Cashier was very helpful even though she was helping another customer she got me the product that I was looking for and checked me out

Anna helped me here and she was so knowledgeable! Got me exactly what I needed and suggested products to protect my hair while bleaching it. The store was busy but I never felt rushed. Thank uuuuuu!!

Visited the store 9/06/21 at 2:40pm.Walked around the store waiting for the sales lady to come and help me. She was with one customer for about 20min talking, never stopped to come help me so i just lefted the store. I will not be returning and i will spread the word about the lack of sales help and black products. Thank you Sally Beauty in Cedar Park..

My 3 year old daughter had to use the restroom. She can not hold it. When you have to go you have to go.They wouldnt let her go 20 degrees outside. No bathroom in walking distance. You should have a restroom for customers.Stock low of all blonde red dye in almost every brand.

I have tried calling for several days at different times and each times it goes to a busy signal after waiting through the prompts. Not a great way to utilize curbside ordering. Disappointed 😔

Angela was extremely helpful and brought great energy to my day from the second I walked in to the time I walked out. Though I knew what I needed, she still checked up on me. This people want you to give them your card information for you to buy from the store, is not like you can order from the app and pay you must give them your card info, the attitude doesnt help either.

Went in and the 1 shade I needed was out. Went to ask front associate if there was any in the back and she told me they cant go back there because there doing inventory. Thats not customer service if you ask me. I went in for the convience of being close by and not having to run to Rda state store which I never have product availability there.

Not looking on their phone about a product when im asking if she can show me when something is. She was young with purple hair but she didnt seem to know anythiny about products.
