Got a flat right in front of this location and pulled looking for help.Mechanics asked to go to the front desk first. The guy said I should leave a car there for the rest of the day or wait for 3 hours until next spot will be available. That was not an option with all my family and kid on board. Started dealing with it by my own on their parking lot. At least 5 workers came and helped me to put the spare and inflate it. (That is how busy they all were) It took us under 3 minutes. And they saved my day! Great thanks to everyone!So 5 starts for all the awesome workers and -3 for front desk customer service.
I have had many problems with other stores but I have had my car serviced her a couple of times and they have proven to go the extra mile to take care of me and these people Impressed me I am very critical of how my service is handled and they explained every thing very well . And I didn’t leave feeling that they just try to run up your bill by adding a laundry list of things that are questionable to say the least . They seem truly dedicated to listening to the customer as well as explaining in detail what the car issues are . This will be my go to store for all my repair or major service needs .

Friendly staff. Some small mistakes happened but the management is always ready to fix it. Only one thing I would like to see improved - waiting time. Last visit my car was for 5 hours in the shop and they did inspection, oil change, and breaks. The appointment was set prior to the visit.I am for 3 years with them but never get fast service. Came in this morning for an oil change and was told it couldnt be done until the next day. There were several open bays and the parking lot wasnt nearly as full as usual. Went across the street and was able to get an oil change in 25 minutes. I can appreciate that Firestone seems to be geared towards larger jobs, but surely they could do simple walk in oil changes.
My brakes got bad really fast. So they werent safe. They were able to get me in for a very booked day and amazingly got it done by 1pm. Very helpful!!

I love coming to this Firestone. I love that Justin treats everybody as his family. I feel safe enough to drop off my keys and say do what needs to be done and Ill be back in a hour and expect it to be done correctly and on time. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They have a lot of good mechanics there but hunter works his best to get everything done accurately and quickly I dont trust anybody else with my car
Slow. 1.75 hours to fix 1 tire. Had the tire on and off and re-into machine several times and then put the tire pressure at 41 when returned car! 41 for a 30-32 recommend!

We were told that my husband was not able to use our Firestone account even though that has never happened to us at any of the many other Firestone locations we have used before over the decade we have been customers. Then my husband told them to hold off on a few recommended services. Then we were charged for them anyways and when we called to ask why they did a service we specifically told them not do, they told us they actually never did the service and needed to refund us. It was an over 200 dollar mistake and 200 dollars that will take several days to get refunded to our bank account. Plus, apparently, unless we called to clarify, we would have never known we charged for services we never actually received. They said they were training someone who made the mistake but they weren’t very apologetic about it. I will be looking for another Firestone location to be our go to for our cars. I would not recommend this location.

I really appreciate the team that they have at this location.It’s 20 minutes from my location, when I have another Firestone nearby, but I prefer giving this location my business because I trust them and they’ve treated me like a customer, and NOT a chore.

Been here twice for vehicle inspections and they are very quick and professional. You can tell they have a crew of skilled, knowledgeable people. Ive observed that they treat other customers and all of the vehicles with respect.

