Every time my husband and I went in, the associates (or whoever they were), stayed behind the desk and didnt even attempt to get up or ask what we needed. I dont care if its in your job description or not, you stand up and greet customers and ask what you can help them with. Thats just basic decency when it comes to doing a job in sales. Also, there was NO ONE else in their store. Clearly theres a reason why. We did decide to have them come out and give us a quote just to see what it would be. They do have some nice flooring. Its been two weeks since theyve done measurements and we havent heard a thing from them. We will obviously be going with someone else. Disappointing.

My husband and I went into the store because they were having a sale. We were greatly very quickly and helped very well throughout our time in the store. We fell in love with a flooring that we ended up purchasing over the phone with the same sales person that helped us when we were in the store. Shelley was amazing to work with! She coordinated our picked up time quickly and easily. She was very quick in sending our receipt for insurance and our purchase! She was also very nice and professional throughout the whole experience. I will most likely go back again if we ever need new flooring again!

I didnt know what to expect, as we had never purchased carpet before.From the start to the finish Jeff and the team at Carpetland made the experience enjoyable. Jeff is very knowledgeable and spent time helping us pick the perfect carpet for our needs, that matched our lifestyle and the finishes in our home. The installers attention to detail was second to none. They were very professional and left the space cleaner than they found it. We had 2 rooms, 3 closets, a hallway and stairs done. We couldnt be be happier with our experience or the carpet. For the first time since moving in our house we can actually lay down on the carpet. I would highly recommend Carpetland.

Jeff is awesome to work with. Very personable and made great recommendations for my carpet needs. The installation team was very professional and did an amazing job on the open stairs that needed to be wrapped on the sides. Will definitely use Carpetland again for future projects.

The staff was not wearing masks despite there being a city ordinance. The sales people also seemed uninterested in showing or talking about product or learning my needs. I did schedule a measuring while I was there which was free, although I ultimately canceled because I didnt feel safe having them enter my home since they had been exposing themselves and others to the risk of covid.

It is yet to be determined on how happy I am with my experience at carpetland I ordered one thing and then the thing doesnt get ordered I tell him several times I want that one thing and it didnt get ordered and they just deny deny deny deny instead of accepting responsibility so here shortly in the future well see how it ends up and then I could give a proper review

Carpetland was very helpful choosing the right flooring for our application. We did shop one of their specials and feel we got good value for our money. The installer (Angel) from JR Flooring was outstanding, very conscientious and professional.

We had a real good experience with the carpet installers. I know of them was Tony but unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the other young man. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up. We love our new carpet!

Called to see if they would donate carpet squares for my daughters classroom. Not only did the manager,Jeff, call me back to make sure he had what I needed, but he made sure they were ready to go when i picked them up. They even had a guy put them in the car for me! Even when I walked in the store, one of the guys was on the phone and he made sure to acknowledge me! Great customer service and friendly smiles! Highly recommend!

The customer service was excellent from the time I walked in the store until the finished carpet was delivered. They took the time to come to my home more than once to make sure the measurements were correct and to see if I had any questions. They followed up during the waiting period and let me know the status. Very professional! Great product!

Walked in, no one bothered to get up or acknowledged that I even existed. Ill be more than happy to spend money elsewhere.

I have worked with Jeff and his crew several times and the experience has always been excellent. They care for their customers and always complete the job on time and it is always a first class product.

Do not use this store if you have floor needs for older homes. This store only wants business for easy installs such as newer construction. Phil the store manager said that I need to have a contractor do my work because their installers do not do demo or any floor preparations.

STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. Took the family to shop for carpet here a few weeks ago. Our basement is being finished so its really easy, it was however too complicated for CarpetlandUSA. We needed our stairs and main basement area carpeted and some linoleum for the bathroom. We shopped and picked out what we wanted, the salesman said he would write it up and call the next day with all the details and we can talk pricing. Pricing was more than we thought so we went with a lil cheaper carpet so we could get the linoleum we wanted. I go in and pay half so they can order the materials - they call a few weeks later to set up installation. I ask is this for both the carpet and the linoleum - to which they act like I am making stuff up. They claim I did not pay for both, only the carpet. This is ridiculous, it was one job, two materials, when we discussed price we talked about robbing peter to pay paul and now they try and pull this? We eventually had to cancel the entire job, and are currently STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND SO I CAN SHOP AT A COMPETITOR. We wont ever step back into this store - unless that is the only way to get my money back.UPDATE 10/5/217- BEEN A WEEK AND NO RESOLUTION. NOW THEY ARE CLAIMING THE CHECK IS COMING FROM CLINTON IOWA. IT TAKES 1-2 DAYS TO GET MAIL FROM THERE, ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE LYING. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE.
