Can’t recommend them enough, I was lucky enough to meet with them in the hospital and they were so incredibly helpful for a first time mom - have been in twice to the office to see them, scheduled a 3rd even though it’s going well because every time I go it is so helpful and my journey gets easier. Kelly is awesome! She really knows how to explain and assist without being overwhelming and treats you like a friend instead of it being so medical and clinical which really helps make you feel comfortable. She has taught not only me but my husband also so much. I don’t think things would be going as well as they are if it wasn’t for her! Thank you!

These women are truly amazing. There’s so much you don’t know that you don’t know about breastfeeding. I thought it would be this intuitive, easy experience and it has not been. We would have been so lost without the women at My Pure Delivery. They helped us work on latch, helped me clear clogged milk ducts, and have continued to check in to make sure we are doing well. They’re also helping me prepare to go back to work and keep my milk supply up. I highly recommend them for every new mom, even if you’re not having major difficulties. The support is so necessary.

Holy mackerel. The lactation consultants here are amazing. First of all they work with you to do whatever you need, no judgment and very mother focused. We went here because we were having issues latching and with bottle preference, but within an hour of the appointment starting my baby was happily chomping away with no issues whatsoever. We now have a plan on how to continue this progress and we haven’t had any resurgence of the original issue at all. They also make great product suggestions but don’t push any of it down anyone’s throat. Highly recommend giving them a call if you’re having any issues!

First time mom and Kelly really helped me with learning what a proper latch should look and feel like. She was so patient and kind. She continues to support me with my breastfeeding goals. I couldn’t have done this without her expertise and guidance. The entire experience here was wonderful!

I cant even explain how amazing this facility is and how amazing Robin has been during this breastfeeding and pumping process. I came in initially for help with flange sizing and Robin immediately noticed my daughters size and asked us questions about feeding her. We then booked follow ups to check her weight gain and surely enough my daughter wasnt gaining enough and was not on the growth curve. Working with Robin to figure out a plan and figure out pumping was one of the greatest things we could have done for our daughter. She has now gained appropriately and we are so comfortable with the progress she is making. I cannot thank Robin enough for making my husband and I so comfortable with feeds. This facility and all the lactation consultants truly care!!!

My Pure Delivery was incredibly helpful in my breastfeeding journey. Kelly helped me and my daughter get back to breast feeding in a matter of 4 visits. She discovered why my daughter was getting frustrated while feeding (poor transfer), helped me develop a plan (sucking exercises and a regular pumping schedule), and eventually got my daughter back to good milk transfer and now we primarily breastfeed. Cannot recommend Kelly and My Pure Delivery enough. Great support and no pressure or judgment.

My Pure Delivery is the best place to go for help with breastfeeding! My only regret is that I did not come here sooner. Their website has super helpful videos and scheduling a consult was incredibly easy and fast. Everyone I interacted with either in person or over the phone was so kind and courteous. Orieta was my lactation consultant, and she is the absolute best! So friendly and immediately made us feel welcomed. It’s clear that she has so much knowledge about breastfeeding and that she really cares about your personal breastfeeding journey.

This place is AMAZING!!! Kelly was beyond so supportive and patiently helped me with my screaming baby to figure out what was bothering him and how to continue nursing without going crazy! I don’t know where to start. My breastfeeding journey has been anything but easy. I breastfed my first child easily for a year and half, so I thought second baby would be a piece of cake. I could not have been more wrong. I was stubborn and thought that I could figure it out on my own, but after multiple doctors visits and my LO not gaining weight as quickly as he should at 10 weeks, I finally broke down and knew I needed help. Enter My Pure Delivery. At my first appointment with Orieta she quickly identified that while my baby didn’t have an obvious tongue tie, she suspected a posterior tongue tie which could be affecting his latch. Three days later we were getting that tongue tie snipped at an ENT that they recommended. We saw immediate results with bottle transfer and some improvement with breastfeeding. At my next visit with Kelly we saw a little better transfer, but not quite where we wanted. She introduced us to a craniosacral therapist who released a LOAD of tension from my LO. The baby who hated being on his back and in his car seat was now calm and happy. At our last and final meeting with Kelly, we identified that breastfeeding may not be our complete journey. After some tears on my end, she helped me identify that my mental health and feelings towards my baby were MOST important. She helped give me options on keeping up my pumped supply and how to use nursing for comfort to keep up that bond . She reassured me that whatever I chose my baby would still love me. This place is a godsend and the women here are so knowledgeable and helpful and they really listen and work with you. I recommend them to everyone and anyone. Thank you My Pure Delivery for educating and supporting me in ways I didn’t even know I needed.

