Great experience and service from Jacobs installation. I had two receivers installed in our cars and I couldnt ask for a better person to do this work. Communication is awesome, he replies quickly to text messages, answers his phone, and was very patient with all of the many questions I asked. He addressed my concerns, provided his recommendations with explaining why, neat and clean work, overall a professional and quality install, highly recommended.

Our aftermarket backup camera stopped working after a year, but the big shops wanted us to just buy a new camera - not diagnose what we had (of course).Sure SpeakerEasy is in a residential neighborhood, but Jacob operates as a true professional. It took him all of about 10 minutes to localize the problem, gain access to the wiring, and discover that the initial install wasnt grounded correctly (Thanks Big Store). In less than an hour, he had it all fixed and took great pains to put all of the trim back correctly. Way faster and cheaper than if Id gone to a franchise.Next time I have a mobile electronics job this will be my first stop! Highly recommended.

To be honest, I was a little leery at first when I pulled up to a residential address. However, SpeakerEasy turned out to be on the level and more than willing to provide expert service. (For anyone is wondering, COVID didnt make paying overhead to maintain a shop economically feasible.) Jacob quoted me a more than reasonable price and he kept to his word. The end result: absolutely amazing! The work was done within hours, which I was not expecting, considering his busy schedule and my first-time-same-day contact. (I greatly appreciated that!) The amp, adapter, and wiring were all neatly and cleanly tucked away, the subwoofer sounded great, and the debriefing on my new system was laid out very comprehensively.