I had a construction nail in my tire tread. I took my car to another tire company up the road and they told both me the tire couldn’t be repaired and needed to have the tire replaced for $285. They were very high pressure and stated the nail went it at a weird angle. When I decided not to buy the tire I asked for my tire back and they were hesitant to return but I wasn’t leaving without it. I’d had good experience with Firestone in our hometown and decided to drive by for them to check it. They were amazing! They looked at the tire....and stated it was an easy repair! While I was there I overheard a mechanic tell a customer they were not needing a battery replacement just had a lose terminal. Their honesty took me off guard and I was impressed by how well their team worked together and the customer service was great! Great company and didn’t realize they are full service and their techs don’t work on commission which means honest assessment and work! They have earned our business for good and my repair was only $20! Thank you Firestone!
I had an appointment set to change tires. When i got there they said it was going to be at least 1 hour before they started working on it, which seemed to negate the reason for getting an appointment. I came back just over an hour later and saw they hadnt started working on it. I stood near the garage doors for 45 minutes watching a group of four employees sit around and not work on any cars until one of them finally came over and asked which was my car. They told me they would start working on it straight away. Another 20 minutes went by before they pulled their car into the bay. When I got home I checked the tire pressure and it was completely wrong. The front tires are supposed to be 32 psi and the rears 38psi. The employees had pumped up all the tires to 48-50 psi. I understand you overinflate the tires to seat/pop them onto the rim, but to not reduce them to operating pressure is a safety issue. Overinflated tires reduce traction on the road, cause blowouts, and reduce the life of the tire. Since the tire pressure was wrong I decided to check if the employees had over or tighten the lug nuts. The lug nuts are supposed to be tighten to 105 ft. lbs of torque on my car. My torque wrench goes up to 150 ft. lbs of torque, but the lug nuts were tightened so much my torque wrench couldnt measure the actual amount. Over tightened lugnuts can strip threaded fasteners or stretch bolts beyond their limits, which can result in loose nuts or cause the bolt to crack and break. It also advances the thread further than its meant to, so a correctly torqued lugnut will now be too loose. Over Tighten lugnuts can also crack wheels. Making sure a tire is inflated correctly and lugnuts are torqued correctly would seem to be two of the most basic and fundamental things a tire shop should get right. I wont be going here again.
I needed a patch for a nail in my tire. They fixed me up without trying to sell me new tires like some others tire places.
My guy Brandon is awesome. All the staff are friendly and get the job done quickly. I had to wait for my vehicle, which I knew I was going to since I needed a bit of work done, anyway I couldnt help but overhear the person at the front of the store was very honest and up front about wait times. I cant stand if Im on a time crunch and 20 minutes turns into 2 hours... not here. Thanks Firestone!

This is a highly reputable and honorable location. We had a routine check up, tire replacement, oil change etc... and, as any business can have, a little confusion occurred about what services had been booked. What could have been frustrating and difficult to resolve was instead an enjoyable and easy experience thanks to Enrique and his staff. Brief conversation and explanation and listening by all parties resolved the confusion easily and professionally. It’s not often that a business turns a reasonable and small mistake into something good, but I will continue to bring my car for maintenance to this location first.Related: the booking of the appointment, quality of the work, and timeliness was excellent across the board
The staff has never disappointed me! My battery died and the type of battery is not cheap when bought through Firestone...they gave me the product number so I could price match which saved me $50 and I have a three year warranty instead of one. So I made an appointment for 3pm yesterday. Turns out I made it for the Lakewaylocation online by mistake. This location(Cedar Park) was very busy but they took care of me anyway! Got my Inspection done and had my AC diagnosed. They explained what the problem was and worked with me to come up with a more than fair estimate. While I was waiting I was engaging with other customers, they all had great things to say and have been loyal customers for a long time because of how well they take care of their customers. Being a single Mom and having to take care of things I know nothing about (cars) can be intimidating but I did not feel intimidated or taken advantage of at all! Great place, great service and very nice/friendly employees!Thank you Enrique and all of you for a great experience. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

I always use this place for routine maintenance, so when my check engine light came on I decided to trust them for that too. Not only did they reduce the price of the diagnostic check for me, they told me what was suspected to be wrong. They went even farther when I asked if it was something I could fix myself, and instead of taking the chance to lie & tell me they had to fix it, they showed me the part & enabled me to make the repair myself. Instead of spending nearly $400 for them to fix the issue, I did it myself & saved $300. This is the kind of place to trust your vehicle with!