4 weeks postpartum horrible breastfeeding journey with constant clogged ducts and end up with very painful mastitis. i was so desperate and finally found my pure delivery lactation consultant. they helped me with breastfeeding techniques and breast pump setting which is a game changer. now i can say im happily breastfeeding my newborn without pain and my baby is satisfied with my milk supply. i recommend seeing them as soon as you have the baby so you wont suffer as much as i did.

Diba at My Pure Delivery was absolutely fantastic! Even though this was my second child breastfeeding, I still learned so much thanks to her and she saved our breastfeeding journey! They even squeezed me in last minute, which I’m super grateful for, otherwise I’m not sure I would’ve continued nursing. They also handled everything with insurance and our sessions were covered 100%. Like others have said, my only regret is not calling sooner!!!

I went into my appointment ready to quit breastfeeding at any time. Kelly assessed everything from babys latch to milk transfer amounts and milk pumped after feeding. Then she was advised me to re-size my flanges (they completely too big and I had no idea) and pumping has improved immensely. I had been afraid to pump due to pain for over a week prior to this appointment. I learned a lot and felt supported in my decisions.

I want to share that I am a first time mom and I was having a challenge breast feeding, my son was not latching. I reached out to My Pure Delivery, based on my friends success with them. I had two consultations virtually with Maudie & she was or shall I say is THE BEST!!! She had so many tips for my breastfeeding journey and it’s wasn’t only the tips she had but her patience and calmness that I 100 percent appreciated. Needless to say my son is now successfully breastfeeding and couldn’t be happier!! I also will add she took the time and answered other questions I had not only about breastfeeding but about other concerns of mine. Maudie is a true asset to this company her patience and knowledge was greatly appreciated.

I’ve had the best experience with My Pure Delivery. My video consult with Becca was so smooth and informative and she was so easy to talk to. She addressed all of my concerns and never once did I feel judged for anything I asked or that I thought I may have been doing wrong. She have great detailed instructions and was just so sweet. My in home consult was with Diba and she too was just as awesome! She was so encouraging and reassured me I was doing great with my breast feeding journey. This being my second baby and second time around breast feeding I thought I would not need a lactation consultant and boy was I wrong. Learned so much more to be successful with this breastfeeding journey and I am so thankful. I would highly recommend these wonderful women.

Had a good experience here. My daughter was not latching properly and after consulting here, we both are happy now. The people are very friendly and informative and their environment gives you the comfort ness that you need. Definitely a great place to consult on lactation.

10/10 recommend these ladies! They helped me through my babe not latching at all, nursing with a shield, two bouts of mastitis and a tongue tie. I was referred to My Pure Delivery by my son’s pediatrician and couldn’t be happier! I came to them with a lot of damage that stopped me from nursing for a little while. Vanessa was so helpful setting up a game plan to get me healed and back to breastfeeding. I didn’t feel any pressure and she made the whole experience so comfortable and was open to all my questions (and as a FTM I had plenty). I would definitely recommend My Pure Delivery to anyone looking for help or wants to feel more confident with breastfeeding.

These ladies are wonderful! They have helped me get through breastfeeding two babies now. They have been so understanding and full of ideas and information to help me have a positive and successful breastfeeding experience! My youngest is 6 weeks and we are finally into a rhythm thanks to MPD! I tell everyone I know to come to them for help, and I will continue to reach out for help when I need it.

My Pure Delivery is amazing I am so grateful for them!!! I had severe engorgement that started 2 days after having my son (first baby) and therefore he couldn’t latch and feed. I desperately reached out to Diba late at night not knowing what to do and she responded right away with step by step information and helped set up a virtual appointment for the next morning with Orieta who is amazing! I’ve had follow up visits at the office as well and was able to quickly get back to exclusively breastfeeding and getting the severe engorgement under control. I always receive an email right after our appointments with info on what was discussed and she calls to follow up as well to make sure everything is going well. I cannot thank Orieta and My Pure Delivery enough for saving my breastfeeding journey. I’ve been giving bottles to my baby in his first two weeks of life because of a low supply. He soon developed strong preference of bottles over nursing and always screams whenever I try to breastfeed him. Every feeding became a struggle and I thought I would never be able to breastfeed him again. I called My Pure Delivery desperately and they were able to schedule an in person appointment for me with lactation consultant Orieta early morning the next day. She pin pointed my son has reflux and tongue tie, and guided me to breastfeed my baby successfully during that session, and I’ve been breastfeeding almost exclusively ever since. Over the next three weeks, I’ve come to her multiple times to deal with various challenges and she was always able to diagnose and provide solutions to help me navigate through them. She is always calm, effective, patient, encouraging, compassionate, with a wealth of breastfeedingm knowledge. Also shout out to Jessica and other staffs at the facility who always try to give me good tips over the phone.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! My Baby was a preemie and would not stay awake long enough on the breast, so i had to pump around the clock and use bottles which was exhuasting. My ultimate goal was to breastfeed. Eventually she started gaining weight properly and started to stay awake more, so i wanted to give it a try. It was challenging when she would get really frusturated from my forceful letdown. Thats when Kelly came to save the day with all her wonderful tips to help. I would have never thought of on my own if i didn’t reach out to My Pure Delivery. Now i’m breastfeeding exclusively and i cannot thank Kelly enough! I will definetly be back for baby #2!

