Great customer service for curbside pickup orders. They went above and beyond to do what they could within their power to keep customers happy. Our rotisserie turkey was sold out and they were so apologetic for that and gave us a rotisserie chicken as a substitute on the house. They put themselves in the customers shoes. They knew we would need a quick meal on that day. So we had rotisserie for dinner on that day on da house!

I love this location! It was renovated a few years back and now its better than ever! HEB is a great work environment because the employees are happy and that always makes me want to come back. Amazing store brands & great customer service, & more! No wonder HEB was recently named the best grocery store in the United States! ❤️

The best part of living in Texas is being able to shop at HEB. I love the natural/wellness section. Where else can I get fresh Cinnamon or Praline Pecans. The meals ready to eat are awesome. The brisket queso is the favorite thing there. My only complaint is I wish it was bigger, its that good!

I drove out to this HEB because I was told it is one of the few HEBs that still have fried chicken.When I walked in the door, I heard an HEB employee in self-check telling one customer that he would be right with one customer and tell another customer hed be with them right after. How wonderful that he communicated so well with all the customers that he sees they need help and will be helped.When I went back to the Deli, there was no fried chicken, but Andy said he could make some and it would be 30 minutes. I told him I was willing to wait and he put the chicken in the fryer.While I was waiting, several other employees asked if I needed help, and I told them I was already bring helped. So much attention to the customers!A gentleman from the Deli gave me an update that Andy was checking the temperature on the chicken that it was cooked through.Andy, you are a rock star! HEB service is always amazing, and this was the best ever.

Great value courteous staff.

One of the biggest HEB in the cedar park area close to Whitestone blvd. Parking space is very wide and the parking infront of entrance is reserved for Wheelchair accessible.They also have self checkout options for faster billing. Currently back to school offers are also available #HappyShopping

This location has very friendly and helpful staff. I always come here to buy flowers because they always have the best and freshest selection. Another hidden gem are their tortillas that they make onsite. These are the best flour tortillas I’ve ever had. Lastly, as a cheese fan, this location has many options of varying origins and flavors.

Love HEB but this store is too crowded. Between the online shopping carts and us, its too crowded. The online needs their own store to pull from.

HEB is a great place to shop for vegetables and fruits they have many choices to choose from the personal and employees are excellent and the matters are fantastic.

I visited the H-E-B pharmacy and they were very courteous and helpful. I was in and out quickly.

My favorite H-E-B. I do curbside all the time and they are so friendly and helpful. This is not the closest H-E-B to my home but I’ll drive here because of the excellent customer service I always receive.

We love HEB but concerned about the substitute/missing items issue. We had a pickup early Sat. and MANY items on the list were missing. Seriously, no tortillas, no deli ham!? It seems to happen mostly on Sat. morning. We say, substitutes are fine but still, many missing items. The crew is always polite and the young lady who we chatted with on the phone was extremely professorial/apologetic. Lets get a manager in the curb side program and smooth this out.

Amazing staff! I was there around 11:30 am on 2/12, the weekend of the winter storms. Store was packed with customers, check out lines were incredibly long, but the staff all had positive attitudes & got the people through very quickly! All the lanes were open & shelves were being restocked as fast as they could! Not all H‑E‑B’s are like that. Great job!

Wow! Their bakery puts out beautiful products. The produce is fresh with all my favorite salads. An appetizing display of sushi. The cashiers are super friendly. Beautiful locally grown plants will thrive in your yard. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

Generally very well stocked and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The produce is some of the best in town but you need to look at the meats closely as some of the cuts can be fatty if you arent careful. All in all a solid grocery store.

Please train your cashiers to politely tell customers with a cart full of groceries ($228 worth) that the express lines are for people with 15 items or less, especially when its busy and even the express lines are long.

Train your cashiers better. i came in to shop for a couple of items this is one hour prior to closing. found and open box of gloves. i took it to the register asking for a discount since someone had gotten into the gloves and took some out. the cashier named ARIANA C. from what i saw on my receipt first off doesnt smile or say hello. i ask about the gloves she goes oh yeah ok u can get them. rings them up and i say what about a discount oh no. i go can u ask. um huh what? then i say dont worry just take it off. she replies i dont know anything i just started. ok...well then ASK! jeez. not good customer service at all.

