Always walk out with more than I came for. But that usually means that my gift buying list is shorter. So a good thing all around. This is a well organized store and I really enjoy just spending time browsing.

Love the selection. Customer service is excellent! Wish the prices were lower. However I did find some great organization items on clearance!

On New Years day I came in looking for a curtain rod for my living room. This was the first time I have been into a Bed Bath & Beyond store so I was a little lost. The curtain rod that I had before were cheap and didnt hold up. I came in looking for a new set that could hold up the curtains across 3 windows. David stopped what he was doing and came up to be and asked if I needed help with anything. I told him what I was looking for and he set me up perfectly with what I wanted. I asked if I could open the box to see how the brackets looked and he said of course and opened the box to showed me. He mentioned to me that he has only worked at the location for only 2 weeks. He was amazing at taking care of the customer and I will definitely be coming back.

One of the best BB&B stores Ive been to. Great customer service. Everyone was very friendly, I was greeted by every staff member I came across, and they offered their assistance. Great selection of items. The one item I wanted wasnt available but the manager ordered it for me and had it shipped directly to my house.

Clean and organized. Lots of great household items. And some decent sales.

The saddest bed bad and beyond I have ever been in. Even Wichita KS has a nicer one. They had maybe 20 different bedspreads/comforters? The focus is on kitchen wares and beauty products. Time to remove bed from the sign and call it a pharmacy with a kitchen section.

Showed up a quarter until close and they locked the doors early. Couldn’t go in. I knew what I wanted, I’d be gone in 5 minutes but now I won’t be back.

Ignorant workers are just there to socialize with each other. This morning I had to walk out because these two ladies were basically yelling at each other three aisles away while stocking items. Absolutely disruptive and cackling and just not aware customers even existed. Wont be back. Time to grow up ladies.

No service and incredibly lazy. Associate was only interested in texting and being on her cell phone. I couldn’t find an item, asked a front cashier who apparently one was sales associate. She didn’t care to look or look it up. She just had someone else do it. I find what I am looking for and go to the front to check out. Same person doesn’t want to log in to a new register so she just says, you’re gonna have to wait. Her associate says, just log in and it took her two seconds. She asks me if I found everything alright when I just asked her to help me find something (you know the answer). Then she checks me out and walks off making me grab my stuff from behind the plexiglass (couldn’t even hand it to me). She immediately walks back to her other coworker and brings out her cell phone.

Quick attentive service, was out of stock on some essential items, but I should cut them some slack since it was Christmas Eve when I went in.

While Im typically the BIGGEST fan of Bed Bath and Beyond I literally have a dread walking into this location on Pecan Blvd. They have a great selection of products, but they are quite combative when trying to return something or get a 20% off issued on an online purchase. Ive never been to a BBB where Ive been interrogated for a return for which I have a receipt for as I do at this location. Whenever I have more time I chose the Arboretum location, they are much more friendly there and reflect the true BBB hassle-free return manta, plus you can actually find an associate on the floor to help unlike the Pecan store where you have to walk around for 30 minutes before you can even flag someone down. If you have the time find another location to go to.

When I walked in the door to bed bath & Beyond I was ecstatic. Right in front of me was a pillow I had been looking for for several hours previously that day at other stores and online. Sitting right there in front of me just fantastic and it was on sale for 40% off. My only disappointment was they didnt have curtains that I was looking for. Well definitely be going back.

We got curtains for our house from here, they got lot of options with good colors and sun light blocking add on. You can buy some day to day stuff there as well. Will definitely recommend to go there. Losing one star for queue time, they need to add more people for check out.

If you are looking for a well-rounded service, helpful employees, and a wide range of items for a wedding registry, Id recommend giving this store a try. Roz was helpful to us when we went to the store, guided us, and the prices range from reasonable to a little high-end, but not wildly so. If youre looking for help, make sure to ask for her, shes very understanding and actually makes an effort to check in with you personally. I really appreciated her excellent service and creating a registry here was easy and fun! This might be a little extra bias but, they also sell ED by Ellen here sooo, just saying!~ :)

Went to get a Ninja Foodi and they had the one I was looking for in stock. This was my first visit to their store and I was overwhelmed with merchandise this place carries...they have it all, everything!!! Their sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly. After returning home I got a 20% off coupon in the mail, so drove back there and redeemed it with no questions asked. Absolutely love this place!