Our son was born at 33 weeks and 1day. We were in the NICU for almost a month. I was only able to pump and occasionally try to breastfeed. I thought breastfeeding would not happen for us. Time was ticking. When we left the hospital we immediately began lactation consultations with Jenna. We LOVED her from the start. Jenna worked with us, provided a personalized plan, and our son began to nurse at 3 months old. Our son is almost a year old now and has been nursing well since our last session with Jenna at the beginning of January. When I went back to work in January I maintained a pumping schedule so I didnt drop in my supply and then he would nurse when I wasnt at work. When quarantine hit us we were all at home and he was exclusively nursing. I am back at work again and he is still nursing at home and mama milk bottles at the sitters house. We thank Jenna for all she did! My dream of being a nursing mama came to fruition because of all Jenna did for us. We are so incredibly grateful to her. 🥰. This is our second post because we highly recommend My Pure Delivery to anyone who has a goal to nurse and thinks it’s an impossible journey or is almost there and just needs a little help. When our son was born prematurely we thought my chances of nursing were slim to none. We knew that mama’s milk would be the best for him given his small size at birth. Today, at almost a year old he is 25 pounds and continues to nurse and we cannot thank Jenna and My Pure Delivery enough. The Roberts :)

My husband and I attended educational classes My Pure Delivery held during my pregnancy at Cedar Park Regional. This was our first introduction to an organization thats continued to be an invaluable, caring part of our new journey now that our son has arrived. Their consultants visited us while in the hospital, and Im continuing with educational consultations at their Cypress Creek office. Every single interaction has been enriching, supportive and positive. Theyre truly a blessing, and I cannot recommend them enough! As a first time mom, I greatly appreciate all theyve done to help us.

I came across My Pure Delivery very late in my pregnancy when I was reading up on breastfeeding tips and resources. I signed up for their free 1 hr live course and could not believe what a wealth of information was provided! The instructor (Diba) was great and very knowledgeable, and I was able to get my questions answered along the way. I would definitely recommend their course, and plan to participate in their support group once baby has arrived. (I havent met with a lactation consultant, so cant speak to that, but I imagine it would be equally as great! My Pure Delivery takes insurance, so I will likely be reaching out for support one baby arrives).

I am 8-months pregnant with my first child and knew little to nothing going into this whole Im about to be a mommy thing. Fortunately, for My Pure Delivery and their classes I feel SO much more prepared and way less freaked out about becoming a mom. I took the Breastfeeding Class, Newborn Basics Class, and the Infant CPR & Safety Class. I would recommend all of them! Also, my insurance covered the very affordable cost and that made the deal even sweeter. Thanks again to all those at My Pure Delivery! You guys rocked it and Im so grateful!

Diba, Jessica, and everyone at My Pure Delivery are amazing! If you need any lactation services this is THE PLACE to go. I used their services with my daughter a few years ago and without them I don’t think I would’ve met my goals of nursing for over a year. We had SO MANY issues with her being born early and having weight loss. In the end we never had to supplement, which was my preference. I’m using them again now, with my son. Completely different issues (latching) and they’ve saved the day again. I’ve done virtual and in person and they did a great job of making it safe for COVID (and I’m super concerned). They have fantastic cleanliness/safety protocols in place. Also, they helped me get my insurance to cover the costs, which I didn’t think was even possible on my plan. Everyone from lactation consultants to support staff go above and beyond. Very responsive to requests/questions and even run a free support group because it’s about moms and babies, not profits. So grateful for their ongoing help and support.

My Pediatrician recommended My Pure Delivery when my baby wasn’t gaining the expected amount of weight after delivery. Debra was the consultant who came to my home and performed a weighed feed and coached me on what to do to get my baby on track. She was so helpful and understanding, the write up she sent me after the consultation was a great resource to turn to after her visit. I’m happy to report my baby is gaining the expected weight plus some :) Thank you for helping me with my new mom/breastfeeding journey!

