I would highly recommend Arbor Floor N Design! They did our floors throughout our entire house back in April and this review is well overdo. Almost 6 months later and we are still in love with our floors. We did vinyl and Tarig was extremely helpful assisting us picking the right material and the exact color/design we were looking for. The crew was in and out in a timely manner and kept our house clean (as clean as possible) throughout the entire process. Project completed in the timeline quoted and very reasonable pricing and pricing options! Thanks Tarig again and we look forward to more business with Arbor Floor N Design in the future!

Great work! I highly recommend Arbor flooring. This is not just a flooring/tile store, they were also able to remodel my living room and add the fireplace. Tariq (owner) is a very nice person, flexible and great to work with, workers did a great job too.Very reasonably priced.

I did hardwood flooring for my whole house. I researched a bit and headed to Tarigs store knowing the exact species of wood I wanted, the color I wanted, the thickness, the width, the company I wanted. He did educate me on the subtleties of various manufacturing techniques of the wood and the role it plays on the life and look of the flooring. My initial plan was to buy the material from Tarig and install it with the contractor from my realtor - because I had a really labor price from them. Tarig beat them by atleast 500$. There are many number of stores on the Bell Blvd in Cedar Park/Leander area. I have visited most, if not, all of them. The prices from Tarig was the most competitive - atleast 3K$ less than another store down the road (I wont name them. Google maps can identify them for you) - for the exact same wood, exact same glue, exact same labor work. What more, other stores were difficult to work with. Tarig accommodated my request and worked as per my convenience. His crew was thorough professional and sincere. Showed up on time every single day, worked the entire day and finished the job earlier than promised. His crew genuinely want to do a good job and not just for money. Beyond all this, Tarig is just a nice person to do business with. I was super impressed with them that I sent 3 jobs to their way - with a 4th job that I will send their way in future. Overall, I ended up getting a product I thoroughly liked and was super thrilled.

I want to highly recommend Floors N Design in Cedar Park. Their product selection was perfect for me. The assistance given to help me understand the products and the process was so helpful and reassuring. From the owner, to in-store staff and to the installers, I received quality work and patience with my many questions. After reading and studying so many articles, I was nervous about the installation. But the lead installer and his crew of 2 others were very experienced and everything went smoothly. My old carpet is gone and my floors look beautiful. Thank you, Tariq and Franco.

I have had them put in laminate and tile downstairs about 5 years ago. It still looks good. When I needed carpet this last week, I shopped around but gave them a shot. They gave the best price on very high quality Shaw carpet and pad. Their install crews are stellar, professional, competent and polite. This company is top notch

Great deal for a hardwood install. Went in on a Saturday, Ibrahim came out for the measure on Sunday, and had the flooring installed by Thursday of the following week. The whole process was great. Ibrahim, the store manager, was a pleasure to deal with. He had some great ideas and suggestions and was very respectful throughout the whole process. He worked closely with the installers and even showed up to ensure the job/ install was going smoothly. We had a couple of minor issues with transitions and Ibrahim had the installer come out and fix the issues within the next business day. Overall a great experience.

We recently had our carpets removed and some vinyl plank (bought from and) installed by Floor and Design. We love the floor we chose and it was installed while we were out of town. How refreshing it was to come home and find everything looking great! The turnaround was fast and we feel like Floor and Design did a great job. We had some really heavy furniture that was moved for us and put back. A very good experience overall.

The owner of Arbor Floor N Design, Tarig, is a professional, helpful, kind, and accommodating business owner. There was not one hiccup in the design, ordering, delivery or installation of our flooring. Tarigs crew that was sent to work in our home were good and hard-working people that I was comfortable having in our home. If you have any flooring needs you should let Tarig come and take care of you as he makes the process as easy and painless as possible.

Tarig and his flooring and bathroom crew were great. They were responsive to all my concerns and came through with everything I wanted. We changed our flooring from stained concrete, tile, carpet and hardwood to luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout even bathrooms. We are very happy with them cleaning them. We also converted a jack and jill tub shower combo to a stand-up shower per Tarigs suggestion and love it. And we also did a master bath remodel from a garden tub surround to a freestanding air tub. And our master shower was converted to a shower spa with rainhead, adjustable shower head, fixed shower head and 3 body jets. We also did a freestanding shower base with no ledge.

They did a great job with my bathrooms and family room tiling. I would highly recommend them. It took longer then expected by two weeks. For the price we paid it was worth compared to other folks in the area.

