Ordered the wrong tank for my DRZ400 & by the time I was finally ready to install it it was over 90 days. Customer Service was VERY helpful accepting the return & crediting me towards the correct tank. Always got through when called & fast email responses & delivery. I ordered a Firstgear heavy duty wiring harness for heated gloves through Walmart because it was cheaper and had free shipping. The seller was listed as Powersports Superstore. I received an inferior wiring harness that was half as thick as the one shown in their picture. The inferior harness package showed the same model number as the heavy duty harness. I currently have one of these heavy duty harnesses, so besides the sellers picture, I know what harness I should have received. It looks like they show you one item but actually ship you a cheaper item. I returned it to Walmart and ordered the correct harness from another seller.Updated Feb 23: I received the reordered wiring harness when I picked it up from Cycle Gear. It was the same light duty model I had sent back to Powersport Superstore. The Cycle Gear clerk researched it and determined that Firstgear no longer makes the heavy duty wiring harness and has replaced that harness with the light duty harness, and the model number is the same. All the sellers on the internet, including Firstgear, are still displaying pictures of the discontinued harness.
I ordered a uni filter Part# U-602 for ($12). Received the wrong filter Part# U-601. Emailed and called facility, when they attempted to try to find the right part number, their computer on their end gives them the wrong Part, so they have some type of internal processing issue to take care of. I explained to Chad the manager that I have a upcoming trail ride in a few days and if they send me correct filter with a return label, Ill send the incorrect filter received back! CHAD being on a power trip because he is a manager rudley expressed that is not how they do business. I must send back their filter that they sent me in error, before I can get the correct filter that was ordered. I explained that the return shipping would cost more then the filter, and Ill miss my trip so to their error in sending the wrong filter. CHAD was very rude and had no compassion or regard for their mistake. He is the worst company manager I have ever dealt with and would urge anybody not to do any future business with this company. Hopefully somebody from powersports above the power hungry manager reads this and reaches out to make good on their mistake. If so, I will adjust this review accordingly. Steer clear of this business!!**UPDATE**Matt the operations manager (Chads boss) reached out to me shortly after posting the above review. He apologized on Chads behalf and agreed that this is not how business should be conducted. He sent me a new correct filter with a return label. I have received the filter and will be placing the incorrect one back in the mail the next time I make my way into town. Thanks again for making things right Matt

I purchased what I thought was a snowmobile tunnel bag.. it paid for it and it took them over two weeks to mail it out. When I finally got it, it wasnt nothing close to the picture it was a underseat bag.. I had to send several email just to get it. Before they even mailed it I asked for a refund. They refused and lied said they Mailed.. as soon as big got the bag I return it they have received it, but refuse to give me money back. These guys put product on Amazon and list it as “in stock” but it never is. Then they pretend to not realize they “oversold their stock” and hold your money and make you wait for a refund. I’ll never buy anything from them ever again! It should be illegal to use this practice and bump out other retailers who actually have items in stock when they say they do
I ordered the s&s mini stealth air cleaner kit for my xl 1200 c Harley Davidson, I was assured that the fitment was correct before purchasing. Upon installation I opened the one time use blue threadlock that came with kit during preparation. When I began to line up the part on bike to install I immediately noticed it was the wrong kit. They sent me the incorrect air cleaner kit for my motorcycle. No big deal it happens. When I asked for a return they refunded me half of my investment because of the 25 cent one time use blue thread lock. I was out over 100+$ over a mistake made by these crooks. If they had been able to send me the correct part number minus the thread lock I wouldnt have minded the mistake on their end. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!