Excellent service! My consultant was Maudie and she helped me feel at ease after a stressful day with my baby. She helped me with latching, alternative and healthy methods to producing more milk and having a happier baby overall. I loved her follow up notes. This was worth every penny.

My pure delivery really turned things around for me. I was nervous to breastfeed and things were off to a rough start, it was very painful and I was in tears just thinking about feeding time.. I heard about My Pure Delivery through the pediatrician and thought I would gove it a try since i was ready to give up. I saw Kelly and she was so caring and gave me so many tips and such great advice.. With her help i was able to heal and now feeding is not painful at all.. Also knowing my daughter is getting plenty of food was a huge weight off my shoulders. They have such great staff and helpful people and they are there every step of the way if you need them. I only went to a few visits but i know if I need them again when I introduce a bottle so I can go back to work or if any other issues arise I know they will be there for us and its a great feeling to have soneone in your corner helping and guiding you when you feel like giving up.. Im so grateful and I reccomend them to anyone struggling or just who wants some extra advice..

My son and I had an amazing experience during our five visits to My Pure Delivery. My son was a preemie and I struggled with breastfeeding him and not producing enough breastmilk. A HUGE THANK YOU to Jenna at My Pure Delivery for all her help in creating an individualized plan for my son and I, which helped to increase my supply and eventually got my son to breastfeeding. My expectations were definitely met and went far beyond what I could ever imagined. All staff treated us with the special attention that a new mother appreciates. I promise you will not be disappointed. Also, your insurance company probably wont advertise it, but they will likely FULLY PAY for all visits. This was huge for me being a new mom. Meeting with the team at My Pure Delivery was a treat. These folks really know their business when it comes to feeding babies. The store is neat, clean and fully staffed. They appeared to have several private rooms for consults and it looked super comfy. Good news, it has been said that they are moving to an even larger facility in the fall of 2019 and will be offering classes to their clients. Christen and My Pure Delivery very literally changed my life! When I was sent home with my son, I was having a difficult and painful time breastfeeding and was ready to quit. I called My Pure Delivery in the middle of the night and was connected immediately to an after hours person that set up an appointment with Christen for the next day. With my insurance I was able to get 100% coverage. Over the next few weeks, Christen was my coach, therapist, and best friend. She gave excellent instruction to improve my technique, help me heal, and improve my overall breastfeeding experience. She was compassionate, encouraging, and empowering, qualities that made her truly priceless to me during that tough time. With her early help, I was able to surpass my 6 month goal and just now completed baby-led weaning with my happy, chunky 12 month old. Thank you Christen!

We are on the right track again with weight gain, but it is a HUGE relief to know as I continue my breastfeeding journey I will continue to have this support. I had a great experience at My Pure Delivery with Becca. My visit and follow up visit was covered by insurance so be sure to check to see if your insurance will cover the visit! They do have the option for an at home visit for a minimal fee. I chose to go to their location but itw as super comfortable and very private. Thank you, Becca, for helping my son and I continue our breastfeeding journey!

I have really appreciated the lactation support provided by Becca at My Pure Delivery. In three visits we have thoroughly addressed latch, positioning, pumping and breast/nipple care. Becca is supportive, extremely knowledgeable and ready with interventions or ideas for all of my needs. Bonus they accept my health insurance and do house visits.

Orieta is a miracle worker. My 10 day old couldn’t/wouldn’t latch no matter what we tried and Orieta got her on for a solid 10 minutes. She gave us so many tips and tricks to use in the future and we feel so much more confident than before. I highly recommend this service. The LC’s at the hospital are great, but you don’t get the same level of service or one on one time that you do with My Pure Delivery. Worth every penny!

My Pure Delivery is the only reason I’m still able to breastfeed. I wouldn’t have been able to overcome my low milk supply on my own. Definitely visit a support group also - so helpful!

I had a very tough time breastfeeding my daughter. It was incredibly painful and even despite having previously successfully breastfed a child, finding a solution eluded me. In came Diba to the rescue. Quite literally. She rescued me from a postpartum haze and got me and my daughter right on track. Not only did she come to our house and immediately instill a sense of confidence in me that I could do this - and that I was doing great already - but she continued to make herself available to me via phone and text. Which is just completely above and beyond. I love that she is a nurse AND a lactation consultant. She is so comforting and so good at her job that I just cant recommend her enough. Her help was invaluable to us and she will be to you, too, if you need her.

