I have visited many Simon managed properties and Lakeline Mall doesnt disappoint. Located in Northwest Austin off of Lakeline Blvd, Lakeline has something for most anyone. You will find your typical mall stores as well as as a few higher end stores. Although I had eaten prior to visiting, the food court offerings looked above average. If you find yourself in the area it is definitely worth a stop.
Havent been in a mall in years. This one is nice, tho lots of empty shops. Overall a good place to roam around and get lunch
Lakeline mall has variety of the stores. It is ranging from clothes, perfumes, jewellery, watches, shoes, bath and accessories, Gamestop, games, phone accessories, electronics, luggage bags, inflatable wonderland, sunglasses and more importantly food court with range of options as Panda Express, chik-fil-a, ice creams, pizzas, burgers and many more.We visited this place before pandemic. It has good kids play area. Here is big chess which you can enjoyed with your family and friends. It was definitely very good experience. My kids enjoyed bungee jumping, toy train, Lion and different animals self rides. You need to just make sure that you need to check on closing time mainly on Sunday as you may lost if you dont plan to leave before time.Overall it was good experience and would like to enjoy once this pandemic settled down.Lakeline mall timings:Wednesday: 11AM–8PMThursday: 11AM–8PMFriday: 10AM–9PMSaturday: 10AM–9PMSunday: 12–6PM (watch out early closing time)Monday: 11AM–8PMTuesday: 11AM–8PM
Lake line is good mall and the Macy’s has great collection 👍
I like this mall; by far not the best compared to other big cities but it’s clean, safe and been nicely renovated. Overall pleasant; just needs better stores.
Lol this mall is so random. I love it but it’s just such a weird place lol
Not worth the travel anymore.....several stores are gone, several others have items inside but never opened their doors (icing, Claires,,,). The expectation that you can one stop shop for a day and see many things isnt going to happen here. We saw the whole store in about 1.5 hours, only spent $55.
Its a great mall locals need to support it more
Clean. Felt safe. Most stores seem oriented for teens or discount fashion. The jewelry repair shop did a great job on our engagement ring
The first time I go to this mall - My first impression of the mall is that it’s old, looks abandoned from the outside at certain parts of the mall and the parking lot is old too. My children and I went to grab something to eat at the food court and there were more than 5 cockroaches that were around our table and booth as we tried to eat. I completely lost my appetite. All I could think of is how many roaches were in those back kitchens! 🪳🪳🪳The mall did have several good stores and smaller businesses-I just don’t recommend eating at the food court.
Pleased with the assortment of stores and experiences for kids. The mall has a cool mini suspended jumping area, as well as kiosks geared for them. The weekly farmers/vendor market in the exterior lot is enjoyable.Every Christmas, they have a nice Christmas tree vendor on the parking lot as well. The inventory in the stores are not my style as much. Even for some of the standard stores, like Express or Francescas, you will get inventory that is too casual and elderly, which speaks more to the former demographic that lived in the area.It is a more low volume mall with little foot traffic. I do love a Turkish cosmetic and cologne kiosk here.I am hoping with the more younger influx of expats, the inventory will be updated to reflect it and it will be revitalized a bit more.
A perfectly located Mall for all North Austin community. Love to visit both for shopping and window shopping
Good variety of stores, decent food, the only big problem I have is theft is a big problem here. Mostly people stealing from stores, but Ive heard multiple stories of peoples belongings being taken. Ive gone to this mall since I was 4 (currently 18) and have never had anything stolen, but the reports still urged me to add into the review.
Lots of people for people watching. A good variety of places to shop. Great food court. Great for just plain old mall walking.
They say the era of the indoor mall is over but Lakeline seems to be holding on. It has a large number of specialty stores, kiosks, and childrens play areas along with the usual large anchor stores. They have an on premise movie theater and an indoor train for the kiddos. My only knock is the lack of restaurants outside the food court. They once had several, now they have none so you dont have a quiet place to sit down and relax in a quiet place.
Enjoy my mental health day, visited different different shops. Everyone is so friendly
The mall is clean and more people are starting to come out and enjoy all that the mall has to offer. The reason for the three stars is because I dont like when those that have the little shops down the center of the walkway dont listen when I say no thank you. I felt like I was being chased down the hall until the proverbial invisible fence is reached and they jump back to their original position. All that was missing was the dog collar to shock the seller from going too far. I would definitely give an extra star to see that, though.
Dillards was great on Friday. Not crowded. Great merchandise and sales.
Its been awhile since we shopped. Still the usual stores are there, a few have since closed. There are ppl shopping or eating at the food court. I saw there is Donkey Mo Korean fried chicken there.. yum!
Empty from shoppers. Well stocked and clean but a ghost town. Hope Mall can make it in these times.