I purchased a tire for my Yamaha Vmax seven days ago. First it was in stock then the messenger let me know it would take longer than expected for it to ship. Just this morning the seller said I canceled my order which I did not because they have an estimated time of arrival April 20 and I was still waiting and still need my tire. So the seller just let me out for seven days and then cancel on me and try to blame it on me 100% do not recommend I will be writing a report to Amazon corporate about this.
I placed an order for a jacket about a month ago, and while I received it in a timely manner and ordered according to the size chart provided, it was way too small. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the company for about 4 weeks now to return the jacket, only to find that they won’t respond to emails or phone calls. Yet they advertise no restocking fees on their website. It got so bad that after 2 weeks of trying I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and even they can’t get ahold of Powersport Superstore. Don’t make any purchases from them...they have no customer service.
Couldnt be more happy ! I had bought a pair of Alpinestars Tech 8 boots on Ebay and it turned out one of boots had a rip in the top. After about of week of waiting I finally got my refund.I saw Powersports Superstore had a pair of Gaerne G react boots on ebay for 325 shipped. I figured why not, but description said they were used. So I sent in a offer and ended up getting MUCH lower than $325. Im more than please with this purchase, These folks were great. I dealt with Chad over the phone as he reached out through their ebay page and wanted me to call. Again this deal was just to good to pass up, these Gaerne boots are brand new with tags! Pumped on this whole experience ! Dont let these other Google reviews fool you, I almost did and almost missed out on a great deal !
Called 12/9/2020 to order a rev box for a Polaris sportsman 500 hoI was given a Part Number for the part but was told they could not place the order over the phone. So I went on the website as directed and ordered the part number they gave me got the Big Gun Rev Box on 12/19/2020 just in time for the event at our local park, To find out that the box they told me was for our Sportsman was completely incorrect they were closed on Saturday so I gave them a call on Monday and was told by Ashley I got the correct part but she would need pictures to confirm it was the wrong part I sent over pictures as requested and she told me once again we got the correct part. Oddly enough a 6 prong plug doesnt fit a 8 prong hole. The only offer was to mail it back for a refund with us paying the shipping. no return label no offer to switch it out for the correct box which Big Guns themselves that Powersports super store shipped us the wrong box and was honestly surprised with how they are handling the whole thing. The box will be getting shipped back at our expense but WILL not refer anyone to this company for any products. VERY Poor customer service.
Purchase a carburator on ebay from these folks, listed at $614. They are located in Texas and me, in Florida. Got charge a sale tax of $41 dollars that overdraft my checking account. Spoke to the vendor and he mention they have warehouses all over the u.s. the product is being ship from Waterloo, ID. Again, how can you legally collect a sale taxs from z out of state vendor while the product is not even in state. Freaking thieves
Reading all the negative reviews had me a bit concerned, but Ive ordered 3 helmets from these folks without issue. The prices seemed too good to be true as some were around half of what other retailers were asking for the exact same item. I ordered 2 day shipping on one helmet and it was still significantly cheaper than it would have been elsewhere.

Worst company I dealt with for sled parts. Bought a shock on ebay. Found out was the wrong one. Canceled 20minutes after order. They messaged 2 days later saying sorry it has already shipped mind you it didnt ship till yesterday. Now I have to deal with waiting for it and sending it back to get a damn refund. Ordered a hood for my quad last week on Thursday. Its now the following Tuesday and the item has not been shipped nor have they responded to any messages Ive sent. Would not recommend.Update: Got through by looking them up online (since purchase was through eBay store and not their official website or physical location) and calling their number. Unlike what other reviews have stated, I did not get a rude lady with a crying baby. Instead I actually got a very sincere and apologetic young lady that ended up telling me the item was out of stock and that shell process the refund. Ill give one more star for at least getting good service once I got through. Ill add another star once my refund comes.

I ordered 3 tires which were the wrong ones, the picture on website showed a wide white wall, I got a narrow white wall, not what I ordered. I called to get a return shipping label and they tell me they can’t provide one and will not take the tires back. Over 600.00 worth of tires... hello what do you mean you won’t take them back and send me the right ones??? Reposting to better business and will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place. NEVER have I heard of companies not taking items back! Jpcycles has a much better return policy. If I could give them negative stars I would. I bought a tire and 2 weeks later recieved not only the wrong brand tire that was worth 1/2 the tire I paid for, but was also the wrong size, so I couldnt even use it. I contacted customer support and was sent a return label and told that I would get my money after they got the tire back and processed the return and if I wanted my tire I ordered I would have to order it again and hope that when it shows up in a week, it was the right tire I ordered. Also if I wanted it, anytime soon I would have to pay for it again before I got my return and was guaranteed to get anything back for there mistake, aggravation, and research. Worst experience I have ever had buying something online and not offered even a discount for them wasting 2 weeks of my time

Horrible customer service. I ordered some fork guards through ebay and they messed up on there application chart. I was told I could return them for a full refund because the messed up. Even though I had applied the decals already they said it was fine. I removed the decals and sent them back then they only refunded half because they said the were damaged. They told me twice they would refund full amount regardless of decal application because it was there fault the application chart was wrong.
Customer service is polite and helpful and they are clearly logging the issues when you contact them because each rep seemed like they were immediately familiar with my order! Can’t fault them for the delivery time because of the COVID-19 outbreak then which was an extra two weeks transit time.
Ordered a motorcycle part from them via ebay. Not only was the price of the part significantly lower than MSRP, they were almost $100 less then all competitors pricing. To make things even better, somehow I got the part faster than expected. It was delivered overnight somehow, 4 days earlier than expected. Last thing, I wanted to order the same type part for another bike but none were available at the same price. Emailed them and asked if they could do anything to help, they said call the order in and ask about a coupon to make it the same price. (They werent allowed to retail the part online that low anymore by the manufacture) Calling today to place the order.

