What a joke. I will not do business with this store again. I ordered a part that I needed and was told it would be at the store before noon no problem. I called several times and finally was told that they got an email saying they cant get the part. Why was it eligible to be ordered (by their sales associate) why was I not told earlier. These are the questions I asked and was hung up on. Customer service is dead.

We chose this part store because online it states they open at 8:30 am on Sunday. When we pulled into the spot in front of the door, a woman, which Im guessing was a manager, saw us then quickly walked to the door and locked it. She then walked back to where she was, leaned against the counter and continued her conversation with another employee. It was 8:48 am. When I worked retail, this is not the way we treated customers. We often would open our doors a little early for people. Needless to say, we went to OReilly Auto Parts, who had their door open.

Advance is a very good auto parts store. When you get to the right associate theyre very helpful. Auto mechanical engineering is not one of my Professional experience skills! In todays world of the many types of vehicles Im sure its a tough job to have. I guess thats why we have You tube!

Shopping online is so much cheaper but they were very nice

Its really according to who you get when you visit auto parts stores. My last experience in advance was, took my kid in with me he knocked over some car wash they come flying out of the back like we were terrorists. Then when I needed help they shunned me and told me I was welcome to go look for it myself. Thats why I asked for help. If you dont want money let me know and Ill go somewhere else just like I did this day.

Not only was nobody able to help me, but the workers here sat behind the counter, and I overheard them gay bashing and making fun of a customer that they just got off the phone with. The poor lady didnt know what she was looking for specifically, so when she hung up, they made fun of her for being stupid.

Excellent customer service outstanding store manager Tim. And Mike Fricks has 50 years experience in the auto parts and mechanic business. Hands down you cant beat these 2 men. And Jimmy is great at his customer service services not alone hes memorized where and what each on each shelf in the showroom or parts and accessories. These guys at the Cedartown Advance Auto it rated a 10+ on the scale of 1 to 10.
