We have used Eco Irrigation previously for some small irrigation issues we had and they always did a great job. When we were in the market to do some major landscaping work, they were the first company we called. Eco came out and met with us and we discussed everything we wanted to do. This included adding rock and stone pavers on the sides of the house in place of the grass as well as brick and stone work around the trees and garden area in the front as well as removing any dead bushes from the winter storm in early 2021. Eco listened to what we wanted to do and presented us with a great estimate that encompassed everything we wanted done. We could not be more happy with the end result. They did a fantastic job with everything and I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your irrigation and landscaping needs.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and locally owned. After struggling to have a decent yard for years, we used them to install our sprinkler system, sod, etc 5+ years ago and have stayed with them due to their honest, excellent service.

Manager was agitated and slammed down register. I understand frustration but I simply wanted dinner not watch a grown man mad at a register. Oh ya, food not very fresh either.

Eco Irrigation did a great job with my new sprinkler system install. They came out and mapped out the front, back, and side yards with input from me for future landscaping projects. About a month later it was installed in about a day. I had one minor issue that was resolved in less than 24 hours from sending an email.

We scheduled weeks in advance for them to come out and fix our irrigation system. We had been using them for years. They showed up for the repair, told us that they didnt bring the parts with them, didnt have the time to fix it and that I would need to reschedule. I did tell them when I scheduled the service that our pump was completely broken and needed to be replaced so I dont know why they showed up without a pump. A couple days later my credit card was charged $110 service fee. I called and they told me that they would not refund my money and that they would only credit it towards future repair work. So basically they wanted me to pay them a service fee for showing up unprepared and doing absolutely nothing.They used to be a good company when it was the father and son running it. Now the customer service is gone and their business practices are questionable.

Read all the negative reviews and run in the other direction. Spoke with them for 2-3 weeks about placing a sprinkler system in a new construction. Scheduled for them to go out to the home and provide a quote. They never went and never provided a quote. Called to find the status and they stated that they discussed it in the office and that my job would be better handled by someone else. So if you are looking to place sprinklers in your home, your job would likely be bettered handled by someone else too!

Our existing irrigation was put in by Eco Irrigation in 2016, before we moved in. I called last week to see if we could make a few changes to the configuration since we want to put in a raised garden and a few flower beds... The woman on the phone was nice and helpful and said one of the co-owners would come out and give us a quote. Sounded perfect to me! ...Well, the front office mustve not been clear with him about what he was meeting me about because he acted like I was completely wasting his time. He was at my house for about 10 minutes while I walked him through what I was thinking... and by the end he gave me his card and said to give the office a call and he doesnt need to be the middle man, to just call them and tell them what I want... Which is confusing because isnt that exactly what I did the first time? Im sorry if this dude was having a bad day, but I wouldve expected way more professionalism from one of the co-owners... Huge red flag - taking my business elsewhere.

This guy is a bumb. Dont trust him. He quit our job before he was finished. Dont use eco irrigation. He put in a rainwater collection system and my downspout overflowed. Eco kept visiting but finally said, we did all we could do . Everything except fix the overflowing downspouts. Someone else fixed it. So it was not something that nobody could fix.

I was set up quotes from several different sprinkler system providers through Home Advisor. It was an easy choice after Dennis came to my home to give me a quote and tell me about Eco Irrigation. From the CAD drawings of your sprinkler system layout at your home to the office staff staying in constant communication and keeping you updated with project status and install dates, Eco Irrigation is who you want to put your new sprinkler system in. The crew showed up on time, got the job completed in the same day, walked me around the system showing me the controls and how to program the controller, where the sprinkler heads and zones were, how to adjust them and gave me my CAD drawings. Professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job!

Talked to Adam to get a quote and some ideas. Came right out a couple of days later. Good ideas that made sense for our project. He is always professional and provides good customer service.

I just went there to buy several aggregates, decomposed granite, dirt, pea gravel, their prices are very competitive, and since I live very close they gave me 2 delivery trips for the price of one. I tried to contract their irrigation services but the price was $5000 for their gold package (first you have to listen to a 20 minutes sales pitch recording then you get the estimate. I ended up paying $2000 with a different contractor (no gold but my grass gets the water it needs).

The most arrogant, disrespectful and inconsiderate company in town! Do not work with them. When selling us, it was all butter. No problems getting payment from us, but when they finally arrive to do the work, it was done so poorly. Our yard was left a total disaster. This was not my first time to get a sprinkler system installed so I excepted the grass to be torn up along the pipelines. They left huge ditches in our yard, every rock thrown all over the yard. It was a disaster and almost 2 years later our yard is still not recovered. My neighbor did a sprinkler job at the very same time and their job was done so immaculately it was even more apparent that our job was done so poorly. After I complained, the owner came out and laughed at me (literally) saying I was complaining about some mug and rocks. I was so insulted. I though he came out to help me but I was sorely wrong. They cleaned the yard but it still looked horrific. Fast forward 2 years later and I forgot all this. We were building a new patio and needed a couple of heads moved. We scheduled with them for the next week for a 1 to 4 pm window. The day come and at 2pm they called and said the tech could not come out until later that day but maybe not until the next day. I told them that was fine but I needed the work done the next day as the patio guys started on Wednesday. They put me on the schedule from 1-4 Tuesday. Tuesday came and at 3:30 pm, I called them to ask the status and they said my time was not until 3:30 to 5. I again waited. The tech called me 4:15 and said he would be there in 20 minutes. At 5 pm I called the company to see what was going on. They called the tech and got back to me. He rang my bell at 5:15. I informed him his services were no longer needed. I rescheduled my patio job accordingly. I made the mistake of not writing a negative review the first time and trusting this company again. I will not make this mistake again and urge you not to make the mistake by hiring them all together!

