They could use a better Drive-Thru window apparatus & the entryway is constantly full of rutsThere have been some very nice people that work here, but they have a large turn over with their people. Over all the workers are friendly.

I bought a product on Monday, returned to shop Tuesday morning to discuss and ask questions on why it did not work. I was told that it was my fault it wasnt working and no refund or exchange! Bad business practice, rude employee and will never go in again.

Dont expect fast or friendly service or good prices. Everytime I come to this place, youll burn 10 minutes of fuel waiting for service. They charge 15-25¢/pack, more than everyone else in Cedar Lake. Seriously, Strack & Van Til charges less than this place. No credit cards under $10. I suggest you get your smokes from Caseys, down the street.