Hard to locate items in the store and the lady who brought my item out to me in the parking lot for store pickup was not nice and short with me.

The layout of items is not organized.

I recently shopped here for some off to college items for one of my kids. The customer service earned five stars for product knowledge and helping me find exactly what I was searching for, but I removed a star due to the lack of in-store color options for shower curtain liners and shower stall curtains.

Everyone in the store was very helpful until we got to the older woman at the main cash register (customer service). She was horrible. She was too busy talking with the other customers trying to rush us out and after we put in the card to pay she sat and again talked to other employees then made us feel the delay was our fault. She was very rude. I will shop there again as long as she does not check me out!!!!!!

I just moved here to Austin, Texas and Bed, Bath & Beyond was my go to store for my new place. The staff as been professional and knowledgeable about the the products they sale. The staff also cares about helping the customer save money as well, a staff member signed me up with the rewards program when ordering something online in store, which in return a lot more because of the reward, plus the 15% off coupon.Awesome customer service here at Bed, Bath & Beyond.

Bed bath & beyond is what it is. It is where shark tank deals Doge died and people think they get bargains, yet things are very expensive. I went looking for items for my bathroom and thought it was interesting that I struggle to find a soap dish, a shower head, and a shower curtain that was less than $70.

The staff was the so friendly and professional and patient. Loved each staff that helped us for my sons College dorm. And the special delivery order conveniently to the house.

Standard Bed Bath and Beyond at the end of the center. The center itself is a mess to get in and out of. The store itself is nice and has most housewares you need. Bring your coupons that come in the mail. They can make a big difference and most of the time they ignore the restrictions on them. Very tight space so it can get chaotic and checkout can take a while.

Always friendly and they had exactly what I wanted. And they always have a great coupon.

After a year-long search, I finally found a bed set my husband and I could agree upon. It was on clearance. Some decorative pillows were not available at the store. I checked online myself and found zero available. So, I searched the bedding dept and found a couple that semi-worked with the color scheme. As I was wandering out of that section (most likely with a very puzzled expression) an employee approached me, asking if I found everything I was looking for. I said, Well, yes and no.... With a smile on her face, and zero hesitation, she said, Im so sorry we didnt have what youre looking for in stock. Let me check the computer. I told her that I already checked online to no avail. She said shed look anyway because it still may be in stock, just not on the floor or another store may have it.When checking the back room she didnt find a pillow for the exact set, but one which was comparable. I was very impressed with her choice. Also, the SKU was not easy to find in the computer so she asked a manager to assist. Between the two of them, I was completely blown away by the amazing service. They found 2 pillows for me to be shipped to my house, at no additional cost.Service like that is few and far between these days. The associate assisting me was named Stella. I was so blown away by the outstanding service that I forgot to look at the managers name. Stella appeared genuinely happy to have been able to help me. I applaud this store. Thank you!

A great place to pick up items for the home. Everything from dishes, cookware, toiletries, and linen await you in abundance here. If youve never been, I recommend you drop by. They are all nearly identical except for staff, and the staff here are friendly as usual.

Great customer service

Picking up online orders is pretty is inconvenient. You have to stand in checkout line, and expect to be bypassed or told to wait while other in-store purchase customers check out. Trying to to get your discount coupon without installing the store app is cumbersome.

Wide selection of stuff for the house. Good deals and good products too. Make sure you use a coupon as you should never pay full price. We like going here and rarely leave empty handed.

This Bed Bath and Beyond is one with the drugstore type items in it as well. The prices for some of my regular cosmetics was cheaper than target. And its a great place to use those $5 off coupon on small items. the staff is exceptionally friendly.

Very clean, well stocked shelves. That being said I was just argued with by the check out lady! I use to work in retail and the customer was always right even if they were wrong! I have never had such rude service before from a check out lady. Im hoping she was just having a bad day and needed to take it out on someone instead of always being like that. All I could do was keep my thoughts to myself and smile.

This is a wonderful home goods store, but beware the beyond section. One time I got lost in there and I found a portal to Hogwarts. It wasnt all that great.

I love Bed Bath and Beyond, but what I dont like is that perfume they pump through the vents, it gives me an instead headache. I have talk to others and they have disagreed with me. Wish they just do away with that smell, when I do go there, I try to get what I need and leave.