Trig was very patient and helpful in choosing my carpet color. He came to my Home and measured. Installation was as promised and painless.

Was very pleased with the quality and price of the hickory laminate flooring we had installed with them. After a HORRIBLE experience at Home Depot we really appreciated the ease our flooring was done with Floor & Design. Would recommend them to anyone!

Bad customer service. Was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt of what I had read regarding the stores reviews online and the fact that they are not accredited by the BBB. But when I proceeded to ask him some questions, I was told he did not want my business and just to leave. I did and will never step inside a Floor n Design store ever again.

So I ordered a roll of carpet from this place and was told that it would take about a week to arrive. A day later I was called and told by a woman with a thick Middle Eastern accent that I could pick up my carpet at the store located on the corner of 183 and New Hope the following Wednesday. On Thursday I called them while in route to give them the heads up that I was coming for my carpet. This is where they dropped the ball...bent over to pick it up and kicked it into the street...followed it and freakin got hit by a bus.In short, no one knew where my carpet was. They had me driving all over Austin. The guy at the Cedar Park location tried blaming it on me...like it was my fault that he didnt know. His wife was yelling at me like I bombed out their town or something. Then dude got in my face and started throwing his hands all around my face. Afterwards my buddy told me that is in their culture...dude almost got some of my culture if ya know what I mean.These people were totally acting out with little to no provocation. I later found out that that womans voice I heard on the phone was the lady working at the Cedar Park location. This was verified by two independent vendors and one employee that worked there. The circus act was them trying to shift blame on me (the customer). Recap...she told me to be at New Hope and 183 to pick up my carpet...I get there and her husband says its not there and she starts yelling at me in some other language.If you dont believe me...or you think Im a spoiled American, go there and you will see for yourself...but make sure your truck gets decent gas mileage because youll probably end up driving all over town.

So far (not yet installed) Tariq has been just what I needed in picking out my flooring. I am about to close on a new home and my install will happen in the next few weeks.I went into the Cedar Park store to gain knowledge regarding flooring throughout including Kitchen and baths. I wanted laminate wood. Where another floor store told me no problem, Tariq properly educated me on the success and drawback of wood and we walked through his entire store and spent a lot of time discussing my needs/wants. He was never pushy. I decided on a gorgeous porcelain wood plank. Im excited and confident that this is the right choice as I do not like tile here, wood there, carpet over there. I wanted a solid uniform floor through out my living space. Ill get back to you after the install. Oh, Tariq also ordered up a box of each plank I was considering, came to the new house, laid out each section for me to view and then moved each section to the kitchen for viewing there. He is great!!!Fast forward: So wish I had done a few more rooms as Tariq suggested. 1 1/2 years later I love these floors and get compliments on them all the time. Will be using Floor N Design for my new carpets.

Go somewhere else!I had Tarig come and give me a quote as said earlier prices are lowest around.Project for 20x20 porcelain tiles was $4000I had to contact floor n design to confirm my installation day and time, they never called.So from the very beginning customer service was poor.Less than 6 months post installation I noticed a crack down the middle a tile.I contacted Tarig and he set up for the installer to come and fix it.This is when the trouble started, the installer never showed! A day wasted, took off of work for no reason!I rescheduled and second time around Installer showed up and fixed tile.A month later I had about 5 loose, shaking tiles!How does this happen?! Its less than a year.Keep in mind I have tiles in my kitchen which have been there for more 6 years and are still perfect.I set up another appointment with the installer and guess what....no show!! Again!Is this legit how does a company do business like this!?Another day wasted!!!Took off of from work for no reason.I calls Tarig and he said installer is sick.Was someone supposed to call me!!??????I had to call floor n design to know this, im I supposed to be the customer??Finally had tiles fixed which was a sloppy job.Tiles were not lined up properly and sunken in.I contacted Tarig for some boxes of spare tiles to keep handy just in case I have to replace down the road.He said should be 3 business days.Its been 3 weeks and no tiles!!!I called him two times and he said there busy with the holiday season what does that mean!? He took my number and said he will call me back.Im still waiting!I ve never known of a business to operate like this.Instead of being treated like a customer I feel used and mistreated.After getting my money they left me high and dry.Flooring companies in the round rock / cedar park/ Austin area are a dime a dozen.I will not spend another cent with floor n designMy word of advice is go elsewhere.