Outstanding service. I have a peculiar problem of two rescues in the back yard where extreme caution must be observed going in and out of backyard gates. They must be closed. If the dogs get out, its not likely that they can be recovered. The installation crew was very accommodating of my various special needs.Further, I needed to revise the plan while the crew was installing. Again, they were very helpful.And of course everything worked as expected.

We researched many other companies for a stonework and plant project that we wanted done. Eco Irrigation was head and shoulders above the rest. There are several other houses in our neighborhood that had stonework done...and when we ask who did it? It was Eco Irrigation every time it was done well. From Adam the owner, to Craig the plant guy, to all of the workers involved, to Lisa at the office--theyre all GREAT. You wont regret using them!!

Dont go with this company. They will not do the work perfectly. They will dig the grass and leave it like that. Work is not at all good. Dont trust dennis and bill from eco irrigation

1.they draw the CAD right but didnt install sprinkler correctly-; they missed an area which lead to my plant dying and dead now.2. they destroyed my yard! poor workmanship! rocks upside down-- more than its supposed to. if i want to have my yard ruined, i could have done it myself; i dont have to hire professional.3. some sprinklers make loud annoying siren noise, and they said coz of water pressure but they didnt tell us about it after installation till we got complaint from neighbor.4. they wanted to charge us for having them come out to look at how they ruined my yard.

They closed early - so I drove all the way to their shop and they’re closed before their posted hours. If you say you’re open till 5 stay open till 5!

Eco Irrigation did an outstanding job! They made adjustments to the CAD design as requested. The installation crew completed per the design and worked hard to finish 1/2 acre lot in two days. I definitely recommend!

They showed up on time and the lead guy was very helpful. He showed me how to set the timer and made sure the new bubblers were working. They cleaned up the mud in the street after they were finished.

The gentleman who came out was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I’ve used them for irrigation and landscaping jobs. They always had the best price, do great work and get in and out quick. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Adam came out to consult with me about my request for my property. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Adam was very informative and offered suggestions for my water drainage issue and interest in having Zoysia sodded in both my front and back yards. He even explained why Palisades Zoysia would be better for my yard over the Cavalier I thought I wanted (I have a powerful Mastiff that tills up the yard just by running, and want the hardiest grass I can get that still looks nice). I look forward to a quote and hope to have the yard Ive always wanted.

Carlos and the entire crew did a great job with the sprinkler system and the lawn. Carlos explained how the sprinkler system worked. And did the original settings for me. They cleaned up when they were finished. I would recommend them!

Craig did a great landscaping design for us with river rock. The job that was done was horrible. The guys that put the rock down, did not lay all the weed barrier that they should have laid. Holes were made for drainage but they did not make the holes all the way through the rock (we found this out when it rained). Craig had to come and lay the appropriate weed barrier ( after the river rock was put down) and drill the holes all the way through. The river rock was supposed to match our grey house but is brown. The office was very quick to keep asking me for the balance even though the job was not completed correctly. We spent a lot of money and now I have to go out and purchase grey rock to match my house. I would never recommend them.

I don’t know what this place is like for their sprinkler systems but their weekly lawn care is horrendous! Worst I’ve seen in 26 years. It’s as if they just want to hurry and get out of here. They skip most of their responsibilities and leave a mess behind. Cheryl, person in charge of complaints, doesn’t care at all about the spotty work and tries to blame the customer. I’ve been very happy with the last 2 companies I’ve had over the past 26 years (both no longer do residential), and this place is TERRIBLE in comparison. I recommend you run, not walk to the next company. 😤

Eco Irrigation do not have Licence to install Water Softener Loop, but they installed at my home in Leander. I confirmed with City Of Leander, they are not supposed to even do any work related to loop, if they do not have license. And they did not complete the loop installation. When asked to complete, they asked me to hire a licensed person, which costed me extra $400 dollars. Adam cheated me and took total amount but did only partial work. Since Im new home buyer, I was not aware of the rules and about loop installation.Eco Irrigation fooled and cheated me, wasted lot my time. They are ethical company.

I called them with an emergency and left a voicemail. Lisa called me back within 5 minutes. She then told me she could have someone there in 20 minutes. Hector came and was professional and friendly. The price was exactly what they had quoted me. Excellent customer service during a very stressful day. Highly recommend.

