Regularly have sale signs up that they dont honor. Buy 1 get 1 free comes out to two items at full price. I let them know the sign says get 1 free but they said the computer hasnt been pulling up the discount & they have to go by the computer. Then proceeded to talk to eachother about a few other products that have sale signs up but dont come up on the computer. I suggested taking down the signs but they claimed they couldnt because the companies that put them up would be upset.

Tire air service is out of order. Looks like it has been down for a while. No excuse for not providing this basic service you expect a gas station to provide.

I normally frequent this gas station, because it has the best prices. However, today, pump 3s screen went dark twice when U entered my card. I approached the cashier station whereupon I was barked at by the matron swatting down refilling some products, You have to go around the cones... I would appreciate a kinder tone of voice and the word please in the future.

I fill-up quite often and buy my lottery and scratch-offs here quite often. Two weeks ago on Oct. 20, my grandson and I went to Walmart and after we left, I stopped at Murphys to fill-up and bought 5 $2.00 scratch-offs. The two young men there know me cause Im a good customer. I only hit 2.00 on one scratch off and tried to cash it in when I went to the grocery store a couple of days later. They couldnt cash it because the ticket had not been activated. I left HEB grocery and drove to Murphys which is about 2 blocks away. The young man who had sold me the tickets checked the roll of scratch offs I guess checking the numbers and told me I would have to talk to the manager who wasnt there at the time. I left and will never go back. Dont buy your lottery tickets there. Im assuming he didnt activate any of my tickets and pocketed the 10.00. They just lost an excellent customer.

Best prices, but they shut most of the stuff down at 11:00pm instead of 11:30.

The people that work here are really nice and try and do everything they can to help u.

This has stain consistently head the best price in the area. Its a little hard to get into, but worth the savings.

Card readers on pumps work only about half the time. Most employees very courteous except for one woman in the mornings....rude as hell!

Young lady inside is rude and has no problem telling customers she doesnt want to be there.

Good gas, with great cig. Prices.

Well I write checks I have spoken with the manager and she would rather me come there during the day then train her employees at night on how to process one. Im disappointed have not had an issue there in over 10 years and now I do.

Tried to get gas today, parked at the pump beside kiosk. Told them man I needed cigarettes as well. He turned the pump on and shut it off at 35 cents. Then sticks his head out the door and says, you owe me 35 cents.