Wanted to take sometime to write a review. Weve been taking our cars there for over 10 years and have been well taken care of. Car repair expenses and maintenance can be a sticker shock (to say the least), but each time weve come out with peace of mind knowing we have been taken care of. This morning my sons car battery needed to replaced and the store manager (Justin) made sure things came out right. He has taken care of us multiple times and he makes sure to explain the repair, detail the expense and attempts to help us with rebates, etc.I would definitely recommend this place because of the manager himself and how he takes care of his customers. Kudos to you my friend, you will be seeing more of my business and referrals because of the way you treat your clients.
They were great. I got a puncture in one of my rear tires and was told by an associate at a different tire facility that since both of my rear tires were old, I might as well replace them both. They didnt have the right tires for me and recommended I go to Firestone. I set up an appt with Firestone to replace my tires and dropped my car off. A while later they called to say that my other rear tire was fine and didnt need to be replaced. They didnt have to do this. I had already agreed to replace both, but because of their honesty they saved me $200. I really, truly appreciated that. They have good people working there. Definitely recommend going there.
Ive been a Firestone customer for years; the reason being, they do great work, never try to scam you, and prices are exceptional. Im hard on my SUV, I drive a lot, travel dirt roads, road trip. I expect to pay for maintenance. I took my Element in yesterday and some problems were brought to my attention. I was given a prioritized list, in case I didnt have the time/$ to get all the work done I needed. I also asked if I should get additional work done, and they told me it was unnecessary. I had everything fixed that needed fixing, they dropped me off at The Joint to get an adjustment, picked me up, and my SUV was ready to go. Its purring like a kitten and Im absolutely confident it needed the work they recommended. I replaced the worn Destination LE2 tires that I swear by, and was given great coupon discounts for some of the fixes. The staff were top-notch professionals who were friendly and efficient. Once again, Firestone came through for me.

These guys will treat you right. They have the best master technician on duty. He is a wizard with electrical issues. I have a supercharged GTO that had massive electrical problems from the previous owners bad build. The tech was able to sort it all out quickly and she is running awesome now. Love these guys!

I made a appointment Thursday for Friday evening and the same person I talked to on the phone told me I wasnt scheduled when I got there. But it was corrected. Not very professional in general with the bickering about who did what or didnt do something. Immature is how I would describe it best. As far as the quality of work...just went for a oil/filter change and grease smudges were left on our tan cloth seat. Hopefully they will come out.

This is my go-to shop for maintenance and repairs needed on my cars when quick turnaround is important. Especially tires, but not just that. Because of all the construction around here, road hazards are the most common events for me. But Ive had brakes, steering components, AC service, battery replacement, and numerous other broken bits repaired here. Its a busy shop so show up early or call ahead.If you are waiting onsite for your car, take a break and visit the excellent Red Horn coffee and brew house right next door. Choose from a great selection of hot/cold coffee or 32 unique beers on tap. Theres pastries, tacos, a cheese board, sandwiches, and a lot of new things you havent tried before on the ever changing menu. Its a great place to chill inside or out.Support from the front, repair time, and quality work has been my experience at this shop for the last 5 years.
Took in brand new Apex Arc-8 wheels, in the box, and had them mount up new Indy 500s on my BMW. First drive the steering wheel shook after 40+mph. Took it back the next day to have them fix it. Noticed the next time I washed the car (maybe 1mo later) that the paint was chipping around the bore where they mount the wheel on the balancer. Talked to a manager there and he swears up and down they couldnt have done it, but the marks line up with a sleeve they use on the balancer. This was visually confirmed when they walked me through their process. 3 of 4 wheels are chipped. When asked how to proceed, the manager gave me a wheel repair shop to go to, so I went and got a quote but it was too expensive for him to pay to repair and wasnt willing to cover ... Tried looking at paint matching but its just as expensive to paint due to the color (Hyper Black).Brand new wheels: $1400Tires: $800Paint repair after install: $800If youve got nice wheels, go elsewhere. I wont be back.FOLLOW UP EDIT: Bridgestone representatives got in touch with me, sent out an inspector, and ultimately refunded me money to cover repairs.
Unknowingly, I tried to schedule an appointment for a state inspection at this location although that’s not possible due to state guidelines. I scheduled online and then called the store to confirm that I needed a state inspection not a total vehicle inspection. The employee on the phone confirmed that he would get it changed in their system and they would see me at the appointment time for an inspection that could be completed in 15-20 minutes. After arriving to the store, the woman at the front explained to me that this was not allowed and it would be an hour wait. I let her know that I now understood the policy, but she should let the employee know instead of me showing up at that scheduled time only to wait. She said, “Right, they shouldn’t have done that,” as well as “gotcha” over and over while telling me that the employee did not understand what I had asked over the phone. There was never an apology for the misunderstanding or an offer to let their team know the policies again. The interaction was uncomfortable and not helpful for either the customer or the store. However, Jiffy Lube in the same parking lot could get me in with a brief 10 minute wait!
Had four new tires installed. Courteous and job done right the first time. They recommended I replace the serpentine belt, and Ill have a follow up appointment with them to perform the work.Edit: Had another visit to these folks over the weekend (replace radiator / significant leak, hoses, thermostat, water temp sensor). They were spot on with the analysis and got everything done much faster than I was expecting (over the weekend).
Most locations cant do alignments on the new 3/4 trucks and up. I do appreciate their 90 day return policy if you dont like their tires.