I hate grocery shopping, but sometimes its necessary. I can usually find what I need here. I also find new items that i have never seen before, and in the international aisle i can find a few of my Canadian favorites.

Pleasant experience. HEB had all of the items I wanted stocked after the storm. The store associates were professional and accommodating.

Seems like a shortage of zink tablets and certain minerals, otherwise HEB is the best.

The store itself was great - well stocked & very friendly employees / Some of the shoppers were a bit hurried & a little rude but that is not the store fault. Had everything I was needing, the main reason to shop was for the Fresh Pet dog food. Thank you HEB for having that stocked!!! I had been to a few other stores & they had none. So, since I could get my main item (FP Dog Food) then of course I finished up all my grocery shopping there as well

Drove 2 hours for a job I applied for when I got there I waited for 30min and then was told sorry I didnt know I had an interview today the position was supposed to be taken down weeks ago. I then was given the opportunity to come back in 2 hours and interview for another department, during that interview I was told Id have an answer one way or another when that day came I never heard anything. Called the next day and was told Id have someone call me back with the awnser and never received an answer. I just moved here and love HEB but definitely will never shop at this one management is a joke here obviously.

HEB, pay your drivers fairly, and stop depending on your customers sense of compassion to subsidize your drivers pay out of pocket. It is annoying that at the very last step of an online delivery order HEB automatically adds a tip to the previously agreed to price - which already includes the drivers compensation. I could set the tip back to $0, but that would make me look like a jerk. And Im expected to tip BEFORE the service? Its just so absurd all the way around.- former food delivery driver

Delightful staff and plentiful products.Some of the prices are higher than Walmart but others (HEB brand) are less expensive than Great Value products.

There are zero frozen blueberries. There are no salt free HEB corn chips. There are few dairy free frozen dessert options. Staff are very nice!

There curbside is horrbile !!! I waited over an hour with my husband and toddler in car to just have drive off cause it was getting dark !!!! I only choice curbside to make it easier for our bussy lifestyle but nope we got stuck having go out to restaurant and now have get refund to go shopping in few days on my next day off ! Fix ur times or get more people the phone no one answers half the time

Definitely crowded and busy location. I don’t go to this location often but when I do there are tons of curbside carts to maneuver around. It’s hard to get around but appreciate it’s always well stocked.

As always, HEB on Whitestone is the best. They are on time with deliveries and if something isnt available they are great about making that alright as well.

The facelift this place has undergone has made it a very pleasant store to shop in now. It needed it badly, and it now feels modern and welcoming.

HEB always trying to do its best for our community! Ice Storm 2021 came and kicked butt. HEB was stronger and stayed on top of it, even having lost inventory themselves from the storm.

The only thing I have to complain about is that the beer is always hot.

Come on we all know H•E•B IS #1!! Fully stacked shelves, freshest produce, and CHEAP!!! Almost EVREY variety of each product... If its not there, all for it, i assure you theyll get it in... Their own brand products is equal to, or supersedes top name brand.... Theyre very respectful too and fast!! They make sure customer satisfaction is number one. I know, because Im from Rochester, NY.. You know Wegmans?? Theyre the competitors... Guess what??? HEB is number one on the U.S.!!

I love my HEB. The people that work there are the best. I always get respect from the young ones that ring up my groceries or bag them. I love this store! It had a few rough patches over the years but has improved greatly. Its always easy to get in and out. Ive never been to a store where EVERYONE is so nice, super helpful and happy at work. Today I forgot to scan my coupons in the self check out and I was immediately assisted by a manager in a closed lane. Great customer service!

Like HEB just sucks they are going away from other brands and only selling theres.

Parking lot is tiny and extremely cramped, very hard to turn out onto 1431 as well due to traffic beyond what Cedar Park can handle.

Devin (in the deli) was incredible. He carried my holiday boxes I had to pick up from the deli to checkout, which were pretty heavy in weight. He got me a cart when I couldnt find one, offered to help me to my car which was parked half a mile away. The store was completely packed with holiday shoppers. I was so impressed with the help and service I got from him, he made everything so much easier for me to navigate the store, and be on my way. Thanks Devin! Merry Christmas!
