Worst customer service everNeeded 1/2” rebar that they carry every where else but this storeWas willing to buy the equal quantity in 10 footers as long as they matched there 20 foot priced At their other stores so I could get to the job and get it done. The manager was so stubborn she refused to get me out the door and to my job. She refused to budge. I spent close to $100,000 a year with these HD stores and that’s the customer service they give. shame on you Cedar Park HD managerPerhaps you need to go back to school for customer service training.

We shop here all the time. It is our favorite Home Depot. The employees always give us the best customer service. Everyone is always happy and cheerful. The Pros at the pro desk give great advice on properly doing diy projects.

Very similar to every home depot. Helpful people hardware store almost every thing for a home can be found here. Staff is very kind at this location.

Wow, so I am not the only one who received NO Customer Service!!! Talked with the Ass. Manager about the Ryobi battery charger that stopped working and is not even a year old yet. After much run around with the extended warrant people and then told by Robert that I needed to contact Ryobi. The Ryobi people now tell me that the pro desk should handle this. Please let me waste another day of screwing around with these incompetent people because I have nothing better to do. There are so many stores I guarantee I will not return to this one.
