irritation. Great atmosphere!

As always, my lashes are FLAWLESS! But ladies, let me tell you, this time, I got an additional service, stomach contour. And when I tell u she is better than my License massage therapist, u better believe it. She took her time and explained exactly what she was about to do. She is very gentle and patient and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am, as always. Oh, and ladies, I did see results after the FIRST session. I usually give an ENCORE after my sessions, but sis, today u get a STANDING OVATION!!! If you have never tried body contouring, Jae is the person to go to!! I highly recommend her.

Love my volume lashes! I asked for natural/volume and that’s exactly what I got! The studio was neat and clean and Jameka was very professional and personable. She made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I found my new lash tech yay!

Jae is the only person I will allow to do my lashes after the horrible experience I had prior to finding her. She not only repaired my lashes, but makes them look so natural and beautiful every time. I always receive the best of the best each time I come for a service. My eyelashes are always full and fluffy how I like them to be. The atmosphere is always relaxing with music of YOUR choice and a soft bed with blankets, the perfect set up you’ll probably fall asleep 99.9% of the time. I also got teeth whitening one time before and I left looking nice and white feeling like a billion bucks!!! 🤠🤑🤑 Def recommend coming for every beauty need ladies and gents!

If you like your money to be stolen, I highly do not recommend booking. I created an appointment with Jameka and was trying to reschedule my appointment however no one ever picks up the phone. I also left a message and no one returned my call. I was charged $185 for an appointment that I have been getting to reschedule prior to the appointment. Jameka did not want to refund my money. Horrible customer service as well. Definitely can not find a solution to a problem or a compromise.