I ordered A tire from this place on eBay. They never sent the tire. I asked to cancel the order and they “Replied” “yes” that would cancel the order. Not only did they not cancel the order but they quit answering their emails and opened up a case with me on eBay. Now eBay has charged me for the item. I’ve yet to receive the item or a refund. These guys will take your money and disappear.

Product Was not described properly, the tire was an Amazon order. I order the tired on April 20th of 2020, it came on the 23, two days later on my day off I went to install the tire. The tire was from 2012 (you have to be kidding me what scamming type of business is this. How do you have a tire sitting around from 2012) obviously the tire was passed its date of use. I called Amazon to refund it. Of course its an item you cant get your money back until you return it which takes forever. I call this company thinking they would be able to help. I had one lady tell me send the information to a email with pictures, in which I did. I was told I would be contacted in 24hrs. Never heard from the company. I contacted them on the third day in which I was told they cant replace the order or do anything other than a return once I shipped the tire back to them. This company is not only unprofessional because no one knows what they are doing. But this place is a rip off an scam, how do you sell someone an old tire and no only that not want to fix the issue. Stay away dont buy here.

ORDER #7243Should have read the reviews before making purchase. Ordered a helmet, the description said Dark Visor INCLUDED. It was not included in my order. Sent an email and went back and forth. Basically, I explained the situation, asked if they can fix it by honoring my order by just sending me the missing visor. Customer service would not respond to that particular part of the question. They insisted that I send it back and get a refund. So to clear things up, I called the store directly. Spoke to a lady on the phone and I had to continuously ask her to repeat herself because her baby kept crying in the background as if the baby was directly over the phone. WOW!! How much more unprofessional can you start off a conversation with a customer? Then I explained the situation to her and she too insist that I send it back for a refund, then re-order it. I asked her why cant they just send me the missing visor instead of going through this whole process of me sending it back, waiting for a refund, then re-ordering it hoping it would be right this time? And also risk fact my size may no longer be available if I re-order it? I asked her if she had the visor in stock and she did not respond. Then I said HELLO?? She started yelling at me stating IM CHECKING ALRIGHT!!! Keep in mind, baby crying in the background the entire time. At this point I just told her to attend to her baby and I no longer want to do business with you.What a shame that I may have to order a visor from a reputable business like Revzilla and Cycle Gear for an order that was supposed to come with my order. The reviews about terrible customer service are unfortunately true. I ordered in a helmet - fast shipping and a great price - but the product was damaged in shipping. They sent a return label quickly and I thought all was well...until they stopped replying to my emails asking for updates after they received the helmet back to their store. After two full weeks of them not replying, I just disputed the charge on my credit card. Had a refund within twelve hours.My recommendation - if you decide to chance an order, use a credit card! Otherwise you may not get your money back if anything goes wrong.
Product was not described correctly. When I went to return, the lady that picked up the phone was very unprofessional. I could hear a kid crying in the background. I explained how it was not described correctly. She said she would send me the return instructions, I would have to pay for return shipping, and I should have verified it on the manufacturer’s website before I made the purchase that the part number was correct. Ended up filing a claim with PayPal and to get my money back.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 air filters and they sent me the wrong ones and told me the photos on the website were a reference and not always what you are buying. I returned them and they only refunded me for one and said the other never made it to the warehouse, except I mailed them in the same box. The refund was made in the form of a store credit. I didnt use it for a while (under a year) but when I did they said they have no record of the account as they dont do in-store credit anymore. Ive called and emailed them to get my money back (about 100 dollars) but they will not respond. I also accidentally bought a set of handlebars from them through amazon last year and even though when I called the company to ensure they were correct, they were yet again the wrong product than the one displayed.

I would not recommend purchasing from these guys. I ordered 3 brake rotors for my speed triple and I got 1. The second package came and it was someone elses order, their solution was to give me a shipping label to send them the wrong package back and when they receive it they will REFUND me... They told me they dont have an exchange policy, except ITS NOT AN EXCHANGE! So then I asked where my 3rd rotor was, and they told me oh, its been discontinued so sorry... it was all in stock when I ordered it. I ordered the rear rotor somewhere else and had it the extr day, and they still have my money held hostage. Short answer, get your parts somewhere else.
Not bad selection but MAN the customer service is WACK, they hold you on the phone for 10+ mins to just say: what did you need help with? I swore the woman I spoke to may have been mentally handicapped- it is not smart to have your customer service rep be that incoherent. Don’t waste your time or money! If you have one issue you will not be able to fix it!
