These guys are amazing, complete knowledge and willing to work with guys like me in my organization. The owner Al appreciates the service I provide to those in reentry and cuts me a little bit of a break at checkout, I was able to rent this bad boy at a lower rate than the big box stores. Terrible customer service. I needed a key made. Waited patiently for the associate to answer three phone calls before helping me. Took my key, put it in the machine then left to answer the phone several more times, as well as help other customers, all while three employees were standing at the register talking. Don’t waste your time here- go to the one in Crown Point.

I go here often and the staff is very helping and knowledgeable. There is also a gorgeous dog.

Good place to grab home repair/maintenance products in a pinch since its only 3-4 minutes away from our house. The prices on non-sale items are fairly high but sale items are pretty good. They have a rewards program for buying water softener salt bags since Cedar Lake water is well water. Nice folks.