A mall like almost any other mall in America, neither good or bad, it just is. 3 big anchor stores (1actually has 2 locations), then the usual assortment of smaller stores. We just had lunch, in the area and decided to look around having never been to this mall (live near by just have had no need). Its clean and orderly and if I need a nice suit, tie and shoes I will be back - but in retirement I never ware them.
Great place to hang out for shopping with teenagers. Department stores for the general shopper like jc penny and dillards. Food court has gotten better over time with more seating and better cleanliness
Shopping at my usual. White House Black Market. And Dillards. It was great
This mall is dead. The stores arent properly stocked and what they do stock is rarely fashionable.
It was a mall just like any other. It had all your average mall stores and a handful of local small businesses. Nothing to write home about.
I enjoy going to this mall. Driving around the mall parking lot the mall looks abandoned but their are quite a few stores that are still open.
A very nice place to shop, hurry and go before they turn all malls into apartments !
Wasnt crowed at all during the week plenty of parking and great stores
Its a nice Mall with most of the stores still open for business. The Food Court was open at 90% capacity.
Nice mall...clean...lots of stores...do not like getting haggled by the people at the kiosks but other than that a great experience. I can go and get my hair done while my children shop for their needs. They even added a store called Cool and Eclectic...which is awesome and H&M is coming soon! The food court is mediocre...but you can always fall back on Chick-Fil-A.
Its a pretty good mall and plenty of stores, as a teenager i love the atmosphere and the stores they have but the security is not very tight so come prepared and protected if you are a woman
Going to the mall is always a nice little get away. Things are slowly getting back to normal at the mall. Went to icing for the very first time.
One of the better malls Ive been to in America. Granted, thats a limited selection, but you will find what you want here and then some.
Nice atmosphere. Enjoyed the sales
Good place for shopping, must go place when I come to Austin
Awesome Mall located in NW Austin, Texas, close to Cedar Park, Texas. Lots of stores for adults and children, alike. Mall has plenty of entertainment for younger children, when mom or dad want to rest in between shopping. As well as a food court with huge variety.Mall is anchored with Macys, Dillards, and JC Penney. Sears is no longer here.
I got pants from kulteral vibes something like that the food is so good and do many stores i live going there
Went to Lakeline mall for the first time in over a year. I was grossed out by how dirty it is, inside and out. All the carpeted areas are beyond disgusting and looks like they arent being vacuumed either. Only store I walked into was Macys and it looked just as dirty. Many stores are closed and seem to be in need of employees. I am hoping that the state of this mall is due to lack of staff.
As far as malls go, this one is pretty great. I love that its not letting the digital shopping craze kill it like most other malls in the U.S. Theres a wide variety of stores and very few empties. The food court offers different varieties of cuisine. Nice place to walk around, and to shop at. Way to go for not floundering, Texas economy.
Lots of shopping and nice food court
I pray this mall in Tx stays in business! Everytime I go they seem to be busy & doing good.
A seemingly normal mall with a huge food court, multiple anchor stores, and a good selection of name brands, sullied by stores selling junk and bootlegs. Again its a good mall if you avoid Gift World Collections (sells poorly made bootlegs), some of the kiosks (also selling bootleg merchandise), and most of all Cool and Eclectic. That last store feels like its breaking fire codes with its poor use of space and over all clutter and disorganization. I do not understand how some of these shops attain space.Again this is a fine mall to attend, just know which stores are bogus.
Best place, good food, and plenty of shopping malls plus good stores to see.
The mall. Once a pinnacle of commerce, now a symbol of an economy that begs to recover. Several tier 1 stores still occupy this mall, but others that failed to compete with Amazon have shuttered and mall management has not found replacement business to occupy the dead space. No bookstore but flashy trinket stores are in large abundance. Still a good mall despite the middle-aged appearance.
Meh. Too many perfume and beauty stands aggressively trying to push garbage products.
Lake line is your typical mall. It’s clean with a wide variety of shopping experiences.
Nice Mall. Its nice to see that they still exist. Also people look really fed up with face diapers so I saw a lot of peeps with them half or completely, off their faces. This gives me hope.
This mall is tired & needs to be re-imagined to work & thrive in the 21st century. The location is EXCELLENT off 183 & therefore could totally be a vital hub of retail, dining & social gatherings for the rapidly growing NW area of Austin. The mall owners need to step it up & add more of an outdoor Life Style concept similar to the Domain in Austin. This combined with the enclosed mall would totally boost the area. This could revitalize this much needed venue for the area as it grows & become a focal gathering place in NW Austin. Its Austin, we are unique, Keep it Weird!
Shopping here is not what it used to be. Stupid pandemic.
