These guys are THE BEST! There is no request to large or too small and their response time is excellent. We had a high tech install + blinds and the knowledge of their employees was endless. They came out on the weekends, night, available for questions at all hours...I cant recommend them enough. Low stress, low maintenance, get what you ask for and more kind of company.
Padded fake reviews, thieves, dishonest to clients and abusive to employees. Check your contracts carefully, they are aware and intentionally put things in it they believe you wont notice until its too late and youve signed. They sell you used and old equipment as a new item, never tell you and wont own up to it until you prove it by looking up the serial numbers, see thats its registratered to a different client and was purchased 5 years ago. If they think they can get away with it they will. Crooks, go with a different AV company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER!We hired ServiceTech to install automated shades in our condo, since they were the recommended installation partner for the building and selling realtor. They quoted us a 6-8 week lead time for the shades. It has been 9 MONTHS so far, and they still havent finished the project. They made errors in ordering materials, made mistakes in scheduling, and flat ignore my calls and emails. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to no avail, and I am considering legal action against them.
Service TECH delivered an amazing system for our home. They were very professional and also very clean. They always made sure to clean up after themselves as our home was being finished. Which was important for me. They made sure we understood the finished product by showing us around the system with a detailed walk-through tutorial. The owner, Chris Pearson, also made sure to be present throughout the process and assist with anything needed or asked of. All in all, we couldnt be more pleased that we now have the home well be able to enjoy for years to come. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for similar services.

Chris Pearson, the owner came out to my house to put together a proposal to add about $6,000+ in new services and to take over the servicing of my account. I selected Chris because his business is located minutes from my neighborhood. It quickly became apparent that Chris was concerned that he would not be as competitive as my current provider on the items to be added as he brought that up on more than one occasion. However I had several reasons form wanting a new service provider and cost was only one factor. Chris assured me he would get back with me with a proposal. After about a week I hadnt heard from Chris and I emailed him. No response. A week later, today, I called and left him a VM and also sent him an email asking where was the proposal. I receive and email back from him stating that he would not be able to offer me any services and it would be in my best interest to stay with my current service provider. What?!? How terribly unprofessional. I am in a tight time crunch trying to get all this stuff done before we move in to our new house. Two weeks that I did not have are now wasted.And I had already made up my mind I was going to use him despite the price. In summation if you want your time wasted and to be treated like your an unworthy client just call Chris Pearson at Service Tech AV. Hell be glad to accommodate you.
I had a great experience with Service Tech. From the in depth knowledge of their products to the patient designers and engineers. They walked me through every step and really made this complicated process feel more digestable. Now we have an amazing home system that everyone in the house can use, from my 10 year old to when my parents come over.

UPDATE: Ive moved them to 5 stars. Their new service department is top notch. They were on time, quick to figure the problem and even planned ahead and brought a temp unit to get me back up and running. I had an occasion to visit with one of the top luxury home builders in Austin and they are now using Service Tech exclusively. If I ever build another big buck house, Ill be using Service Tech again.I have used Service Tech for the last 3 years on my very extensive and complicated AV/Lutron system. They have had some bumps in the past but they have always come thru. They recently changed out a TV for a new LG OLED screen and sound bar and did a very through job. No loose ends. Cleaned up after them and make sure everything was right before leaving. Good job.
We used them for 10 years and did not want to subscribe to the contracts that they wanted for 300.00 a month so they would not work with us
