Very nice, big store. But was so disappointed that they didnt have any womens safety shoes. And it sounds like even when they did carry them, you had 2 to choose from😒. Ended up going to the red Wing store and had the best experience ever.

So many shoes to choose from!! Was able to browse to my hearts content and staff was welcoming but not hovering which was nice.

As usual great prices and a very good variety of casual shoes. My son found a pair of Scetcher work shoes that he said are very comfortable for $69.

Shoe carnival is well stocked so if you need shoes for the summer or if you need them for the upcoming school year dont forget to shop local.

I am very picky on the kinds of shoes I wear I have my own taste in shoes. They didnt have the exact pair of shoes I get but I am going to broaden my horizons. Service was very good. They took me to the shoes I was looking for and pointed out the ones that matched the best. The price was affordable. Wish there was a bigger variety but compared to most in town had more than enough. Hope my choice turns out better being that I normally always regret the pair I leave with.

Great selection of most shoe brands. Really capitalized on thier BOGO sale. One of the pluses, is that thier inventory is categorized by brand, so finding what I need is easy. Was able to score 2 of my favorite brands of shoes for under $100. Recommended 👍.

Customer service non existent at this location. Never once was I asked for assistance. They also wouldnt or couldnt make change for $1 to use the gumball machine for my kids after an $85 shoe purchase. I understand the register may not open when you do a debit/credit purchase, but it shouldnt be too hard to figure out out. Its just a pretty basic customer service type request. Odd.

I had never been into Show Carnival before and was a bit skeptical. We very impresses with the selection of quality name brand shoes and choices were impressive. They had exactly what we wanted in multiple brands which made choosing the right work shoes a good experience, something I generally dread. Well be back the next time we need sports shoes, work shoes, or any other form of footwear. 5 Stars.

Though it seems like the number of brands they carry is shrinking, they are still my go to shoe store.

Every time Ive been in, all of the staff have been friendly and helpful. There is a large variety/selection of shoes, all of which are at fairly affordable prices. They have specials and sales often, which make them even more affordable. The shoes Ive purchased here have all been very durable, and lasted quite a while- much longer than ones Ive purchased anywhere else. I highly recommend that everyone checks this store out.

Great selection of shoes at affordable pricing. The mid range brand choices here are extensive. Frequent in store specials and sales make for lots of savings. The staff seemed to be efficient and friendly, the store environment was clean and well kept.

Most always have what were looking for. Frequently have a sale of buy one get second pair half off. You can actually save some real money.

The people there are nice. The last 3 times I have been there they havent had my size in any of the shoes I wanted and I wasnt offered to have them ordered. When they first opened they were great and had a huge selection.

Always purchase shoes and nice diabetic socks from there. Been wearing Nike Monarch size 12 4E black for about 15 years and it used to be the only store that handled that width. I have neuropathy & Charcot feet and found these to be the most comfortable. Even more so than my special pediatric shoes. Always great staff.

Shoes are a great price but one of the staff members should not be working there. We bought $300 worth of shoes before Christmas then went back two days after Christmas to exchange one and buy two more pairs. She looked at my wife’s shoes and accused her of stealing when the shoe’s she had one were on our old receipt and had dirt from outside on them. Just be careful when you go in there. Never know what you could get accused of.

We come in here for all our kids shoes because of the quality and prices. The staff is always friendly. There are always deals and sales and my lil ones like the spin the wheel thing lol

The current manager and the male cashier were very unprofessional and exceptionally rude. We will not be returning to this store ever again. If you feel you have to go to shoe carnival then go to Dubuque. On a side note who in their mind thinks a boot without a Meta Guard is worth $200+

Theres almost no one here and it feels dead. It feels almost like youre walking through a too-brightly-colored warehouse instead of a shoe store.
