Well after almost two weeks later i finally got my shoes in the mail. After calling a few times just to get hung up on and not to mention the automated customer service messedes were repetitive and no help. Deleting my account and will definitely shop elsewhere. The shoes were missing extra laces and jordan sticker. Bad business for a big company like this.

My husband and I have had the worst experience buying 2 pairs of shoes online. It gives you an option for 1 day shipping and it’s been a few days and nothing yet. We asked for a refund and it has to get approved by corporate the supervisor said and it isn’t A guarantee. They will not even give us a refund on the shipping. They need to disclose on the Internet explaining how the shipping works. One day shipping fee isn’t one day shipping it’s up to five business days.

Stopped by Jimmy Jazz on a recent shopping trip hoping to pick up some fresh gear, selection T-Shirts was good, also lots of pairs of shoes including Air Jordans and Nikes, they also had name brand apparel Like Nike, and certain types of pants, and jeans that anyone can wear, also a nice hat selection at the back.

I have had the worst experience and I do mean the worst. For one they advertise spend 100.00 get free shipping but in the fine print it has to be something expensive...as long as its 100.00 it shouldnt matter what you buy. Secondly I bought 2 shirts on sale for 5.00 per shirt willing to pay that 10.00 shipping...it wasnt until I checked on where my order was I got an email saying theyre only sending 1 $5.00 shirt but still charging me 10.00. Never ever again

Worst experience ever. I am looking for a basketball shoes and asking the staff for certain size. He gave me the left shoes only while I need to try both since sometimes my left and right foot didn’t have same size. Do you think I am a poor guy who gonna steal cheap shoes because I am Asian??!!? This is first time I came to an arogant shoes store and cannot try both shoes. Sooo horrible experience... Finally I bought the shoes because it fit my feet perfectly. I just did not recommend this store... Especially if your face is not so “Western”...

They never have common sizes of shoes. Every time I have been in here the clerks arent any help. No common sizes of shoes and they dont even offer to order them. Wont spend anymore of my money here. They probably dont want my money anyway, at least thats the vibe I get when I go in here. I wish I had more hands, so I could give them four thumbs down.......

Rude staff. Filthy store. No one wants to help even tho there are 4 employees standing around. Nothing is organized. Did I mention rude staff? Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else. This location is by far the worst.

Lacking costumer service, however, great selection of shoes, clean store, conveniently located on the top floor of lakeline mall.

Unaffordable shoes but like that they have a great selection of them. Now, all I have to do is hit the mega millions to afford the Travis Scotts 🤦‍♀️

Bought white shoes, took an age to receive the product. Once received, the box is a bit used, and the shoes are dirty. Its a returned item for sure! But I keep them since its fit!
