Worst French Fries we have ever had. Here was the conversation.These are tasteless.Taste like Styrofoam, no thats the texture.. are these real potatoes?Says they are...They are so dry...maybe they are a day old.Ive never had their fries... oh, you are right, they are aweful.Fries were thrown own out. We could not eat them.

Too much money for the room (over $150),I understand it was a weekend but the price was too too much for what we got. A lot of hotels were sold out for this particular weekend but if we had known what this room looked like we would have spent more money to stay at the luxury hotels in downtown corpus. If you are a smoker then you are in luck.

We got excellent customer service from Dean at the cedar Park location. I forgot my wallet, and I was struggling with how to use Google pay to pay for my order, and while I was trying to figure it out Dean actually paid for my order. That was above and beyond customer service and he really helped us out we have so much gratitude for his kindness.

The food is good, its basically how I imagine McDonalds was in 1960. Fast, fresh, and cheap!The real gem is the staff though. Theyre incredible. My order is always right and theyre just so freaking nice. Dealing with the general public is tough, Im amazed how how great they are every single time I come in.So thank you staff and management for a great burger spot in cedar park, you are appreciated!

We had tried this location before, but is was on our route for errands we were running so we decided to try it.The staff was friendly and helpful as we have found with.most In-N-Out Burger locations.The food was also good.We would eat here again if in the area.

The burgers are alright for fast food. Just dont order a vanilla milkshake unless you want something that doesnt taste like ice cream was ever involved in its creation! It is so artificially smooth that the texture is more like a really starchy slurry. I couldnt make it past a couple of sips!

This place is so good. It’s actually so damn good that their drive thru line gets so long that it blocks traffic throughout the rest of the parking lot (for customers from other businesses nearby)… which leads me to my only suggestion. Redesign the drive thru so it doesn’t block people from backing out of their parking spaces. The only feasible option seems to be a double lane drive thru.I was actually in a line of about 15 cars and I was blocking a van from leaving. I felt guilty, so I got out of the line, I parked my car and walked inside to order my food.Hopefully they fix this soon.

Great food! I always get their animal style fries with chilies for extra spice. The drive thru can be busy at times but the line goes pretty fast. The cashier and other employees are super friendly and helpful.

First time here. There were 4 in my party. We drove thru. Burgers are good. But pictures are deceiving.....fries not crispy, in fact they were limp from laying in bowl. To long. We all got the bits & pieces of the potato. Tea was warm had very little ice. Very disappointing. Does this lst experience make me want to try it again. I think not!! 🤔.

There was just a few customers before me and about 7 employees in the kitchen. I sat at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes without being greeted or told how long I would have to wait. Then someone finally came to the window but all they said was sorry and asked for payment. During that time of waiting on payment and my order I noticed that most of them were just goofing off. I know it was late but usually this place is quick, I was disappointed 😞

I have been here many times over the years and I have never had any issues. They are accurate, always friendly and it seems they get good quality people because of their decent pay structure. The menu is simple and the food is good and they always dont have you sitting in line for very long because of their efficiency.

Late night eats. Was great! Service quick and friendly. Sometimes you want something other than a Whataburger or Pancakes at 11:30pm.

This In and Out has great staff and great customer service! I ate there today and a girl named Tyler BR was great. Even though she seemed like she was having a rough day she didn’t fail In serving us and even following up asking if we needed anything. This location is the best in and out I’ve been to!

This place never disappoints. The burgers… the fries… the service! Every burger was customized differently and our food was perfectly prepared.

Justin was great holding down the counter and taking our order. Food was prepared promptly and accurately with a 4-5 minute wait. I love this location and have made it a Christmas eve tradition of mine.

I only get the burgers. Burgers are neatly assembled and taste good. Those strange fries remind me of those canned Potato Sticks. Service is always friendly and impeccable. This place is a regular for me.

As good as In n out comes..also fresh and juicy burgers, crisp fries and friendly staff.I find that ordering inside here has.way less crowd and faster than getting into the huge line up on the drive thru.2x2 animal style!

I am from St. Louis and have never tried these burgers before, I will tell you I am very impressed with the texture and taste of the burger. Taste so much better then the burgers at home. The lettuce is very crispy, tomatoes are fresh and steak meat is just to die for! Forgot to mention the secret sauce they use which compliments the burger with ever bite. Another thing I noticed is that they actually cut there fries from a whole potato and fry them there unlike Mc Donalds and other food chains. The staff was great and very friendly and really recommend anyone that has never went to In and Out Burger to try it you wont be disappointed.

I am from a place that doesnt have In N Out burger, but Ive heard of it. Everyone has heard of it. Well after moving a few weeks ago to Austin, we avoided it. Surely it couldnt be that good. It must just be hype. We went for the first time last week. Then twice more that week. Its amazing. Dont make the mistake I did, the hype is well earned!