Not too big and a great selection of shops. Bonus are the message chairs they have throughout the mall lol
Good mall with a great foodcourt, and other cool stuff, you can get a cell phone, or get your steps in on a saturday, be sure to check out Aunt Annes on the top, the have some great pretzels, some of the stores are fantastic and others lack customer service, but if you have time to kill go to the movie theatre as well.
It may be because Im an 80s kid and grew up working in and hanging out in malls, but I do think theres still a place for malls in our society. We go to Lakeline to hit a bunch of stores in the same place and be inside with AC. I have teenagers. We go to Dillards, Macys, Hollister, American Eagle, Vans, etc. Also theres a Chick Fil A in the food court. Wish there werent so many empty stores.
Awesome place to go! Lots of food choices, lots of stores to choose from, lots of things to do
One of the good malls around Austin area. This location offers many retail store options, high end brand designer names, and decent food court/ dinning establishments. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who lives here or is visiting town. They have a little play area for kids and some rides they enjoy playing.
I have to say, Ive looked around for repair services for my electronics since I moved here 4yrs ago. Well I found this place at Lakeline Mall and was flabbergasted by how nice and knowledgeable the young man was. My experience was so awesome the 1st time which made me wanna go back and I must say I send all my friends and family to this place. My advice to you would be check this place out before you go anywhere else and I guarantee youll love the prices and the incredible service.
Its ok the escalators were all not working so that was an inconvenience. The only restroom is in the food court. Place really needs better upkeep.
Nice spot for shopping .
Its an old mall. Needs updating. Pervasive mildew smell during our recent visit.
I dont shop malls often and of course the day I finally stop by their escalator arent working. Had to walk clear to other side to use elevator. This is why I dont shop mLls often ..., NOT convenient at all
Went on a monday night, not at all busy. great selection of shops
It’s a very nice mall to go shopping. My family and I been there multiple times.
It is definitely nicer than Barton Creek mall. It is well mentain and clean and not so crowded.
This is like the best hangout spot 😚😚😚😚
Somewhat outdated, but gets the job done.
Very nice mall, with an impressive food court including sushi and japanese bento. Lots of cool shops with interesting things to look at and a fair amount of low price deals makes this somewhere Ill definitely return.
Rather depressing visit. Seemed like an old rundown place.
Its nice that shops are opening up more, but there is still quite a few locations there that are emptied.
Is really fun but a lot of stores that I like closed down :c
Going back its amazing! It has everything I want and way more. It also has really good sales depending where you go. My personal favorite place in there in the Gift World Collections because it has a lot of Asian and anime stuff. Hot Topic is another favorite because it has anime, BTS, and the employees are super nice. I would definitely go to Lakeline Mall.
Its a good mall, but the people that grab u an want to try make up, hair products or anything else, if Im interested I will let u know!!!!!
I love this mall they have great stores with low prices I love going to bath and body works
Dillars, lady in Lancome island, very helpful, great attitude.Place super clean!!
Too many ppl. No mask. Such a pity! But the mall is beautiful. Unattended children with tired parent! Sad scene!ask crowds to wear a mask to also put it on their children!
Had a fun outing. Kiddo got some fun and Me and Mom got massages
Great family~friendly environment; Gal at Bella Terra did my makeup, its wonderful, I bought way more than I needed and Ill still be going back to say hey. Amy gave me some beautiful curls at the hair kiosk, so nice Ill have to go back twice to get all I need for my new hair routine. Anne offered me some beautiful fragrances, I bought a little bottle just for me. Theres a train that runs past the childrens play area; its great ambience while youre having your daily caffeine supply from the Starbucks on the top level.
I enjoyed shopping there. The Place is wonderful.
Soooo much variety and class mixed together and a spirit of Halloween in the old sears
Post pandemic, this mall.looks a bit sad. Some stores are still trying to keep the energy going but overall disappointing.
Lots of people. Stores full of merchandise. I would say 50% of people with/without masks, and no social distancing. At the food court, there are 2 shops not open, so lines are a little longer than usual.
It is big and they have lot of different brands, it is good for half day weekday outing around Leander.
Great stuff to buy for any age difference
Its closing down quite a few stores already gone
One of the Greatest Malls Ever, Ive been shopping here and its stores forever, and still love it.
Lakeline Mall has a little bit of everything that you might need from discount stores up to fancy retail. Easy access to US 183 and SH 45. There are plenty of decent restaurants and hotels nearby. Farmers market on Saturday. Movie Theater. Food Court.
It was busier than user than normal. Come back every one. We miss Yall.
Perfect place for FAMILIES,The Food Court Area needs lots of attention and cleaning.
Main mall was closed due to no water. But the open stores are so accommodating.
Not too bad for a small not a whole lot of stuff in it but it was pretty cool to check it out
