I just spoke with the manager of the store and he failed to give me confirmation as to whether my plumber took delivery of a $1000 tankless water heater. He just says he doesnt know. Im pretty sure its illegal to sit on purchased materials. He even hung up on me when I started questioning his talking in circles. I was only trying to get confirmation on whether the plumber left with the water heater or not. And his response was I dont know. Theres a thing called inventory and Im pretty they have to have an inventory system to run their business.
