Stopped by for 2 common 4L360 belts. Was told be in tomorrow. This isnt right. Every time I try and pick up simple parts you always have to order. Calling in a order is waiting on hold for ever.

Placed order for generator on Sunday at 1230 pm. Said, item is reserved once you complete order. Completed order for pickup Monday. 18 hours after order, got email order was confirmed. Said item would be ready for pickup 2 and a half weeks later. So much for getting my mother a little electricity, since she has been out for 2 weeks because of the derecho. Thanks for the horrible experience!!!
