Interesting place but not worth the trip to visit. Website makes it seem like there are going to be lots of bikes at the “largest” KTM dealership in the world but they have even less than many other dealerships. Yes, I am aware of the difficulties in the market right now but their website is misleading.I also received no attention after I arriving at their showroom. After 15 minutes I went to the counter and told the guy I was interested in purchasing a new bike. I was told the sales guy wasn’t available and to come back later. I wanted to check out the MX tracks so this wasn’t a big deal at the time. After coming back over an hour later I was told the sales guy was still not available but they left my contact info on his desk and he should be calling me. I drove back home disappointed.After two days of not hearing anything, I called and was finally able to connect with a salesman. We talked about a few details and I was prepared to put a deposit down on a bike that wouldn’t arrive until January/February next year. They were only getting one bike each month so I asked if they were already spoken for and was told they would need to look that up and get back to me. Again, I waited a few days but got no response so took my business and bought a brand new bike elsewhere.I might be a little old fashioned but when someone is prepared to drop $12,000 on a toy (I spent close to $14,000 by the way in accessories and upgrades) I don’t think it’s to much to ask for a little attention. If I’m not worth their attention as a cash buyer in the 5 digit range you can bet I’m going to be worth even less if I ever need support! No thanks.

While ive never been in person, ive done business with their online KTM parts store many times. And ill be doing business with them many more times in the future. A big plus is im in the next state and shipping is very fast.

All around just a great environment and great place to ride

The team here are true experts! Their suspension shop got my bike setup right for me and were able to answer questions intelligently and with ease. Left there feeling that I had found a place that actually knew what they were talking about and I will defiantly return sound the need ever arise. They have a ton of parts in stock and can get anything you can imagine for your bike pretty quick. Not to mentions there are so many trails to ride around the place and 3 MX tracks as well. You could spend days here and never get tired of riding on new and challenging courses. There is something here for every skill level.

Great place that camp and ride for people of all ages and skill levels. Great mix of track and trail and the camping is free with your purchase of a one day riding fee.

No order history on there website, Spent over $1000.00 in a week on a few orders, this buisness has very little incentive for repeat business thru online orders, no money back or store credit earned for orders, parts are normally sent with in a timely fashion and over the phone support is 50/50, theyre a great plan C! But Id reccomend ordering else where for the same prices where you can actually earn some money back. Another real downside is if you order a handful of items and one things is backordered they will hold your entire order until everything is arrived to them prior to shipping to you. They get the job done but I feel they are running a very basic and out dated system, all in all as a consumer Im always on the look out for the best deals, which is why Im a bit disappointed there is no incentives to continue my buisness thru KTM World even after speaking with them directly

These people made me feel like a thousand dollars! My bike runs better than ever, and I even came away feeling better about myself. Its like their Service Manager Mick is Dr. Ruth or something.

What an amazing experience purchasing from this shop. The integrity and customer service is 2nd to none. I placed two separate orders for my KTM 500 EXC several days apart. Instead of charging me shipping for each of the two orders, which I was prepared to pay, they combined the orders into one package and refunded the extra shipping costs. I was a little confused because I have never seen this before. Without the customer saying anything, they went out of their way to save me money. WOW... This shop deserves 10 Stars.

Drove 5 hours to drop my 2017 KTM 450 SX-F off here to have the transmission fixed. It’s been 21+ weeks (June 26, 2020). I understand due to COVID some parts were hard to get. The only time I heard from the shop was when they would call and tell me I needed a different part in turn adding to my balance. I would have to call Eric and ask about the parts after not hearing anything for weeks on end about my bike. The last part I needed Mike told me they could not get until January 2021. I ordered it from Rocky Mountain ATV and it was delivered to their shop in 4 days (why this wasn’t an option before is unknown) I called on November 21 to make sure it was the right part and when my bike might be done. The answer I received was not what I expected to hear. I was told they had to put some new bikes together before they could work on mine. You would think after having my bike for almost 5 months it would be a priority. Being pushed to the wayside is not acceptable, especially since my balance to date is still unknown, I’m very disappointed with everything KTM. This is my first and only KTM I will never purchase another one after this ordeal.

