I had been fighting my cloudy algae water for a month. Vacuuming everyday and treating it with chemicals I purchased online. Decided to get my water tested at Splash Pool and left with recommended chemicals. The very next day my pool was crystal clear and looked amazing. I couldnt believe how good it looked so fast and without vacuuming. Taylor and staff are very courtious, professional and knowledgeable. So glad I went there.No more online chemicals for me. So I was missing the days when I lived in the Western states where I had the joys of spa ownership. Living in IA there is not a whole lot to do but I am amazed at the amount of stress on my body, mind, spirit, and skin worst of all; the weather here is really rough on my skin so I decided the best way was to get another hot tub so that I could relax at the end of each day (and yes I am using it all winter long) and just clear my mind from work, people...the world and help heal my skin. I found Splash, I drove by to see what they offered and made some inquiries and asked for an estimate. After determining what I needed I started looking into electricians around my area. So why I bring this up in a hot tub review is for some odd reason I could not get any electricians out to my house. I called three electricians. Two came out and never gave an estimate and the other never returned my call. I was all upset and then I told Splash and they hooked me up with Price electric; they called them for me and everything (thanks Ashley!). I was beginning to think I would have a hot tub without electricity but they saved the day! So anyway they are really nice to work with, they walk you through the care and feeding of your hot tub and there are BOGO days so you can save $ on the chems and whatnot. They will test your water for you and educate you on any and everything to do with your hot tub. I just love my hot tub...I look forward to 5pm every single day :)

We had issues with our electrician we hired to set up are hot tub, I got ahold of Ashley right away and next business day by 9am the tech had showed up. When you buy a luxury spa like this you are not only buying the product but also the support of the team to help you when you have questions. This group of people were so responsive and kind; we are very happy with our decision. There was never any pressure or gimmicks and found everyone to be very down to earth and friendly.Purchased a Marquis Resort from Splash and am very happy so far. Test soaked Bullfrog as well but found Marquis had better therapy for what I was looking for and seemed easier to clean and manage without all the extra parts Splurged and got the Microsilk and am pleased with that feature as well, so nice to just sit in the quite bubbles and hopefully it will help with dry skin.Was worried about being able to keep up with maintenance as I am a working mother of two young boys but it really is just 5-10 mins a day with the constant clean feature. I go out and wipe down the water line and throw in oxidizer while my coffee percolates!Looking forward to the winter with my hot tub! :)Thank you Splash! Highly recommend! :)

Ashley, was amazing throughout the entire process of my wife and I buying our first hot tub. She was very informative and responsive. It was truly a great experience working with her. We have had our tub for a week and absolutely love it.

These guys are the best! I talked to them when we were interested in getting an in ground pool when we were building this summer. We ended up (regretfully) choosing another pool installer because of a lower estimate. Every step of the process, I was sorry I had not chosen Splash. At the end of the summer, I called Splash to see if they would be willing to to close the pool since there was no way I was ever calling the company who installed the pool. The techs were right on time, awesome guys and did a fantastic job. I will for sure be using them every year! I cant say enough great things about them!

I had an indoor pool installed at my home in the Cedar Valley area a few years ago. The person who installed the pool is no longer in business and it was evident in some of the work done on the cement in ground pool. I have an electric cover and one of the ropes broke and was above my head to replace so I started trying to call people. I left a message at Splash Pool and spa and within hours I had a return call from the owner Weston. He is sixty plus miles from me, but set an appointment to meet him at my home and he was right on time. He gave me a quote to replace the rope for the auto cover and then gave me an assessment on my pool. The rope was replaced and he also gave me a bid to get my pool up to snuff which was a pretty large project at to completely resurface the pool replace all tile and get the pool (saltwater) back up and running. Each time I was contacted and talked with in a manner I understood and the work performed was always on time and done very professionally. I had a couple issues that needed touched up and they were back up to my home each time very timely and everything was done as promised making me a happy customer! They are a good company that is reliable and know what they are doing in pools. They have a good experienced background and give solid advice. I highly recommend them to be trusted to do business with as I am very particular, and they also have taught me some things and given me several tips that make everything easier. Cant lose with Splash Pool and Spa builders! Top Notch!!

We had a wonderful hot tub buying experience with Splash and Chris. We spent quite a while checking out each series at their showroom, and we never felt rushed or pressured. Chris answered our many questions and still to this day will quickly respond to any questions we have. Ive appreciated that the great customer service hasnt ended after the purchase and delivery of the tub. Tub install was fast and perfect- we wouldnt have changed a thing. We will recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub in our area.

Ordered a part for our 20 year old Marquis Spa. Order got messed up at the manufacturer and didn’t get shipped for three plus weeks and then they shipped it to Splash instead of our house like we wanted. The very morning after it arrived at Splash. Chris personally drove it the 45 minutes north of CR to our house at no charge. It is very rare these days to find this quality of customer service! Thank you again Splash Pools! You guys are awesome!

We had a fantastic experience with Splash Pool and Spa Builders. Under the owner, Westons, supervision, Chris and Nate replaced an existing, crumbling water feature with a brand-new beautiful, safe feature. They came every day and stayed until the job was finished. Weston physically checked in on-site daily. Everyone was helpful and patient while I selected new stone and fountain weirs. The new feature has all new plumbing, concrete, stone, and weirs (waterfalls). They also did a few general pool maintenance jobs.As an update to the review above, we just did a hot tub with Splash. The results were just as good as when we had them build our waterfall. The tub was delivered on time and it was set up all in one day. We were thrilled to have it running the very same day it was brought out. The follow up with Chris and Ashley in the store has been great. Ive been in a few times to test water and buy chemicals. Everyone is really nice and everything has been handled professionally. We are pleased with our purchase.

Professionalism at it finest! Weston and his whole staff made me feel like I was their #1 customer. Project was finished on time and on budget and I was amazed at how well it turned out. I couldnt be happier with the service they provided, not only initially but after as well. Ive never had a contractor call me after a project is complete to check in and make sure I was satisfied and that everything was ok. Id give them more stars if I could.

Excellent contractor. I have worked with Splash on multiple commercial projects with great results. Their crew is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping guide the owners throughout the pool building process. I would recommend Splash on any residential or commercial project.

We have Microsilk in our Hot Tub and we love it. It makes our skin feel so soft and smooth. I also have a granddaughter who has eczema and we put her in the hot tub when she is here and have her use the Microsilk and it helps with her eczema. If you have the chance to try it, you really should it makes a big difference with your skin. We would recommend it!

While I cannot speak to the quality of their products or services, I had a chance encounter with their General Manager and was very impressed with his professionalism. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. Good people!

I called this company on an inquiry and asked to speak to Weston, on top of being unbelievably rude and talking over me. I particularly believe swearing in front of customers or with in ear shot in unprofessional yet alone while your on the phone with them. Great customer service seems to be Splash Pool & Spa Builders’ motto. Splash recently replastered my 20+ year old in-ground pool with fantastic results. Each step in the process was handled with a professional, friendly, customer-first attitude. A couple of months ago, I called Splash Pools to inquire if replastering was something they did. From the moment Weston (the owner) answered the phone, I have been 100% satisfied. On that very first day Weston patiently answered my questions, came out to take a look at my pool, and within hours provided a very reasonable quote. After I accepted the quote, Weston emailed me each week to let me know where I was on the schedule (Splash was able to begin my project 2 weeks earlier than promised). During the actual project Weston checked on the jobsite daily and all of the employees were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. The job was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. Most importantly, my pool looks great!! I highly recommend Splash Pools & Spa Builders.