We use the NextDoor app frequently to find recommendations for various things (this time we did not look at Google or Yelp, but should have!). In April, after looking at the recommendations for Eco Irrigation, we contracted with Eco to do a landscaping project to pull our yard back together after installing a pool. Many of you have had very positive experiences with Eco based on the recommendations we read. Although I do not doubt all of those experiences were positive, unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. We dealt with the owner, Adam Benefield for the consultation and proposal. When we received the proposal, the scope of the project was vague. We have been caught in the “he said/she said” in the past and we have learned to make sure to clarify, in writing, our expectations. We sent one email asking questions about the proposal and a follow up email outlining our understanding of the scope. Both emails were responded to, by Adam, as being “affirmative” in our understanding.2 months later, during installation, I noticed that our drain field was only half sodded and the rock pathway that was to be behind the pool was not being installed (instead it was being sodded). I called Adam to let him know and he said he would be out in the morning to take a look. When Adam arrived, he pulled up the proposal and said that he delivered all the sod that was on the proposal and that he could bring in more, but it would cost us extra. Adam also stated that there was nothing about a rock pathway. I responded that I have no idea how many pallets of sod it would take to cover the yard which is why we hired him and that we have emails clarifying that the proposal covered the drain field being sodded, as well as a rock pathway. I asked Adam if he could see how this might come across as a bait and switch. At which point Adam became angry, started screaming at me and saying that we were thieves. Adam escalated from there acting completely unhinged. I won’t go into all of the details as it would take too long. I will say Adam was rude, condescending, threatened to sue, amongst other verbal insults. There was no discussion because Adam was too busy screaming and I refuse to get into a screaming match. I have never in my life been spoken to that way by anyone, let alone someone I am paying to do a job. My husband called him about 20 minutes later and Adam hung up on him.That being said, the crew was OUTSTANDING! They worked very hard, were respectful and very polite. The work the crew did was great and we are very pleased. However, if you are going to hire Eco Irrigation, I suggest that you put EVERYTHING in the ACTUAL proposal because that is the ONLY thing Adam will look at, even though we have several emails outlining the scope attached to the emailed proposal. You should also be prepared that if he is questioned, he very likely could explode with anger. Since I don’t pay people to scream at and insult me just for holding them to what they have agreed to, in writing, I cannot recommend and would actually recommend NOT using Eco Irrigation. There are plenty of other landscaping businesses that would not treat their customers this way.

We used EcoIrrigation numerous times for different jobs-landscaping,outdoor kitchen,retaining wall,drainage solution and for our latest project irrigation in our backyard and another landscape project.We were again very pleased with their work!The crew was on time,hard working and we especially enjoyed working with Carlos who answered every question and made sure everything turned out the way we envisioned it 😊

Well, I must say, impressive and responsive! A project ran over, but I had Grass Outlet delivery on that Friday install...so,they got a crew next day, and on Sat...great job EcoIrrigation and thanks to Carlos and your team, Cynthia and Dennis!!!

Well, after a great visit, I gave my landscaping plans to Eco and have not heard from them since. Ive called twice to follow up. Promises to call me back have not yet happened.

ECO installed the irrigation system while I was out of town and scheduled the control panel installation on my off day. Carlos arrived as scheduled, completed the control panel installation, setup the schedule to my watering days, and explained all the settings in a proffesional manner

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - all we wanted was someone to come out and give us a quote for a reconfiguration. 1st) they charge a fee to come out $95.00 2) competitors do not charge 3) they call on the day scheduled to come out to say they need to reschedule 4) then they call on the 2nd day supposed to come out to say they need to reschedule for another 3 hours later in day. When I expressed my disappointment with their scheduling of quotes etc the person was basically with an oh well attitude. I told her their competitors such as Hunter Sprinkler 1) dont charge to come out and 2) stick to the plan as they care about potential clients and 1st impressions. The sense I got it basically they could care less about their customers reviews. That nailed it for me - going with Hunter Sprinkler Systems. They came out on the day and time they said they would. Also they sent the bid quote in 24 hrs. Dont waste your precious time. These guys dont care about potential clients.

Great experience with Chris - he fixed a problem a couple of other companies couldnt track down (low pressure in one zone). Highly recommended!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. One of their workers had no license, yet he was driving a company vehicle and subsequently hit our car while running a red light. The worker jumped out and apologized for running the light and asked if My wife was OK. My wife called the police and let him know that they were on the way. After speaking to my wife for a few minutes, suddenly when the police arrived he “couldn’t speak english.” The driver was cited for having no drivers license. A witness confirmed he “tried to make the light when everyone else was stopped.”

I never used Ecos irrigation services, just their lawn care. I found their prices to be misleading and their customer service to be poor. It took me 2 emails and a phone call to get a response to my questions. So, we will be going elsewhere.

After some miscommunication, the manager called and set things right. They came out and did the work as promised, and I am happy with the outcome .

Its a real shame Eco Irrigation purchased Perkins Landscaping and RUINED IT with their shoddy work, inability to show up as scheduled and their vile attitudes toward customer service. Theyre everything (negative) I never experienced when Craig owned it. There are plenty of landscaping companies to choose from, just dont choose this one! If you have the Nextdoor app, ask your neighbors for a referral.

Pretty tough to get a hold of during business hours. Also missed an appointment without calling. Still havent had contact.