These guys are the best. Fast friendly service and great prices. I bought a basket case 450XCW last fall and placed several large orders for small parts, fasteners, gaskets, etc. some orders were over two pages long and these guys nailed it 100% every time. No wrong parts, no missing parts. Simply the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Bike is almost done. Thanks for the great support, I couldn’t have done it without you!!!

Great place to take a family riding. One way trails with difficulty ratings. Cabins are good. Great times are to be had, riding all day and sit by the campfire at night.

Wonderful to know theres a KTM shop open 7 days of the week for help with anything a customer may need.Im the Operations Director at Redwood Harley-Davidson in Eureka, CA. We had a customer come through with some coolant problems on his bike. Our local KTM shop is closed today, so a quick Google search and I was on the phone with Mick explaining my customers toils.Mick was very quick to diagnose the issue in several different ways, and within 5 minutes we ruled out a few of the other things that would be causing the problem. It was down to the coolant level being very low. Mick communicated very clearly the steps and items required to fix this issue, and was kind to guide my hands & tools to the proper bolts on the bike to drain, fill, and bleed the coolant system.Our customer is back on the road without having to book a room for 2 days, all thanks to Mick, and extra thanks to KTM World for establishing itself as a 7 day business.Thanks Mick, from Brandon, Redwood Harley-Davidson, and Dominic on his 2017 KTM Super Duke 1290 GT.

I recently order several parts for my KTM 690 Enduro R from KTM World. They had all the parts in stock, their prices were fair, and I received everything within 2 days. I have called them several times prior, and they are always very helpful and friendly. Will definitely continue using them going forward. I just wish they still had a physical location up in Cumming!!

Ordered parts for my bike in the morning, drove over. Had them waiting for me at the counter, fixed my bike and hit the trails, great for dirtbikes, lots of great single track,got in over 40 miles in about 3 hours, really fun place if you like the tight stuff,staff was also friendly and helpful,taught me how to fix my bike also,which reminded me about my poor mechanical skills...Thanks so much for a great time KTM WORLD

Great place to buy parts from. I own a KTM atv and have been using this place for the past year for most of my oem parts needs. If they are out of the part, they will quickly email you to say they dont have it and give you a resolution.

Great experience. Mick and everyone there is very knowledgeable and all about customer service. Had my KTM suspension redone and showed up with bike, they bolted it all on in less than an hour and rode all day! Will definitely be back. These guys know what they ate ate d on KTM:s . !!!

I had a bike that wasnt running good. They fixed it the same week I carried it to them. It runs as good as when it was new. Also I got to ride on the Highland Park trails, that was a blast!!!!

Absolute worst customer service. I called in regarding an Item I purchased online just to verify they received my email about an issue and a man named named Mick answered my phone call. Not only is my problem not solved he insulted me on many different levels including telling me that i needed counseling and he was not DR. Ruth. This is my absolute worst experience with a company who I chose to spend hundreds of my hard earned dollars with. If you value customer service as I do stay away from here. They were happy to take my money just dont want to stand by the products they sell

It’s always a pleasure doing business with these guys. The staff is very knowledgeable and informative. I recently purchased a KTM 500exc from KTM World and I couldn’t be any more pleased with my purchase. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. It’s worth the drive to go to a dealership that is knowledgeable with the products there selling.

Called to ask for pricing on a KTM, after the third time being transfered I was told We aint got any of them in stock, call back in a few months . When I finally did get the price from them it was $1,000 over retail!

Hands down the best place to ride.it has somethin to offer for any skill level rider. The staff is friendly and the track is amazing as well. Trails are nicely groomed and it has places to camp as well as cabins. 5 stars for everything!!

Very small shop with the focus being on cabin rentals and bike rentals. I was there for 30 minutes or more and between a half dozen staff there not one of them even said hello much less asked if they could help me. Dont let the name fool you this is a shack in the woods literally. Not worthy of the name. If you need any further proof of customer service take notice that it took them 3 years to reply to this review and them try and make me look like I dont know what Im talking about.... I also welcome anybody that wants to go out there and measure their sales floor. This is a tiny place where more than 6 people or more will stand behind a counter and ignore you.
