Service department has failed me AGAIN. The first time we had such a pleasant service that we gave them many chances. Today I took my vehicle for a check engine light & was told they would take a look at it if I dropped it off early so I did. I called around 3 because I had still not received any notice & no one picked up ! Called again and was told I was going to get a call back and didn’t. Then at 5 I decided to go pick up my vehicle. It says it closes at 5:30. I was there around 5:25 and no one was there !!!?? Some guy was at the back so I mentioned to him about what happened. Fast forward nothing got done & they couldn’t take 5 min to let me know… I don’t think they realize how unprofessional that was.

We drove a good few hours to pick up our new 2019 Nissan Rouge SV from Peach State Ford and I have to admit, when Brian Reed (A great guy to work with) described the car as the best condition one of these hes seen, we were hopeful but also a little skeptical. Their local price was clearly displayed on the web and was well below anything I could find within 100 miles in any direction. Took my 18 Expedition to multiple locations in and around the Birmingham, AL area, no one could fix it. I finally took it to Peach State Ford Cedartown and Mike and the rest of the Service Dept. were outstanding! It took some time to make the needed repairs but they were able to fix it and kept in constant communication thru the entire service process. GREAT SERVICE!!!

We looked at their website and found 2 trucks we were interested in. We called and shared with them that we were from another state and it was a long drive for us to come - we asked them to make sure the trucks were on their lot and still for sale. They said they both were and to come on. Upon arrival 2 hours later, neither truck was there. They apologized and said it was their mistake, but I feel either we were lied too or they never checked in the first place.

Great experience buying my truck but every time I call to get the oil changed, they say two weeks out for service. Nothing else needed but oil changed. Need to improve service Dept or hire more techs.

Not a terrible place Joseph definitely worked a deal but our sales women before we even made a deal we had been there for like 15 minutes at this point was already bragging to her manager saying yeah this is the 3rd one i sold this month and continued to talk about it like we had purchased the vehicle. when it came to paper work she didnt present any numbers but said the bank was asking for money down ok give me numbers first and ever time i mentioned the price she literally ignored me. annoyingly pushy you havent sold anything till i tell you you have.

Traveled an hour and a half to come see a car I was wanting to see and the staff at PeachState Ford took care of me while I was there! We were met by saleswoman Carrie Cole and she was polite and helpful throughout the whole process. Manager Joesph helped close the deal and shot it straight with us the entire time. I truly felt like both Carrie and Joesph wanted the best for us. While I am not a Cedartown resident, or even Georgia resident for that matter, I still would recommend people to go see them. Peach State Ford was able to give me same day service on a brake job. There was a small problem with the parts ordered (not Peach States fault) but they took care of everything and had my vehicle ready. The cost was actually lower than I had been originally quoted. Kale and the mechanics did a fantastic job and were very nice throughout the process.

They told me their price (which included the DOC fee. Most dealers dont do that) and how much they would give me for my trade in within 20 minutes of when I sat down. Albeit, I prefer dealing with local folks whom know and trust, the price point must be very competitive, as I found it to be.