As a native Californian, it doesnt QUITE taste or live up to CA locations, but, this is the closest Ive tasted and experienced. I will go out of my way to go to this location because of it. And, the lines are so much shorter than CA, which is awesome! :D

Look, In-and-Out is great. Not a lot of options, but it does exactly what it sets out to do: burgers and fries cheap, fast, and good. I personally think Freddys kicks them down a flight of stairs, though.

I just dont get whats so amazing about this place. We went cuz my hubby was craving it but they messed up the order and charged us and gave us 4 burgers when we ordered 3 and it wasnt the ones we ordered but after waiting so long we werent about to go wait in line again so we just took what they gave us. It was ok, I mean its a fast food burger so you pretty much know what youre getting. Definitely dont see why people crave it and the fries were nothing to write home about. They did make a good, thick shake, though. That was the only part that I liked, the rest I just ate cuz I was hungry. I give it a meh but if its your jam, more power to you, its just not for me.

Very popular spot in the Leander/Cedar Park area. As a result, there is always a line that it will take you at least 10 minutes. The burger and fries are fine for a fast food restaurant.

Its my go to for burgers! They make the tastiest burgers I could ever imagine. The place is chill, and the employees are nice. If you dont know what to get; order a number 2 animal style, and have the fries however you like ;D

First Wednesday of the month there is normally a VW gathering at this In N Out. Very cool of them to be part of that. As far as the place, its run like every other in In N Out, so its efficient and accurate with your orders and everyone cares about the job they are doing.

Always a good experience. The employees are always amazing. The lines are usually long, but they go fast and its worth it. Ive eaten In-n-Out since I was little (a few decades) and it is still the same as it was in CA in the 80s.

It’s just sooooo overrated. There is like 5 total things on the menu and it honestly tasted like a glorified McDonald’s that had more attention to detail and better service. Don’t get your hopes up too much...

Very clean restaurant with friendly employees and very fast service. Plenty of outdoor seating. Food is served very hot and fresh. French fries are made from fresh cut potatoes. Restroom is very clean.

The food itself was fine. Staff was friendly. Ive heard for years how great In-N-Out was, but after trying it, I think it might be a little over hyped. Factoring in taste plus price, I would rather get Whataburger any day of the week over In-N-Out.

Excellent service, quick turnaround, and relatively less busy location than elsewhere in Austin. Much higher quality than comparably priced burger place (BK, McD) or same quality as more expensive places (5 Guys, Mighty Fine). Try animal style - doesnt cost any extra on burgers, and worth the upgrade on fries (but messy).

A taste of home.Weve been living in Texas now for close to a year and in spite of sheltering at home, social distancing and masks, we are loving Texas. As you can imagine with all the Covid restrictions in place this last year, we havent had much of a chance to get out to explore central Texas.We recently found the In N Out near Costco in Cedar Park. Our meal truly tasted just like we remembered. The quality of the food, the polite servers and the same low cost... Well, it reminded us of home.

Food Was as usual good. My cashier might have had a hard time hearing me. When asked for napkins few were given. Same with ketchup etc. Taste is good but burger patties are small for my liking. Went here to take my nephew who loves it and does not regularly have access to it on the east coast. Quality it great. Fries are ok. They need to offer some spicy options like tabasco etc.

We ate cheeseburgers that were mustard grilled and they were so tasty!!! Hubby got a Neapolitan shake and I got a root beer float. It hit the spot & were so delicious!!!!

One of the few burger joints I still eat at. I really like their eat in the car tray option. Burgers never too greasy. My only gripe is no bacon. Their drive through lane is usually fast even when a long line. Good food at a good value.

Shakes are too sweet and the burgers are way overrated. It just goes to show you some people have no taste. But they are consistently mediocre, and consistency goes a long way.

It was pretty busy in the drive-thru so we dined in. It was clean and inviting. The staff was quick and accurate with our order. Everything was fresh. It was as good as a fast food experience could be I suppose. Would get four stars, but that would kind of take away from the four and five star experiences Ive had at better restaurants. Overall it was a good meal though.

Not a bad burger for the price . Ordered a double double and Animal Fries 🍟. Definitely an upgrade over the regular fries. But only if you like their special sauce. Strawberry Milkshake was also delicious.

I have never been so disappointed with a hamburger in my life. Decided to try it out and all I tasted was onion and lettuce. The patty is ridiculously thin and does not deserve to to be called a hamburger. The fries were not fresh and they did not taste good at all. I will never return to this establishment.

The only bad thing is you will have to queue. However, I love their on the fly potato fries, it is so delicious. Though some of the stores you cannot get the animal style but you so can trace the ban to veggies. This is a must eat for me whilst go a long trip drive or just a Sunday lunch refresh to avoid to face coming Monday.
