Excellent service, and the quality of the parts they produced for me is the best I have ever seen. I originally made one assembly that I machined myself, and I requested the parts from them to make 7 more, and the quality was much better than I could even produce myself. They also responded promptly to emails, questions, and status updates which is greatly appreciated.

Parts were delayed again and again. Rep stopped responding. Never received parts after paying in advance. No attempt was made by Parts Badger to rectify the situation. Do not recommend. Update 1 Nov 2021. Received part after posting review. Part was not made to spec. Critical hole features missing. Received email that I would be refunded for the delay. That never happened either. 0 integrity company.

Ordered 30 key way collar pieces; few days later I found out I needed 2 more of a slightly different size. So, I contacted Jimmy Crawford and asked that the 2 additional pieces be added to the order. He said it would be no problem since they were extremely similar they could just run 2 more of the ones I ordered and make them slightly larger. But when parts arrived there were only the original 30 parts (I kind of knew that would happen). I still needed the additional two items (missing these had thrown me behind schedule) and was quoted a price that was almost HALF of my 30 piece order. Now, I know it cost more for a small order, BUT since they messed up youd think they would take that into consideration in the quote. I mentioned all this to Jimmy and said Id do business elsewhere. His only reply was, understood, Now, what kind of customer service is that?? I gave 2 stars because the parts that I received were high quality, but the customer service is about the lowest Ive ever seen.*updated review: parts badger did reach out to me to try and correct this. I am increasing my review for this reason. But I already sourced the parts from another supplier, and since this issue threw me behind I only feel comfortable giving 4 stars. As I stated the parts I received were high quality and came packaged very well.

Extremely easy to work with, had great collaboration between engineering, fast response. Very happy with quality and lead times and was able to handle complex geometries. All parts were key in successful projects.

Placed a larger order for prototype parts because they were a few $k cheaper than our typical 5 day turn vendor. At the time, an extra 3 weeks, was not an issue. 6 weeks, later, no parts and a promise of parts in 2 weeks is absolutely not acceptable. I have lines sitting idle because are not able to test our parts before we scale.

25 days from order to parts received. Granted there was a holiday in there (thanksgiving), however parts were simple enough to be manually made by an amateur in few hours time.I can’t comment on quality since I put the box directly into the trash without opening it, as I had already made the parts myself since they weren’t going to arrive in time. The price is reasonable though if you have the time.

All I can say is WOW. I had PartsBadger make some custom emblems. The characters and the finish look amazing and they look absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and will work with you to get things right. I would highly recommend using them.

I have done multiple orders of different parts with this company, and their work is top notch. I build some unique race car parts that are usually 2-10 pieces per order. Prices have been very good to reasonable, and lead times have been very good - always less than 2 weeks. I will continue to do business with them.

I work in Michigan for a prototype battery company. Im a former tool & die maker. I have sent them three jobs, small and large qtys. Even with fussy tolerances, they delivered in-tolerance parts and on-time, even though the schedule was really tight. The surface finishes were better than I expected. First class work. I had a couple of parts that needed to be CNC machined using Delrin, these guys were quick with the quote and turnaround, and most importantly, the parts came back looking damn near perfect. Lastly these guys have prices that are simply unmatched by others in the industry. I do highly recommend giving them a try for your prototyping/machining needs.

Multiple bad parts led to us not using them anymore. They can bribe people for 5 star reviews but in the end their quality will speak for itself

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They DO NOT CARE about your privacy. This place purchases (or otherwise acquires) huge lists of email addresses, and spams poorly-worded, grammatically horrendous marketing materials out to all of them. They dont care if the email addresses are valid or not, theyll spam them all. There is zero intelligent targeting at work here. I work in IT, and theyre advertising custom-machined CNC parts to me. What use would I possibly have for CNC parts? Im guessing their staff (like Sara Potts) basically goes out to all the social networks to collect as many email addresses as possible, and probably trolls the black market, too. Oh, and Sara, please acquire at least a high school-level understanding of proper English grammar. Your unsolicited email read like it was written by a fourth-grader.

I have to say I hate email, but I am so glad that PartsBadger sent me one. My current supplier was very busy and I needed to get parts fast. I dug up the email PartsBadger sent me and forwarded my drawing over to them. I got a reply with a quote and lead time extremely fast. Not only did I get my parts in less than two weeks, they were perfect to spec. They provided me with status updates and friendly service. Since then I have placed many orders, and have now made them my preferred supplier.

Got what looked a lot like a spam email for CNC parts... we dont use/need CNC parts and its clear no effort was done in finding the right person as Im in sales and not purchasing. Email construction was extremely poor and self centered with a three step process that was essentially begging for business.