They work with some insurance companies, which is amazing, but even if they didnt I wouldnt hesitate to pay for their services. I was almost in tears cause my breast feeding experience was not going great and she gave me immediate valuable advise and put me at ease.Then I met ORIETA, my lactation consultant whom I owe ALL of my success in breastfeeding. She is so awesome.Very knowledgeable with a Great personality, professional, organized, and efficient, Orieta would always answered questions promptly after visits and make me feel confident.I loved how she sent the summary of visits right away and a note to my baby pediatrician too.Always had lots of advise regarding all details of the process and recommended some great gear.She is fully bilingual and was very comfortable and quick switching back and forth with my English speaking husband and Spanish speaking mother during visits.I cannot simply thank her enough and highly recommended her.

Christen was such a huge help. We only needed one session. I learned so much and got my baby back to gaining weight that week. Really if it werent for this service I may have caved and formula fed so thank you so much!

Diba and her staff are amazing. They are supportive and informative. The breastfeeding support groups that My Pure Delivery runs are very helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone wanting to breastfeed their child and suggest contacting Diba and her staff before you have the baby. They also rent pumps and scales, which I wish Id known about before I rented one from the hospital (more expensive). Finally, and this is a big bonus, My Pure Delivery accepts some insurance carriers... which makes initial and follow-up visits easy and affordable.

As a first time Mom, I honestly dont think I would have made it breastfeeding without Diba. My daughter wouldnt latch and my supply had dropped way low, but she worked with us and we are going strong 8 months later! Not only did she come to me, which was huge with a brand new baby, but was available to me whenever I had questions or needed advice. She truly went above the call of duty and was warm and comforting, which was invaluable as an emotional, frustrated new mom! If breastfeeding is as important to you as it was to me, call Diba - worth every penny!!

My Pure Delivery is an absolute gem for any new family. Diba is one of the most knowledgeable, caring, empathetic people Ive ever met and she is a joy to work with. She is an incredible lactation consultant and makes breastfeeding feel very comfortable and normal rather than awkward and stressful (or painful!). She worked with me and my oldest and helped us through some difficulties, so when my second was born I knew immediately who to call when we ran into challenges. I recommend her constantly to anyone with any questions, curiosities, or difficulties. Her boutique is very well appointed with tons of natural and healthy products for mom and baby, plus some goodies. You will feel like family the minute you walk through the door!

Orieta single handedly saved my breastfeeding experience! My daughter was having trouble latching and I was sore, bloody, bruised, and fed up. I contacted My Pure Delivery and they had a home-visit appointment set up for me in less than 24 hours!Orieta was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I thought an in-home visit might be a little awkward, but she made me feel very comfortable the entire time. She informed me about all kinds of things I had no clue about, despite having nursed my first child.She was able to give me the strategies, positions, and information to completely change my breastfeeding experience. Its been a little over a week now and Im healing up well and my daughter is steadily gaining weight! Couldnt be happier with my experience with My Pure Delivery.

Diba is exceptional to work with, she helped our family with several lactational related and baby related questions and gave us a thorough recommendations about babys diet planning, nutrition, care, health etc. . Dibas experience as nutrition and also as Pediatric and Neonatal nurse was on display when she guided us. The staff is very friendly and is always there to answer any questions that you have even after the visit. They are very flexible with scheduling and also their follow up after consultation made us feel valuable.

I am very pleased with the in-home lactation consultation services provided by My Pure Delivery. With this being my 2nd delivery, I knew what to expect but wanted a refresher and support with the beginnings of breastfeeding again (my oldest is 2 years old). I called a few days before my delivery date and the staff was very accommodating (taking all my insurance info, leaving a note for their fellow employees to expect a call in the next few days from me to schedule an in-home consultation, etc.). Orieta was our consultant and she was very professional, informative, and a pleasure to get to know. With this being my 2nd baby, I already knew a lot about breastfeeding, but Orieta was such a fountain of information. She refreshed my memory but also added to it. I could tell she really enjoyed her job. I would definitely recommend to any breastfeeding mom to have a lactation consultant come visit, and I would definitely recommend My Pure Delivery. They were very easy to work with and I was able to schedule an in-home visit in a timely manner.

I am SO glad I decided to go see Diba. She was so incredibly helpful when I was having latching problems that were causing me pain and to hate nursing. She even taught me how to use my pump and gave me tips on the best bottles to use, etc. I cant say enough good things about my experience here!!

Diba is wonderful!My daughter was born at 27 weeks gestation, and had struggled greatly with feeding.When I met with Diba my daughter was transitioning back to breast milk from thickened bottles of formula and she was struggling to gain weight.Diba helped us transition off of the nipple shield, which was causing latch issues, and helped us obtain a better latch. She was very kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire visit.My daughter is now exclusively breastfed (she wont even take a bottle!) and her weight gain is right on track.
