YALL. Lauren did the flowers for my wedding and they. Were. AMAZING. I had a very loose (but simultaneously incredibly picky) idea of what I wanted, and somehow she managed to hit the nail right on the head. Just gorgeous! The colors were amazing and the types of flowers were all just what I envisioned. What a gift Lauren has.Plus they stayed looking wonderful for DAYS, damn near a couple weeks for some of them. Simply amazing. I was having a hard week at work and naturally turned to my partner for support and advice. It was the week of Mothers Day. I had to make an order for a friends fathers funeral at seemingly the last minute as the service was Monday at 10 am, and I was calling on a Friday near closing. I didnt get an answer (right at closing) so I submitted an online order planning on calling the next day to confirm. Just a few minutes later the florist called me back to talk through the order with me. She explained their weekly flower delivery was not until Monday at 9:30 am which was going to present a problem with what I ordered. She assured me she had plenty of other flowers on hand. I told her our main concern was just being represented through our arrangement and that I trusted her to put together something. My friend posted a picture of the arrangement, and I couldnt be more pleased. It was absolutely beautiful, and I appreciate the personal call to verify details and the effort to make sure it made it to the church before the service. If I lived in Cedar Park, I would use them every time for my floral purchases. Excellent quality and excellent customer service!

Specifically asked to please not include carnations, her response was oh no, dont worry we wont add those, well make them look really pretty. Well the extremely small & extremely overpriced flowers were 60% carnations.

Today is my girlfriends birthday and I messed up. I forgot to order flowers. I swung by Laurens shop to see if I could be something to save the day. Lauren certainly saved the day. She put together an arrangement in less than 15 minutes. The entire time she was very welcoming, engaging in conversation, and asking questions to really nail down the arrangement. Her shop is amazing and so is her customer service. Quality Control is through the roof since every arrangement is done by her personally. Her prices are extremely reasonable but I would gladly pay 3 times the price just for the customer service and the welcoming atmosphere.Lauren, youve earned yourself a loyal customer. The bouquet i selected for my wife was off the list for this occasion, and I wrote a note for her. I am use to the usual FTD and 1800 Flowers under achieving with a massive difference of the quality and arrangement of the bouquet. I was also expecting the usual printed no frills card with my birthday message. Well I was blown away, the bouquet was beautiful and fresh, so fresh my house still smells of their wonderful scent. The card had my message perfectly and, get this, was hand written and whomever wrote the card had great skills. They even had a heart next to my name on the card, talk about a awesome human touch. I will never use those big flower companies for a local florist again, and if I can I will use Cedar Park Florist for long distance as well. They have, in one sale, gained a customer that will be loyal.

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my girlfriend through Cedar Park flowers on line. I was sent a confirmation email saying the flowers would be delivered.They were never delivered and I was never notified why.When I called the store I was advised they my order was canceled because my girlfriend was out of their delivery area. And they never contacted me!Employee that answered the phone never apologized. Just kept saying my card was not charged.So Im stuck on Valentines Day with no flowers and a rude flower store.Never Again.

Cedar Park Florist was a great choice for our florist for our wedding this past July! Being a DIY bride, I made most of my own decorations and used craft store silk ivy on the tables, but I couldn’t make up my mind for the people-related flowers (bouquets/boutonnieres/corsages) for the longest time. I decided to go with a florist about 2-3 weeks out from the wedding, and after some online research and phone calls, I picked Cedar Park Florist. Lauren (the owner and designer) was so much fun to work with, and she was very accommodating for my rather last-minute decision. And the flowers turned out GORGEOUS and were everything I dreamed they could be! I highly recommend this place!

They were so over-run during prom season, they took our corsage/bouquet order weeks in advance and then notified us the day of they couldnt fulfill their obligation until after 5:00 pm......too late, the event started at 5:00 all the way downtown....so glad the kids werent too upset but I cringed when I saw all the other couple-dates with their flowers; pinning the corsages is like a rite of passage. Should have ordered through HEB.

They took the time to call back people on Valentines Day while it was absurdly busy in the shop! I dont care where you are from but when people take the time to get back to you on such a busy day - thats amazing customer service. To the guy who gave 1 star for them running out of flowers on Valentines Day around 2 pm...I was in the shop when they told you that by the way. They had hundreds of orders going out from people placing orders before V-Day. Who walks in the day of Valentines in the afternoon and writes a bad review for them being honest in saying that they may not have enough flowers left to fill any more orders? At least they took the time to talk to you and honest enough to say that any left over flowers might not be sell-able....they could have ripped you off but didnt. Amazing place. Ordered an arrangement on line prior to business opening $45.00, and it was delivered 1:00 that afternoon but it wasn’t worth what I had paid. And the size wasn’t as pictured on site . Bottom of vase to the top of flowers was 8”, and about 6-8 wide at bouquet. Maybe $20-25.00 value.Shame you try to do something nice for someone and a local business does you this way.

On Feb 7th I ordered some flowers, candy, balloon and stuffed animal for my wife to be delivered on valentines day. And nothing ever arrived. Really disappointed

I forgot to stop on the way home from work last Wed. evening for a very sentimental card for my wife and found myself stuck at home teleworking the next day. I decided to call Cedar Park Florist for a nice arrangement I found on their website. Unfortunately, Lauren was missing one of her employees Thu. morning and short-handed. I told her anytime that day would be fine and within a few hours, she personally made the delivery to our home in Lago Vista. I went there to buy flowers on Valentines day, and they told me they didnt know if they had any to sell. Ive never experienced that at any flower shop before. Granted, Im used to buying flowers from stores in smaller towns. Maybe it is the kind of service someone could expect in the city. Still, its a bad look when a flower shop doesnt have flowers for Valentines day. Will not go there again.
