This place was horrible! First love boost just pick a different location. Went in because the screen on my phone broke. He just grabbed a phone and started activating it. When i asked about the better phone I wanted I was told that my discount was already used on the phone I never said I wanted! Was really short when I was asking about getting info off my other phone. ZERO help was given!!!

My phone was all jacked up couldnt get any calls in couldnt get calls out couldnt make messages had an update that was waiting and had to be done went in there the guy that helped me at Cedar Lake Boost Mobile it was about 4 in the afternoon absolutely fantastic that kid knew his business Im going back there and upgrading my phones just because of the fact that hes a nice guy and he went out of his way to help me I wish she had a shirt on that showed me his name or a tag but the owner knows is ours and thats the guy better hang on to him hes good

So thankful for the boost mobile of cedar lake. Everyone was making it sound like switching over my phone would be difficult but the gentleman helped me not only go through the process but he did it over the phone to save us both a lot of time. You the real mvp

Service isnt horrible but theres always just a single employee and at times there is a long wait time

The Lowell branch was closed to a emergency so we had to go to Crown Point or Cedar Lake which we didnt mind taking a trip cuz we literary ran into our best guy ever is name is TJ and hes only at their store on Mondays great person inside and out we love this guy he was always great and amazing person he is the best.He travels all over we really miss him at the Lowell branch now we have a guy there named Adam but hes ok but not no where like TJ,thank you a valuable customer at Boost Mobile ❤

The new guy that works there right now knows what hes talking about an actually what he is doing most there I dont know but if you go in during week you should get the proper help the guy that works there right now is helpful an knows what he is talking about instead of alot of the others
