Our Navy Seabee Veterans of America Twin Cities group ordered 75 shirts from Ironside Promotions. Ordered shirts through our school, apparently the order didn’t meet the minimum number of shirts needing to be ordered, so the order was cancelled. I never received a notification that the order was cancelled. I actually got an email that my order was ready to be picked up at our local school about a month later. They did refund my money, but kept $1.00. Must be the inconvenience fee for them.

I went there, looking for those black and gold Hawkeye bibs, my autistic brother passed away and we all were going to dress up Hawkeye for the funeral the next day. I went to the store around noon and had to work later. They didnt have my size in the shop, but the lady WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. She looked it up. And they had a pair in the warehouse down the road. She closed up her shop, locked the doors, and drove there with me following so that I could purchase them in time. That is going out of your way for someone and that is what this owner did for me. Thank you so much.

I love stopping in for new Iowa gear, and they always have something unique. Once, do to my procrastination, I needed some long sleeves custom made in a hurry. Mark made it happen and they looked great. My son’s baseball club has purchased gear for a couple years now and they always provide quality items. It’s great knowing it’s a locally owned business too!

We were required to use this comany for a club program. The website had issues each time we tried to submit the order. A month later we receive three identical orders. We contacted Ironside and were told that they wont do anything. They admitted their website has problems with orders but said too bad. That I had to take all three orders of the exact same product. I do not recommend using this company for your club orders.

Quality clothing at good prices. If you are a Hawkeye fan, this is a great place to shop!