A decent place to go for an oil change, but thats about it. Make an appointment on their website and youll get right in. Red Horn is 150 yards across the parking, so it makes the wait easier if you have a beer (or latte) in your hand. Time for oil change: 1 hr. 15 mins.

Sent my car there around 2 months ago for an oil change. It took under 4 hours to do, just yesterday the check engine light turns on I look at the oil and its black, its funny because my cars computer says it has 3,000 miles left to change the oil. And I have noticed that several times the same filter was left on and to their defense a mechanic told me that the filter was rated for over 5,000 miles. Since then Ive learned to take my car care seriously and not bring it to a place like this.
I love this location! This team takes such good care of my vehicles and treat me like family. I trust their judgement and their repairs. Thursday evening, I stopped in to have my tire pressure checked because my gauge went off. I thought it was due to the change in weather. Unfortunately, that wasnt the case. I had a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires and they discouraged me from driving anymore on it. Because it was late and they had to get the tire delivered, I decided to leave my car with them. They offered a ride for me if I couldnt find another way home. Then the next day, they helped me get back to the shop so I could get my car back. This shop repeatedly goes above and beyond to help customers and keep us safe. Thanks!

Nice facilities but had a very bad experience. When in with an issue of a noise at start up. After they looked at the vehicle they couldnt replicate the noise again for the 2nd time. Tried to up sell me on a litany of issues totaling $2600. I told them to forget it and as i am driving away NOW I have a noise from the front passenger side wheel area. I have the same issue i came in and picked up another. No sir - not going back.

Terrible terrible experience Ive had to go back 5 times to fix the same problem witch still isnt fixed now this time after they worked on it my coolant is leaking and Ive never had that problem until they worked on. Every time they call me and say my cars done they tell me that its definitely fixed and I should not have any more problems but that hasnt been the case... all theyre doing Is taking my money and havent fixed a damn thing.

I was looking for performance oriented tires for my Jetta which I normally buy at my membership store, but I stopped in to see what they had neighborhood Firestone Auto Care. I was impressed by the options and advice they offered. I really like the asymmetric design of the Firehawk AS. I didnt buy them that day (no pressure from them) but after researching a bit, I went back, got an honest deal and they mounted them quick. Nice guys too!

After some bad experiences at a different firestone location I was pretty upset and had decided I was done with Firestone but todays experience has restored my faith. On 01/25/2019 we got a call from the college where our son attended advising that he had transitioned this life. The college was almost 8 hours away by automobile and we were told to quickly get there. After getting ourselves together emotionally, I pretripped the car and noticng that one tire was low and it had a long screw in it. Got it over to firestone and I overheard the front counter person tell the customer in from of me that the wait was a hour, possibly even two...So I stormed out the door to go over to walmart for quicker service. The young lady at the front counter came out behind me and apologized for not getting to me sooner and asked if I had a question of needed something specific. I explained the situation to her and she escalated it to the MOD and witout hesitation, he sprung into action... He moved my car up to the front of the pack and whenit was all said and done,, he didnt charge me and expressed the warmest of condolenses - class act customer service
Be careful to closely document any dings or scratches when dropping your car off at this location. Huge gash in my bumper after going in for an oil change that they denied of course. My wife took her car to the same location and another customer had the same complaint that they denied. Unfortunately no way to prove it and no way will they be honest about it.
